PLANET VALENTI NEWS AND COMMENTARY

ADD 1 7/28 AFTERNOON — THE PLANET just received this from Det. Lt. John Soules of the Pittsfield Police Department:

On Monday, July 28th 2025 at approximately 1:00am, Pittsfield Police Department patrol officers were dispatched to the intersection of North Street and Melville Street for a report of a male party with a firearm. Responding officers conducted an area search and discovered a man, later identified as 25-year-old Pittsfield resident Zyir Rasheed, involved in an argument at Cumberland Farms on First Street.

The Cumberland Farms gas station and convenience store is a short distance from the initial call for service and Rasheed matched the description of the suspect. Officers gave commands to Rasheed but he ignored them and attempted to flee. Officers gained control of him and he was found to be in possession of a loaded handgun with a round in the chamber. Rasheed does not possess a Massachusetts License to Carry Firearms.

He was charged with a number of criminal offenses, including Carrying a Firearm without a License (Subsequent Offense), Carrying a Loaded Firearm, and being an Armed Career Criminal. He was expected to be arraigned at some point today. This case highlights the exceptional work regularly conducted by members of the PPD, and the very real dangers they face as they go about their duties.

THE PLANET agrees with that last sentence.

———- ooo ———-

(FORTRESS OF SOLITUDE, MONDAY JULY 28, 2025) — Today, THE PLANET lets the photos speak for themselves.

While. The Suits debate the Silver Lake PCB cap, we took a tour last week of the once Sylvan body. We came away shaking our heads at the lost opportunity.

Not only did the city fail to have GE fully rectify the harm that it did and pay for the restoration of what could have been a spring-fed lake and beach for swimming, fishing, boating, and winter ice skating, it has let what exists continue down the path of neglect.

The garbage. Overflowing cans. The refuse of illegal squatters. It’s obvious that no one in the city cares. Mayor Lumpy doesn’t care. Jim “Crime Dog” McGrath, opens spaces director, doesn’t care. Ricky Rumpus of the DPW doesn’t care. The city council doesn’t care. Apparently, neither does Bitchfield’s contracted trash collector, Casella.

THE PLANET can confidently say this not on the basis of their words but because of their actions … and inactions.

Such neglect not only keeps private capital out of the city, it demoralizes good citizens and encourages the deadbeats to keep soiling.

One word, Lumpy, from THE PLANET: DISGUST.

——————————————————–

Neglect is first a scratch on the leg. It then becomes a limb with gangrene” — Sir Donald Turpentine, Knight of the Bath.

“OPEN THE WINDOW, AUNT MILLIE.”

LOVE TO ALL.

Neglected Silver Lake, trashed. Apparently, that’s okay with Mayor Lumpy and the Gang.

Downward spiral = Pittsfield politics.

Mayor Peter Marchetti is as useless as the capped leaky landfills.

Why does Pittsfield spend tens of millions of dollars per-year more than similar small cities?

Vote out the career politicians in 2025 and in the future elections, please.

What do you think about the friendship between Jeffrey Epstein and….Trump….?

If one counted all of the wives, porn stars, Playboy models, and hopefully not underage girls, that the Republican politicians had in their sex lives, it may give them enough votes to win the next election in 2026.

They give Hunter Biden a run for his money from China and Ukraine. It is a good thing for him that his old man pardoned him, unlike Ghislaine Maxwell….yet, maybe?

Trump was the first one to realize what Epstein was, besides Epstein’s clients. Trump booted him from and banned Epstein from his properties.

Trump was never on the “Lolita express” flight logs, like frequent flyer Slick Willie Clinton, who bought along the H-Beast at least once. What a disgusting scene that must have been…..

The Biden family is composed of criminals and some are traitors.

There is no statue of limitations on treason for those involved in the “Russian collusion” hoax, no immunity for treason, and it’s a capitol offense that can be tried by a military tribunal.

There are many Liberals/Leftists involved in this treason, including (much of) the Sotero and Biden administrations and members of intelligence/law enforcement agencies.

I wish I could stand up to Mayor Peter Marchetti, his ally, the disgraced politician turned marijuana millionaire, Andrea Francesco Nuciforo Junior, and some of the other worthless Pittsfield politicians out there.

They have had it out for me for decades in Pittsfield. They want to ruin my life, even though I live in New Hampshire. They have done a lot of harmful actions against me for almost all of my adult life of 50 years of age.

Lastly, I believe that if my relative Peter Marchetti, and my Enemy #1 Nuciforo, lived anywhere else than Pittsfield, then they would not have been in high their elected offices. They are big fish in a small (polluted Silver) lake in the Pitts – Nothing more. I see them for what they truly are, too.

At least when GE was still in Bitchfield, Silver Lake never froze over because of the continuous flow of pollution from the plant.

The City had an easy place to dump snow removed from the streets. That was times long past, back when the City actually maintained the sidewalks and roads.

Now we have Rumpis’s minions plowing and sanding dry pavement, and being AWOL during snowstorms.

The Shitty of Bitchfield don’t give a dam about dumping trash and garbage on Shitty property.

I found a huge pile dumped that contained the names of those involved (bank receipts and utility bills). I reported it to the Shitty and they did nothing, leaving the trash in place for months.

If anyone other than these same groups of people leaving these mess’s in this area along with other areas around the city, the environmentalists and city officials would be going bonkers. Special treatment because of their circumstances shouldn’t fly.

Lumpy has made decriminalizing homeless infractions. Way to kick the can down the road. He made this very clear. One speaker says his Ordinance is bullshit and tha the mayor Lumpy should be ashamed of himself.

Pittsfield has 30 million to waste for baseball in a flood plain as very few people care about the history of the park.

The fact that they’re knocking it down, and building a totally different architectural design proves your point. The park should be built at a different location. I think the Dan Fox business park area would draw more tourists. Plus it is not in the hood and is not a swamp.

Dan. They’re looking for working off fines for the homeless. One suggestion was ice cream truck worker.
Here are some I would suggest;

Buff Puffy’s hair.
Mayoral and Administrative Beer Run
Catch mosquitos at Wahconah Park
Direct bike lane bikers going the wrong way
Clean feces in front of Storefronts
Help replace Broken windows of businesses
Suspend panhandling for three days.
