PLANET VALENTI NEWS AND COMMENTARY

(FORTRESS OF SOLITUDE, MONDAY JUNE 2, 2025)–Why do you think Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary Kristi Noem was in the Berkshires over the weekend? Is the dining room at Wheatleigh–oops, we mean the Hampton Terrace Inn–her new command post?

On second thought, no, absolutely not, for sure. Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem was NOT dining next to our table over the weekend at Wheatleigh. And THE PLANET was nowhere in South County during that time. We will swear to that in any court of law.

DHS has, however, placed Berkshire County on its list of “sanctuary jurisdictions.” Let it be a warning shot to all towns and cities here, from Clarksburg to Sheffield, that we have “Game On!” This puts Bitchfield, known to DHS as Pittsfield, in the crosshairs. Massachusetts has quite the record, batting .923, with 13 of its 14 counties considered to be harboring criminal aliens. That would lead any league in hitting. Hamden County, our next-door neighbors, didn’t make the list.

AS IT SHOULD BE

“These sanctuary city politicians are endangering Americans and our law enforcement in order to protect violent criminal illegal aliens,” Noem said. “We are exposing the sanctuary politicians who harbor criminal illegal aliens and defy federal law. President Trump and I will always put the safety of the American people first. Sanctuary politicians are on notice: Comply with federal law.”

And you can be sure that Secretary Noem’s Louis Vitton carryon included a message posted on THE PLANET from our very own Pat. In case you missed it, it reads:

There will likely be a lot more arrests in Berkshire County because of our sanctuary status. The Berkshire Eagle isn’t helping the situation by running an article about what to do and not do if you see an ICE arrest. The article isn’t helpful because it encourages people to film the arrest using certain procedures so that ICE can’t take the video and that is what Berkshire County residents are now doing. The article encourages people to just stop short of interfering by interacting with the person being arrested by talking with them, but don’t answer questions from ICE or hold doors open for them. Berkshire County residents, however, are confronting ICE as we have seen with recent arrests because they are getting too close to the situation with the videotaping and other involvement. The Dems want to manipulate the emotions of the public by running these articles in the Berkshire Eagle.

Check that.

Secretary Noem’s Louis Vitton carryon DID NOT include a message posted on THE PLANET from our very own Pat. That’s because Noem was NOT in the Berkshires this weekend. Remember?

That oughta cover it.

The following Massachusetts cities, DHS says, are “deliberately and shamefully obstructing the enforcement of federal immigration laws”:

  • Boston
  • Cambridge
  • Chelsea
  • Concord
  • Lawrence
  • Newton
  • Orleans
  • Somerville
  • Springfield
  • Northampton
  • Amherst
  • Holyoke

Pittsfield and Worcester were not publicly named. That’s good news for hard-working taxpayers, bad news for the bad actors, criminal aliens and public office holders alike. These two cities are in for special attention, indicating they are among the worst violators. That spells “uh oh” for self-righteous politicians think protecting criminals should come before protecting law-abiding citizens.

———- ooo ———-

DHS operations in the Bay State kicked into high gear in April when President Trump signed an executive order directing AG Pam Bondi and Noem to muss up the hair of jurisdictions that “refuse to cooperate with federal law.”

“Each jurisdiction will receive formal notification of its non-compliance with Federal statutes,” DHS says in press statement. “DHS demands that these jurisdictions immediately review and revise their policies … and renew their obligation to protect American citizens, not dangerous illegal aliens.”

Yeah, and save Mary Jane and Joe Kapanski the $2 billion they’ve thus far coughed up to give soup-to-nuts support (free housing, meals, healthcare, and the rest of it).

Bitchfield officials haven’t shared any of this with the public, of course, because that’s the way of it is in the Local Loco Land of The Suits.

But that’s why you have THE PLANET, isn’t it?

Doesn’t Trump’s “ICE Age” run contrary to Pittsfield’s do-nothing State Representative Country Buffet’s mission of advocating for illegal immigrants?

I hope that the U.S.A. will always be a nation of laws, not of men. We are entitled to due process of law in the U.S.A.

If not, first it will be illegal immigrants, then it may be another group of people, such as the LGBTQ+ people, and so on, who will be denied their day in court before a Judge and Jury.

I hope that history is NOT repeating itself 100 years apart! Down with Project 2025! End the political persecutions! Stop the Authoritarian-like MAGA movement! Respect Human Rights and Democracy!

We are moving backwards in our cruel world of great economic inequality for centralized political power to serve the elite’s financial interests instead of the common good.

If you studied civics JM, you would learn that illegal aliens ARE NOT entitled to due process. That is a right given to American citizens. It’s no different than if you were to get locked up in a foreign country.

You’ve been a gay man for almost 50 years now, I think it’s safe to say, you’re safe JM. Trump and MAGA are not going to start deporting you or fellow gay people. In fact, if you LGBTQ+ people didn’t shove your sexual proclivities down our throats, nobody would even know or care what you did behind closed doors.

After reading your last paragraph it made me wonder, did you live in a cave the last four years? You just explained the last four years of the Auto-Pen presidency.

I hit post before I corrected my last post. What I meant to say was, illegal aliens have due process when it comes to criminal matters here in the USA. They do not have due process when it comes to deportations.

Remember Marxist-Melle and all you other communists, I and every American-first Patriot voted for this:

Illegals and sexually confused rainbow people are safe in Pittsfield. And now Amuso is retired from BHS so she has more time to perfect her back turning escape to the city council chambers backroom when she hears truth during public comment. Maybe she’ll share her escape technique with Goggles Serre because she still has her do nothing job. Lunchbox Costa will practice between snacks.

I wonder if Drooling Warren will be hiding illegals at his house? Of course only female illegals will be allowed. But females will be safe for 10 mins a day when he reads Everything You Want To Know About Playing Fake Lawyer.

And will DHS visit Bart Simpson Kavey’s house looking for illegals? Of course only pot smoking rainbow illegals will be welcome there.

Maybe Golf Grass Conant will wake up long enough to get his clue in what to do.

And I don’t think President Voltron Porkchop will hide any illegals now that he has a girlfriend to accompany him on his food junkets. Or maybe he will, so he can have someone to take out his pug dog that looks like Throw Momma From The Train when he’s out shopping for new dolls.

It’s more important than ever that we get dangerous people out of our country. Just yesterday elderly people between the ages of 67 to 88 were set on fire during a rally about bringing home Jewish hostages. The perpetrator is an illegal immigrant. These attacks are increasing at an alarming rate. The colleges are a big part of the problem having allowed antisemitism to get out of control on their campuses. Having open borders for the past 4 years has created a very dangerous situation for our country.

We can all hope that President Trump’s DOJ will one day focus on one of the MA architects of the illegal alien problem here in Bitchfield. None other than the MA illegal alien’s representative, Tricia Farley-Country Buffet (d-illegal aliens).

Representative Tricia Farley-Bouvier

Do you remember when TFCB sponsored any bill to help us, you know her American constituents? The taxpayers who pay her salary.

I do remember when TFCB gloated about her bill that allowed DL’s for illegal aliens. During a presser, she even assured the public that illegal aliens wouldn’t use their DL’s for voting purposes…….sure Tricia, and the Bitchfield Pubic Scohol Comite was going to release the full report. But hey, at least “Chief Wynn told us it was safe.”

Bill H.3456

*A follow-up story I wish the local press would do for us, is how many illegal aliens have Tricia Farley-Country Buffet (d-illegal aliens) and Linda “Flat” Tyer-Clairmont, taken into their homes?

As dozens of migrants arrive at hotels in Great Barrington and Pittsfield a broad network of support comes to the rescue | Local News | berkshireeagle.com

I’ll never forget that here in Berkshire County, we shelled out $1,500,000 in taxpayer money, to house illegal aliens in two hotels. Statewide, we only shelled out $584,000,000 in taxpayer money to house illegal aliens.

Haitian migrant families living in Great Barrington and Pittsfield hotels must find new housing. The state’s shelter contracts end in June | Local News | berkshireeagle.com

I guess this is the “small price-tag we pay” for our diversity and inclusion, that “Flat” Tyer-Clairmont used to gleefully talk about.

This video I found on Twitter (X) this morning explains why democRATS are fighting to keep illegal aliens in this country, it’s the remaining core of their voting base.

In this video, the CA AG is speaking to fellow CA democRATS at the CA democRATic convention. Notice it’s sparse attendance.

When your message is: Illegal aliens over Americans, pro crime, pro taxes, pro war, antisemitism, pro mental illness (transvestites), pro welfare state, anti-guns, anti-religion, DEI, anti-white men, and the sexual grooming of children masked as education (child pornography books like Gender Queer), it doesn’t hit home with most normal, sane, hardworking Americans.

What do you think about Mayor Peter Marchetti’s proposal on the issue of homelessness (“unhoused” residents) in Pittsfield?

Letter: “Camping ban is an indecent attack on the unfortunate and marginalized”
The Berkshire Eagle, June 3, 2025

To the editor: Unhoused members of our community are not perpetrators, they are victims.

They can be victims of bad luck; victims of tax policies that make the very rich richer while denying basic necessities to the poor; victims of corporate greed that exploits the poor to maximize profit for already rich shareholders; victims of each of us who do not wish to feel the discomfort of facing our own complicity in creating the huge wealth gap that is strangling our democracy, so we choose to look away.

At any time — tomorrow, next week or next year — any of us could become one of the unhoused if our luck were to change.

We live in — and support — a dysfunctional society that values and prioritizes individual responsibility over community support and wellbeing. The historical record, as well as the natural environment, clearly demonstrates that building systems that support everyone is essential for the survival of each and all of us as well as for the earth we share.

The proposed ordinance for the city of Pittsfield to ban camping within the city is one that reflects the dysfunction we all allow to happen. It is a short-term solution to make those of us who are lucky more comfortable with how things are so we do not have to see those who have not been lucky. We push them out of view and out of mind.

Since sleeping out of doors is, for most, a last option, there is nowhere for the unhoused to go. So is the plan to just lock them up? Are we going to make criminals of the unlucky?

Most of us like to think of ourselves as not racist. The ordinance, however, would have a discriminatory impact, as more than 50 percent (95 of 187) of those surveyed during this past winter’s homeless count identified as Black or African American while Black and African Americans account for less than 10 percent of the local population. That discrepancy of itself speaks loudly about the discrimination that takes place on our door steps.

This proposed ordinance is one that will do great violence and harm to those who are the most vulnerable in our community. Why would we choose to do this? Whose lives and comfort are we prioritizing? Where is the justice, kindness or decency in this proposal?

Rebecca Thompson, Pittsfield

JM, you should take a good read of the link I provided below.

You are The Planet poster child of “victim mentality.”

Just look at the “victim mentality” mindset and take an inner look at yourself.

  • ‌You blame others for the way your life is.
  • ‌You truly think life is against you.
  • ‌You have trouble coping with problems in your life and feel powerless against them.
  • ‌You feel stuck in life and approach things with a negative attitude.
  • ‌You feel attacked when someone tries to offer helpful feedback.
  • ‌Feeling bad for yourself gives you relief or pleasure.
  • ‌You attract people who blame others and complain about their life.
  • ‌It’s difficult for you to examine yourself and make changes.

The above describes every post you have ever made on here about Andy Nuciforo. All of which happened (in your mind) over 20+ years ago.

I know there’s many addiction’s that are hard to overcome, but I believe Victimhood Addiction is actually right near the top to overcome nowadays.

If tomorrow JM was told that the problems related to his lifelong victimhood had been solved, he would be forced to look in horror at the life JM had made for himself , so utterly dependent upon eternal victimhood and just
as bad, the crutch of victimhood must be supported by a vast array of well paid cadres whose whole economic livelihood depends upon never permitting the “victims” into confidence, happiness, and self-
reliance.

Argument by assertion. Not valid. I reject this. All of it.

Further, causality, eg. ‘Racism’ is unargued, just assumed by the author. Author further does not perceive property rights as the driving issue. Homeless occupy spaces that they do not own, that is the source of conflict.

In fact, the only question is whether the City should enforce the City Code or not. All potential restrictions on public behavior is already codified, including panhandling.

I read in an LSAT prep book, if you want to find weak and flawed arguments, look no further than the letters to editor section.

Why does the Mayor’s department heads lie about how many homeless reside in Pittsfield? To address the problem, you need to answer that.

They made a big deal about a huge investment in a house for four families on West Housy. And ARPA is spent on apartments for homeless that local homeless will never live in. The project, thanks to Riffer, is shared with Boston and it will be Boaton that decides who of theirs get the benefit.

Homelessness, or “houselessness,” as CC Prez Wimpy White refers to it as, is the just the latest and greatest democRAT grift to launder money.

Instead of holding the homeless accountable for their illegal drug usage, criminal activity, and other deviant behaviors, the democRAT leaders have turned them into victims. Why?

Follow the money. You never saw this 20+ years ago when vagrancy laws were enforced and “harm reduction” was placing plastic guards in light sockets so your children didn’t electrocute themselves.

Many years ago, I asked a Pittsfield Police officer why a homeless guy who used to wander North Street drunk instead of staying at Barton’s Crossing-the old homeless shelter on upper North Street.

The cop looked at me and said, “it’s because they can’t get drunk or high there, so he chooses to be homeless.”

The social justice and diversity grift has dried up, thanks to President Trump.

“450 Bodies: A Ledger Written in Blood”

I didn’t start counting the dead until the silence got too loud.

At first, it was just another obituary. Another young name. Another candlelight vigil, quietly covered by the local press and buried beneath development announcements and fundraising galas. But I kept watching. And the count rose—steadily, relentlessly. Today, it stands at 450. Four hundred and fifty overdose deaths in Berkshire County over the past decade. And yet, we treat each one as if it were an isolated tragedy instead of what it really is: a symptom of something orchestrated, something systemic. Something profitable.

I speak as someone who has walked the halls of prosecution and stared into the machinery of justice. I know a pattern when I see one. And this isn’t just a public health crisis—it’s a criminal enterprise wearing a nonprofit’s mask.

Berkshire County has become a case study in how institutions weaponize despair. How they monetize the slow death of a community while claiming the moral high ground of “services” and “support.” But when I traced the money, I didn’t find hope. I found fake bills, ghost programs, and nonprofits that flourish while their clients vanish.

We have developers gobbling up properties from the families of the deceased, nonprofits billing for services they never delivered, and officials funneling public dollars into PR campaigns while families are torn apart by DCF and left to bury their children alone.

This isn’t mismanagement. It’s racketeering.[^1]

Let me be precise: under both federal and Massachusetts RICO statutes, what we’re seeing qualifies as a pattern of predicate acts—wire fraud, mail fraud, obstruction, and extortion—coordinated by an informal enterprise made up of developers, nonprofit boards, law enforcement, and public officials.

They don’t need to meet in a smoky back room. Their collaboration is written in zoning board minutes, campaign donations, “no-bid” contracts, and selective prosecutions. It’s visible in the way one person is criminalized for survival while another is congratulated for gentrification. It’s carved into the tombstones of the people they discarded.

And what better cover than “saving the community”? “For the children”.

Who would dare question the grant-funded recovery center or the state-subsidized youth program? Who would connect the overdose spike to the sudden expansion of a real estate portfolio? Who would believe that those tasked with healing the damage are the same ones cultivating it behind closed doors?

I would. Because I’ve seen the paperwork. I’ve listened to the families. I’ve watched the survivors be silenced, gaslit, discredited, and disappeared.

And I am done pretending this is anything less than ***.

If you think this is too harsh, ask yourself why Berkshire County—small, rural, picturesque—has a body count rivaling urban centers. Ask yourself why the same names keep surfacing in both “philanthropy” and prosecution. Ask yourself how we built a local economy on death and despair and called it progress.

This is the moment we stop whispering.

This is the moment we name names, trace funds, and demand indictments—not memorials.

We do not need another overdose vigil.

We need a RICO investigation.

God bless the rain down in Africa.

The first subpoena drops.

[^1]: See Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO), 18 U.S.C. § 1961 et seq.; see also Massachusetts General Laws c. 265, § 49 (Criminal enterprise and pattern of criminal activity). Predicate acts may include mail fraud (18 U.S.C. § 1341), wire fraud (18 U.S.C. § 1343), obstruction of justice (18 U.S.C. § 1503), and extortion under color of official right (18 U.S.C. § 1951). Civil RICO claims may be brought by private individuals under 18 U.S.C. § 1964(c), allowing for treble damages.
