In February 2021, Great Barrington police arrested an illegal Mexican national named Isidro Victoriano on a charge of drunk driving. His fingerprints taken during the arrest matched those on file with federal immigration officials. The national interagency communications network informed Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) of the arrest, and the agency began the process of issuing a detainer. Barrington being the land of “birthing people” and emasculated things, however, authorities released Victoriano before ICE could get there.
Vanished.

Twenty-two months later, December 2022, GB cops got their money’s worth when they had to collar Chico a second time. This time, it wasn’t just for too much VO in his system. They charged him with rape. From DUI to rape in 60 seconds. Looks like the express elevator of crime went nowhere but up. Finally, three months ago, the Frito bandito pleaded guilty to that charge. A judge gave him 4- to-6 in prison. This time, ICE filed a detainer. There wasn’t a friendly judge to let him out the backdoor.
“Following his November 2025 state conviction, Isidro Victoriano admitted that he was not a U.S. citizen, that he paid a smuggler to enter the United States, and that he had no legal authorization to do so,” according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office.

This crud snuck into the country the first time in the early 2000s. The Feds caught him and sent him back. Of course, he snuck back in–something that has become difficult to do, thankfully, under the current president. If our woke-pandering governor had her way, she would give this alien criminal rapist a free, taxpayer-funded life–housing, education, health care, loaded EBT card, laundry service, the works–and in his place deport or send to prison the Kapanskis, who only pay for the mess. Judging by her actions, the Bay State governor cares more about enabling criminals than pubic safety.
You know, upstanding souls like Lina Maria Orovio-Hernandez, 59, native of Columbia. Stop us if you’ve heard this one before.
This alien hyphenate has been in federal custody since being indicted in February 2025. She’s lived in Boston for more than 20 years, in which time she stole $400,000 in benefits. What a state!!

- $259,589 in Section 8 housing (2011-2025)
- $101,257 in disability benefits (2014-2025)
- $43,346 in SNAP bennies.

Taxpayers then had to pay for her prosecution in federal court, where a jury convicted her (false representation, false statements, ID theft, receiving stolen money or property, and fraudulent voting in the 2024 presidential election. Who do you think she voted for, Trump or Kackles?).
Orovio-Hernandez: Another race grifter, but this one was caught.
U.S. Attorney Leah Foley called Hernandez a “slap in the face to all those who come into this country legally and abide by our laws.”
The idiots on Beacon Hill fare no better than the gaggly guburnor in dealing with the detritus in our sanctuary state. Democrat state senators, including the Berkshires’ rotund Paul Mark (D-Pillsbury Doughboy), want to create a “rapid response” task force whose purpose will be to hamper, hinder, halt, and harpoon attempts by federal officials to properly perform their law-given duties.
Elsewhere, this is called “aiding and abetting.” This ideologically driven task force’s mission will be “to collect evidence of federal misconduct.” Meanwhile,the illegals will go on raping, murdering, and stealing. THE PLANET wonders how many illegals the tire-waisted Sen. Mark houses in his mansion. At least a dozen, prolly.

The Pittsfield public school system and the department that runs it comprise a scam, an outright theft of $130 million.

Just in the short time I attempted to watch the City Clownsil last night, my blood pressure went up, and I decided to change the channel. Several City Councillors tried to get some answers from Mayor Lumpy, his answer, “I don’t know”, not even an offer to check and get back to you. As Mayor Lumpy responded he had his typical snarky voice when anyone questions his authority. Guess he hasn’t learned anything from the Pittsfield Coop Victoria May debacle.
Many budgetary questions were also asked by the councilors, yet Bowtie Kerwood was no where to be found. Why? It should be mandatory that ALL department heads should attend these meetings. The councilors are representing the taxpayers, the very taxpayers that are paying the salaries of these uninformed and missing employees.
Lumpy, as he has stated many times,,, the first gay mayor, needs to grow a set and start doing his job. The City is a mess.

Hello blogger Dan Valenti,
I am unable to read The Berkshire Eagle online web-page beyond the headlines due to the pay-wall. I am able to read the posts on this blog (PlanetValenti).
All of the taxpayer dollars being spent on illegal immigrants/criminal aliens is difficult for me to read about, as I am a disabled Veteran who served honorably. Pittsfield, which is my native hometown, has a couple hundred homeless residents, but the state government is not doing enough to provide targeted assistance to the underclass residents in need who are citizens.
The state government in Boston is short-changing state administered, federal aid (State Aid) funding to cities and towns, they cut state funding for social services by hundreds of millions of dollars, and the state lawmakers are unproductive. Please NOTE that this was prior to Trump’s federal funding to cuts in 2025 – early-2026.
As a PHS alumnus (Class of 1993), it is difficult for me to read about all of the recent legal and ongoing maintenance problems there, as well as at the THS maintenance problems. Pittsfield public schools are rated Level 5 (failed), Group 11 (underclass), with 679 students per academic year who choice out to neighboring public school districts.
Earl and the 2-Pete’s Pittsfield politics plan to spend tens of millions of dollars on the Wahconah Park boondoggle, the city’s wastewater plant boondoggles, and $100 million on a proposed new public school building.
In a couple of months, Earl and the 2-Pete’s Pittsfield politics will propose their new municipal operating budget that will break new records on spending taxpayer dollars in fiscal year 2027 that runs from July 01, 2026 – June 30, 2027.
I read that the Pittsfield City Councilors are asking questions about Pittsfield’s municipal finances, but Mayor Peter Marchetti kept on replying by saying, “I don’t know”, while Kufflinks (Matt Kerwood) did not attend the 02/10/2026 Pittsfield City Council meeting.
Most of Pittsfield’s residential homeowners are older and live on fixed-incomes who cannot afford to pay for Boston’s under-funding of state aid, cuts to social services funding, and the do-nothings named State Senator Paul Mark, and State Representatives Leigh Davis, John Barrett III, and Tricia Farley-Bouvier.
Pittsfield’s small businesses face the 2nd highest commercial tax rate in Massachusetts closely behind Holyoke. There are around 15 empty storefronts on North Street’s so-called small business district.
Tens of thousands of people have moved away from Pittsfield over the past over 50 years. Hundreds of businesses have closed or moved out of Pittsfield, too. Thousands of living wage jobs have been lost in Pittsfield, and once they are gone, they are NOT coming back to Pittsfield in our lifetimes.
Given all of the aforementioned facts, why are voters re-electing the same old career politicians in Pittsfield?

The Kavey cow flop is getting bigger and bigger, does anyone know what he is hiding in there? It’s at least 4 to 5 inches deep now!
Hope the Eagle gets to the bottom of it (no pun intended) as to why a whole sewer at a school can back up. It would take one hell of a stool to clog a five-inch sewer pipe even if it was a school committee member.
Also, check the ingredients of the school lunches.
