PLANET VALENTI NEWS AND COMMENTARY

(FORTRESS OF SOLITUDE, MONDAY JUNE 21, 2021) — It’s time for the next Round Up, a smorgasbord of this ‘n’ that.

  • Writer Wanted —  Beginning this week (Thursday) we hope to be presenting reviews of area plays. We did this a few years ago as an experiment, and coming out of COVID with last year’s venues dark, we wanted to do it again for the local scene. Dan Valenti will be penning the first of these on Thursday, as you know, typically an off-day here. THE PLANET will present Dan’s review of the Berkshire Theater Festival’s production of Oscar Wilde’s classic, “The Importance of Being Earnest.” So here’s what we want: A a college student or recent graduate who’s a good writer for a summer internship. Qualifications: Excellent communication skills, meeting deadline, can work without a lot of hand-holding, can make cold calls to artistic directors and publicity people, and reliability.  Perks: A $250 honorarium; tickets to performances; accommodations for the press, including at times refreshments; and reimbursement for reasonable expenses. One other great perk: The experience will look great on a resume. The position could expand to other arts coverage (concerts, dance, art). If you know anyone who wants this and can deliver, send an email forthwith to danvalenti@verizon.net.
  • The Ceiling’s Caving In — Don’t look now, but the ceiling might soon be falling on your head — the national debt ceiling, that is. The 2018 deal between the President and Congress on borrowing expires July 31. Unless Congress can reach a deal to yet again raise the borrowing limit, the U.S. risks default on Aug. 1. The Senate vote will be subject to filibuster. Assuming all Democrats vote for the bill, they will need help from the Republicans, as many as 10 crossover votes. Chances of that are Slim Whitman to Sam None. A default would have enormous consequences on the global economy.
  • Automatic Pilot — Boston acting mayor Kim Janey has THE PLANET‘s endorsement. Janey recently announced her intention to audit the Hub’s “not-for-profit” outfits. She realizes that while 503 status has legitimate uses, too many “not-for-profits” are scamming taxpayers. In this action, Janey has shown leadership. Compare that with Pittsfield, where many “not-for-profits” reel in obscene profits and either pay no taxes or token amounts through the Payment in Lieu of Taxes (PILOT) program. In Pittsfield, PILOT too often equates with criminal activity, yet a succession of mayors including Linda Tyer continue to look the other way. What could cause such staunch protection of a crooked status quo?
  • No Nukes is Good Nukes — North Korea’s Kin Jung Un in a recently meeting said the DPRNK must be ready for “dialog and confrontation” with the United States. The use of the word “dialog” sent a signal to Washington that the President might be able to reopen negotiations. It won’t happen, though, with the U.S. insisting that North Korea get rid of its nukes. Why should it when America has the largest nuclear arsenal in the world? The only absolute way for America to demonstrate its seriousness in denuclearizing the world is to get rid of all weapons in the nuclear triad. That’s the moral and possibly fatal high ground.
  • Going Down — The Pittsfield City Council, that is, after our Right Honorable Good Friends, “led” by the two Peters, decided to keep the June 22 meeting on Zoom because of a broken elevator. What? Those dudes are so lazy and/or out-of-shape they can’t use the stairs, the way the Parks Commission and the Zoning Board of Appeals did? Parks and the ZBA met live and in person. Lame and spineless, councilors, especially Peter and Peter petering out.
  • Payton Place — Kudos to Taconic High School student Payton Ramalla. The 16-year-old submitted a petition asking the council to lower the voting to 16. Mayor Tyer said the “mock petition” was an experiment so Payton could learn how local government “works.” Of course, if Payton wants to know how it actually works, she needs study the following words: corruption, nepotism, kickbacks, bribery, payola, playing ball, and keeping your mouth shut. … Not that any of that happens in “vibrant, dynamic, diverse, and inclusive” Pittsfield. One of the 27 signers of the Payton’s petition was Thomas J. Sakshaug, 13 Brookside Avenue. Four of our five dentists surveyed recommend sugarless gum to their patients who chew gum.
  • You Did WHAT!?? — Finally, a national story that echoes locally. Former President Obama’s director of the Office of Government and Ethics sent a four-letter blast to President Syracuse Joe’s decision to hire five children of top aides. Walter Shaub lit Biden’s hair on fire on Twitter for breaking promises. Shaub wrote ” … Even the f***ing head of presidential personnel, who is suppose[d] to be keeping them honest, has a child who’s a recent college grad working in the administration. A lot of us worked hard to tee [Biden] up to restore ethics to government and believed the promises. This is a real ‘f**k you’ to us—and government ethics. When little problems like this, which are so damn easy to avoid, crop up, it’s a sign of much bigger rot. As for the local touch, nepotism has been a way of life in official Pittsfield for some time. Latest case: Nick “200 Hours” Russo, who got paid almost $34,000 to ruin downtown North Street with bike lanes and mazes.

———- ooo ———-

That doesn’t even come close to emptying out our ideas, but it keeps the pile manageable.

Like your laundry.

———————————————————————————————-

“No politician is honest, nor is there one champion of justice at whose side he may fight and be saved”Plato, in The Republic.

“OPEN THE WINDOW, AUNT MILLIE.”

LOVE TO ALL.

Joe Biden has been in the Swamp for nearly 50 years, yet he and his Biden “Crime” Family are all fabulously wealthy with tens of millions of dollars in each of their respective bank accounts. Joe Biden’s son Hunter Biden is being investigated for money laundering by federal law enforcement agencies for bringing home hundreds of millions of dollars from China when Joe Biden was the Vice President under Barack Obama. Hunter Biden published a book this year of 2021 where he confessed to smoking crack cocaine every 15 minutes and drowning himself with alcohol while going to strip clubs and hiring sex workers. Hunter Biden has at least 5 children by at least 3 women. Joe Biden said on national TV that he is proud of his last surviving son Hunter Biden. How could any rational person believe that Joe Biden’s promises of an ethical presidential administration would be honored?

The Lovely Linda is sitting on tens of millions of slush fund and Biden Buck$ direct aid public dollars, yet she still hiked municipal spending (and municipal taxes and fees) by 5 percent starting on July 1, 2021. That would be like me winning the lottery jackpot, and then telling my family and/or friends to pick up the lunch bill for me. On the state government level, Governor Charlie Baker and Beacon Hill lawmakers are sitting on billions of slush fund and stimulus public dollars, yet they (Boston politicians) still mostly voted to possibly raise state taxes on Massachusetts’ nearly 20,000 millionaires by 80 percent (from 5% to 9%) to raise an additional $1 billion to $2 billion in a couple of years from now. That would be like me winning the lottery jackpot, and then telling my roommates to pay the mortgage or rent bill for me.

Lastly, the U.S. national debt – U.S. National Debt Clock : Real Time (usdebtclock.org) – is a big joke because it will never be paid back. The federal government mostly borrows money from itself – making trillions of dollars in money out of thin air. Where do all of the federal dollars go? The one thing I know is that the U.S. Government makes its money by selling arms to the world’s governments. The U.S.’s #1 non-farm export are military weapons. The U.S. Government is in the business or WAR! Since the end of World War 2, the U.S. Government has killed millions of foreign Peoples in military conflicts or endless war. We fought Nazi Germany during World War 2 to stop Hitler’s war machine, but then we ended building our own war machine. As long as the U.S. Government sells arms and war to the world, we will continue to borrow trillions of dollars decades into the future.

US government, gives foreign aid to China, yes China.

So USA now borrows money from China, pays interest on the loan, so they can give the money to China. Ask Rep Malarkey about it.

Gas was $1.95 last December, it’s $2.95 under Xiden.

Xiden imported oil , from Iran Johnatolla Kerry and Sotero’s buddies . He also speedined the oil pipeline from Russia to Germany, so much for “green new deal”. Johnatolla, Pelousey and other Dems have oil interests there.

Meanwhile he killed Keystone pipeline and 60,000 American jobs.

Ok, you raise a decent hypothesis, and we do hope the rising inflation is simply the shock of production. But, the economy is on fire? How is it possible when 40% small businesses went under in 2020 and surviving businesses can’t get people off unemployment and back to work? This must be the Keynesian economic model or the Krugman/Enron economical model.

Since fuel prices are WAY UP in just 6 months, so are all other commodities that are transported.

So far food just from transportation, but farmers costs will soon be passed down also. Ready for $10/lb hamburger?

Speaking of transportation, Xiden refunded the bullet train to nowhere in Commiefornia. Got to move those criminal aliens he’s importing quick.

Texas has taken steps to stem the hordes flowing north. Continuing building physical barriers and arresting the criminals the feds give a free pass. It’s not the border patrols fault, it’s the chumps in charge. POTUS Trump had almost stopped the flow, but under Xiden it’s like lemmings on migration.

Speaking of chumps/chimps. Xidens BATF nominee, Chipman, proudly posed with burnt bodies of murdered women and children in Waco Texas, like they were trophies.

This push to say that 25 and under youth have brains that are not fully developed and therefore cannot be responsible for their actions has been going on for some time. Yet let’s have 16 year olds vote on the future of the country with their still developing brains. First of all, we need consistency in this country, but 16 years old kids are not mature enough to vote. Some may be, but the majority aren’t and this age group shouldn’t be deciding the fate of the country. This 16 year old voting push by the far left is due to school political indoctrination being so successful in this age group and they want to now use it to win elections.

“It’s not civil to call someone who lied a liar?” Biden bristled in response.

““A Much Higher IQ,” 1987Three decades ago, Biden’s verbal attack on a voter at a New Hampshire house party helped derail his first presidential campaign.
When Claremont, NH, high-school teacher Frank Fahey asked Biden what law school he attended, the then-senator from Delaware melted down.
“I probably have a much higher IQ than you do, I suspect,” Biden snapped as he expounded on a glittering academic record that, reporters later found, was largely imaginary.
The exchange, captured by C-Span’s cameras, resurfaced months later, when Biden was revealed as a serial plagiarist going back to his college days. He abandoned his White House bid soon after.

Given many of your whack job comments on this blog, including not understanding the supply/demand side of the temporary price increases tells me two things.

  1. You can’t teach common sense
  2. Apparently if you show up, anyone can get a degree

And lastly, your constant bragging about your degrees, your shooting ability, and the jobs you’ve held, only goes to show that you are even more insecure and have a more fragile ego that your hero Donald Trump, and that’s saying something.

Many far left states are cancelling 4th of July events while still having public Pride events and Juneteenth events. Why would they want to celebrate the birth of our country when they despise it so much? Maybe that can be the new flag flown over city hall? A flag with guns, 40 oz malt liquor, MD 20/20, crack rocks (we can’t forget some of Shirley Edgerton’s family members contribution to Pittsfield), red/blue bandannas, used/dirty needles, bullets, chalked body outlines, and let’s not forget the “houseless.” After all, Pittsfield is vibrant, dynamic, and inclusive.

“Since being elected, Andrea has prioritized accountability and service to victims of violent crime, particularly victims of domestic, sexual and other gender-based violence.”

Have you ever noticed Andrea Harrington’s politico doublespeak bs is always about “prioritizing” or planning to do something? It’s never about action e.g. hiring and keeping qualified people, winning cases, understanding the law and following it? Good thing we are not we are not stuck in the old ways and are moving forward toward woke prosecution thanks to DA Harrington

Harrington is quoting Maya Angelou on her oh so progressively woke facebook campaign page. Maya Angelo also said, “When someone shows you who they are, believe them the first time.” Remember Pittsfield City Councilor Melissa Mazzeo‘s description of Harrington’s call threatening her with career and political blowback if she didn’t support her in the upcoming district attorney’s election? It was the phone threat the eagle refused to report on because it was a “she said she said.” It was covered widely on the planet. That was the first time that we know of that Harrington threatened someone. Then there was the attempted muzzling of the ethics whistleblower and the payoff she offered city councilor Moon. Now it is a judge. When exactly will be the moment when people wake the f up?

She’s actually set victims rights back 20 years. She hired people that didn’t know their jobs (moon, lampaloser, and edgerton). Edgerton is all for defunding the cops unless the wind blows her Harrington for DA lawn signs, then she wants the FBI to investigate.
If Moon was so untrustworthy, how’d she end up in the DA’s office? She either purposefully hired an incompetent person as political payola or she didn’t know WTAF she was doing.

Attorneys say DA’s letter about judge was political strategy with reelection looming
* By Heather Bellow and Amanda Burke, The Berkshire Eagle 11 hrs ago

PITTSFIELD — An editorial in a trade publication for attorneys across the state joined a chorus of rebuke against District Attorney Andrea Harrington for asking the Trial Court leadership last month to stop a district court judge from hearing criminal cases, saying Harrington’s attempt appears to have been politically motivated.
“This approach seems primarily designed to score points with voters, since Harrington is a first-term district attorney up for re-election next year,” the authors wrote of Harrington’s letter to the state’s Trial Court leadership about Central Berkshire District Court Judge Jennifer Tyne.

The June 17 editorial, “DA oversteps in critique of judge,” said that asking the three Trial Court leaders to remove criminal cases from Tyne’s purview is an “extreme step” and “not appropriate.”
In her letter about Judge Tyne, the DA bypassed her right in particular cases to pursue an appeal or file a motion to recuse, the editorial said.
Harrington also could have filed a complaint to the Commission on Judicial Conduct.
“But what she should not do is attempt an end-run around the process,” the editorial said, also noting that it is “not unusual for a prosecutor to disagree with a judge’s decisions.”
Harrington’s office did not respond to questions about issues raised in the editorial.
In an earlier statement, Harrington said, “There are limited options to address concerns with judges, but it is my responsibility to advocate for the compassionate treatment of parties and attorneys in the justice system.”

Harrington raised concerns about Tyne in a May 14 letter to Paul C. Dawley, the chief justice of the state’s district court system, and two other judges. Citing Tyne’s handling of a number of criminal cases, Harrington called Tyne a “significant threat to public safety” and asked Dawley to stop her from hearing criminal cases in Berkshire County.
Harrington criticized Tyne for what she called the judge’s history of “dangerous rulings and hostile treatment of victims and prosecutors” in the Berkshire District Attorney’s Office.
But Dawley outright dismissed Harrington’s claims after conducting a “full and thorough review” that involved listening to audio recordings of hearings Harrington cited in support of her positions. In a statement to The Eagle, Dawley said there was “no factual basis” to support the “serious allegations” Harrington had lodged.

Dawley called Harrington’s claims “unsubstantiated” and said his “review of Judge Tyne’s handling of each of the cases cited in the letter reflects careful and thoughtful analysis on her part and was properly within the bounds of lawful judicial discretion.”
Harrington’s move was met by criticism from the Massachusetts Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys, which called her attempt “unethical.” The deputy chief counsel for the Public Defender Division of the Committee for Public Counsel Services has said Harrington’s removal request “sends a message to other judges that they need to fall in line or else face an attack on their livelihood.”
Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly is a trade publication that reaches 17,000 subscribers, according to Advertising Director Scott Ziegler. Founded in 1972, the publication refers to itself as the “top source of legal information for practicing attorneys.”

Harrington, who is up for reelection in 2022, was sworn into office on Jan 1, 2019. In 2016, she made a bid for the state Senate seat now held by Sen. Adam Hinds, D-Pittsfield, who is considering a possible run for statewide office, including lieutenant governor.
Donations to her Harrington’s campaign increased on June 14, the same day she wrote a letter to her supporters in which she attacked The Eagle for “biased reporting” for writing about her attempt to have Tyne barred from presiding over criminal cases in the county.
The trade publication’s editorial isn’t the first to accuse Harrington of playing politics. Former employees of the DA’s Office have criticized the office’s “campaign culture,” saying it is designed to harness a progressive platform for political success rather than working toward substantive execution of
that platform

Only way to get justice is through monetary compensation,
Judges and lawyers rarely see prison
Thier minions may, if it costs enough $ & gains enough headlines.

Massachusetts probate courts already nationally infamous * Netflix series – dirty money- which thanks to Britinany Spears predatory guardianship- and gross civil rights violations will be propelled quickly to supreme court.

Legislation pending in several states to strip probate court judges and staff of immunity. , DCF is in that position presently- hence Harrington witch hunt to protect DCF malfeasance in little boys death.

government protected and clergy
Predators of children-like chomos in prison soon will have no ability to hide- court records aren’t considered doxing:)

Epstein had help- like Massachusetts senate president William Bulgers brother James Whitey Bulger- who didn’t live long enough to have Breakfast at hazelton penitentiary- nobody is beyond the wrath of abuse victims. Once exposed the list of possible suspects is too large to ever get convictions – reasonable doubt.
Think of it as a dojo storm at the courthouses to it BLM and free britney its a perfectly legal unstoppable storm.

Like ltgbq protests of Daniel Fords home and courthouses for the persecution of Bernard Barron;)

You cant change the past- but you can protect the innocent in the future.

Message me on what I’m mistaken about, appreciate any help I can get.

Good luck on your quest
Check out next installmenton expose on fakebook.
Project veritas set stage 12-9-2018
4 years after I was brutally attacked by my now ex wife – who’s attorney instructed her to attack me to provoke a physical response to gain advantage in a divorce.

The cowardly judges of probate courts call cases they prejudice after all other cases to conceal thier criminal acts. Then clerk registrars edit tapes- guess what happens when secret recordings – 1st amendment allowed – don’t match falsified recordings provided by court?
Summary judgement and most likely a racketeering case.

“Senator Sheldon Whitehouse Defends Belonging to a “Whites-Only” Beach Club”

https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2021/06/long-tradition-rhode-island-democrat-senator-sheldon-whitehouse-defends-belonging-whites-beach-club-video/

Published June 21, 2021 at 10:49am

Imagine if a Republican said this.

Democrat Senator Sheldon Whitehouse defended belonging to a whites-only beach club when confronted by a reporter on Sunday.

Senator Whitehouse belongs to Baily’s Beach Club in Newport, Rhode Island.
The Democrat hypocrite was confronted about his membership back in 2017 and brushed off the reporter.

Four years later Sheldon Whitehouse still belongs to the exclusive whites-only beach club and says it’s a “long tradition in Rhode Island.”
This is the same guy who launched blistering attacks against Trump and accused him of being a racist and a bigot.

I watch and read them all. You come away with a pretty good understanding of what’s really going on if you consume them all.

I would recommend watching Episode 2 The Age of Slavery (1800-1860) of Louis Gates’ series ‘The African Americans’. It starts off in Sheffield and Stockbridge, Mass.

It gives non-African Americans a feel for why the US is trying to use social engineering to try to address systemic racism. African Americans already know.

“Systemic racism” is either “systemic” or it isn’t. If it is, then white people who live below the poverty line and suffer from all the same problems that black poor people suffer from are victims of “racism” too. Or are they victims of rapacious capitalism? How can you tell the difference?

Not in a good place to say “White people have a race too”, as Whites face fabricated charges and malicious prosecution, judicial misconduct – for the third time – from a shoddy illegal dwelling without safe drinking water – in 2021 Berkshire County. I still sit at the back of the bus. The health department treated me like a Ninority

There is no excuse for the treatment you have received, and you are correct in pointing out that whites face the things that you point out.

But note the implication in your statement ‘the health department treated me like a minority’.

How does it feel? Rotten, of course.

One difference is that white poor people’s ancestors were not enslaved. They are not victims of racism because it is not their race that’s holding them back.

The enslavement of the blacks in this country was worse than other instances (except maybe the Jews in Egypt) by several orders of magnitude.

Their low class and income levels in our country now are the direct result of prior enslavement and the resulting systemic racism.

You know it’s bad when CNN is complaining about Joe Biden.

– CNN’s Dana Bash Confronts Biden National Security Advisor on Nord Stream 2 Pipeline (VIDEO)
By Cristina Laila
Published June 20, 2021 at 4:39pm

You know it’s bad when CNN is complaining about Joe Biden.
Joe Biden owes Russia for all the cash……….

Joe Biden and his Democrat allies received money from a top Russia lobbyist in 2020 before waiving sanctions on the Nord Stream 2 pipeline.
Recall, Biden’s first order of business was to shut down the Keystone Pipeline which killed more than 55,000 American jobs.
But Joe Biden supports a pipeline from Russia to Germany that will expand Vladimir Putin’s political power and influence in the region.
In 2019, the Trump Administration put economic sanctions on companies and executives involved in the building of the Nord Stream 2 pipeline from Russia to Germany.
Advertisement – story continues below

The Nord Stream 2 pipeline would allow Russia to bypass Ukraine and Poland and deliver gas to Germany.
The Trump Administration didn’t want to give Vladimir Putin too much of a hold over Europe by controlling energy supplies, but Joe Biden sold out to the highest bidder (as usual) and gifted Putin a pipeline.
CNN’s Dana Bash on Sunday confronted Biden’s National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan.
“Why are you giving in to Russia on this pipeline?” Dana Bash said.
Sullivan LIED spun like a top trying to justify Biden’s decision to give in to Putin.

Pittsfield launches campaign promoting correct way to recyclehttps://www.facebook.com/dialog/share?app_id=140586622674265&display=popup&href=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.wwlp.com%2Fnews%2Fmassachusetts%2Fpittsfield-launches-campaign-promoting-correct-way-to-recycle%2F&redirect_uri=http%3A%2F%2Fs7.addthis.com%2Fstatic%2Fthankyou.html
OMFG! The Pitts is teaching (scratch that) TRYING to educate it’s citizens on how to recycle?
Unless a person (ideally 2) went door to door in every neighborhood home and educated, no; rather, OFFERED education on recycling, would it begin to work! Then try to educate the houseless, homeless and addicts (both drug and alcohol) on how to clean up their surroundings. They can’t clean up themselves FCS!!!!!
The education level in the Pitts is low; the desire to recycle and do what is right for the City is lower, The amount of trash on the highways and byways of the City are an example! NOBODY GIVES A FLYING SQUIRELL!!!!!
IF, and only IF, the City sets an example on sidewalk, roadway and park maintenance, then the GOOD Citizens MAY join forces and keep the Pitts clean. Other that, it’s like urinating into the wind!!!!!!!!!!!
Another feel good program brought to you by the “Vibrant & Dynamic.”
Seriously, can you change the stripes on Zebras or the spots on a Leopard? Ain’t happenin’.
And, might I add: Don’t drive drunk, don’t speed, obey all traffic signs, don’t set off fireworks, shoplift, break and enter…….etc, etc etc.
Sad state of affairs here in town.
What’s the REAL answer?
I have none; do you?

Joe Biden is the U.S.A.’s second Catholic U.S. President. The first was J.F.K. The U.S. Catholic Bishops are rebuking Joe Biden for his liberal views on abortion. I believe that the U.S. Catholic Bishops are using the “Wedge Issue” of abortion to fire up the conservative cultural Catholic movement that pits conservative Catholics against other Catholics and many non-Catholics. I believe that the conservative cultural Catholic movement is wrong because it takes away from all of the good deeds that the Catholic Church does in society and the world. The Catholic Church works for social and economic justice, they fight for the poorest and neediest people who need our help and don’t have a voice, they educate the masses with their over 2,000 years of wisdom and moral beliefs, and they spread the word of Jesus Christ. I believe that if men, which compromise ALL of the top leaders of the Catholic Church, do not want abortion, then men should not have sex with women unless men are willing to sacrifice at least 20 years of men’s time and money to provide for the mother and the child. Men should be taught about birth control, and that there is no form of birth control that is 100 percent effective to stop a woman from becoming pregnant. All it takes is for a man’s sperm to reach and fertilize a woman’s egg for a pregnancy to occur. I have no faith in Joe Biden because he is a Swamp career politician of nearly 50 years who used his power and money (mostly from China via alleged money launderer suspect Hunter Biden) to become the 46th U.S. President after running for the Oval Office since 1988, or for the past 32 years. Joe Biden has killed tens of thousands of energy jobs in the U.S.A., and he has had record level inflation by spending $6 trillion federal tax dollars in his first 100 days in the Oval Office, while still pushing to spend trillions of dollars more on his infrastructure and jobs legislation that is being help up by the Republican U.S. Senators’ use of the filibuster, plus he filed a $6 trillion fiscal year 2022 federal budget proposal with U.S. Congress. In closing, I wish the Catholic Church would stop its conservative cultural Catholic movement once and for all, and instead focus on helping and educating the poor while spreading the word of Jesus Christ. I wish Joe Biden would stop killing so many American energy jobs, and be realistic and stop spending record amounts of federal tax dollars that is contributing to record high levels of inflation in 2021.

These relief funds from the federal government seem to be informational negligent by the current administration. The money has to be spent by 2024 but I’d like to know what, when and who is going to allocate it here locally. And don’t let Ruffer or Kufflinks dominate the criteria on distribution.

I’d prefer a Town Managerger at this point, with towns people voting on allocations going forward. This dimwit administration has nefarious plans for it. One suggestion would be to fix infrastructure currently in the millions. Pay down the first Water Project, Help businesses.

We have monies drawing from free cash accounts that do not help our tax rates because when they reduce the rate they raise the assessments on the next budget, that’s a joke. We have to get a handle on the bloated School Budget.

https://masslawyersweekly.com/2021/06/17/da-oversteps-in-critique-of-judge/

Everyone except the liberal idiots that voted for her see her for what she is, a disloyal, egotistical, hypocritical, political hack.

Why is it she can call African Americans “animals”, “savages” and the Nword when her husband’s store gets robbed but somehow she gets a pass?

So are all the lawyers below wrong?!?
Is the judge wrong?
Are all the defense attorneys wrong who called her out?

Or is the first term political hack DA with zero trial experience right?

“It’s not unusual for a prosecutor to disagree with a judge’s decisions, but calling for that judge to be precluded from hearing criminal cases is an extreme step. What’s more, sending a letter to Trial Court leadership is not the appropriate mechanism for addressing concerns over a judge’s decisions or demeanor.
In fact, this approach seems primarily designed to score points with voters, since Harrington is a first-term district attorney up for re-election next year.
If the DA has concerns about the rulings in a given case, she can pursue an appeal or file a motion to recuse. If she believes a judge’s conduct is inappropriate, she can submit a complaint to the Commission on Judicial Conduct. But what she should not do is attempt an end-run around the process.

Joe Biden plans on instituting a policy that will turn American against American. He wants people to report their neighbors or even family members who they think are plotting against the government. This is sounding like East Germany and all Americans should protest against this which will destroy our country and can be used to destroy your political enemies.
