AN ISLAND OF JOY: COLOR IT ORANGE

PLANET VALENTI NEWS AND COMMENTARY

(FORTRESS OF SOLITUDE, MONDAY DEC. 2, 2024) — The opportunity for pure joy doesn’t come often these days–outside of the Fortress, that is.

Black Friday enthusiasm has disappeared, the pussyhats have exchanged “woke” for a funereal wake, and Peter Arlos isn’t going to be taking his seat on the dais anytime soon.

But once in a while, an oasis of exhilaration pops to the surface from the turgid waves.

THE PLANET experienced such a pure moment Saturday at the Loudhouse (the JMA Wireless Dome), behind the Syracuse Orange bench. As my old newsroom home grounds at the Post-Standard reported it:

Fran Brown keeps his promise: Syracuse delivered a 42-38 upset win over No. 6 Miami on Saturday, a nationally-televised testament to what Brown aims to build in Syracuse. Just over a year ago, at his introductory press conference, Brown promised it would feel like the good old days again. It took him 12 games. Syracuse erased a 21-point deficit, the largest comeback in program history. Kyle McCord, who entered the game as the nation’s No. 1 passer, won his duel with the No. 2, Cam Ward from Miami. The offense piled up 479 yards and killed the final 3 minutes and 42 seconds of the game. The defense made the game’s biggest play, a 56-yard fumble return. It felt like it used to.

At the end of the game, fans stormed the field.

THE PLANET gets that Big Time NCAA Division 1 football is no more “amateur athletics” than the NFL, not with the transfer portal, players selling their names for endor$ement dollar$, and “student”-athletes not fulfilling the terms of their scholarship.

We put that all aside for one joyful Saturday, however, watching along with a national TV audience, the Orange overcome the biggest deficit in program history. This game not only knocked Miami out of the ACC championship game, it proved a signature, program-changing win.

Later, on Marshall Street and the Quad, the celebration went on into the evening. As an alum, we made a speech, posed for pictures, and gave the students a pat on the back. No one got out of hand. There were no fights. Just pure celebration and fun.

What a day.

Boy, Ohio wishes they never sent McCord packing. Ohio replaced McCord with their current QB who couldn’t help Ohio past a 23 point underdog Michigan. Cuse made out big time.

Hunter received his PARDON. Joe Biden said that his son was treated unfairly by “Equal Justice Under Law”. Aren’t we all?

Joe Biden authored the mid-1990’s crime bill that put many thousands of American Citizens, especially poor people and minorities, who broke the law behind bars, but that was around 30 years ago now. Joe Biden has been in the Swamp for a little less than 52 years now, but who is counting?

Joe Biden authored the Violence Against Women Act in the mid-1990’s, too. Hunter has at least 5 children by at least 3 women partners, wrote and published a book that said that he spent his family’s money on strippers, sex workers, alcohol, and crack cocaine that he used to smoke every 15 minutes, and he fought one of the three women in court over child support over several years, but then Hunter settled on paying the mother of one of his daughters $5,000.00 per month. But how many spouses cheat, spend their family’s money on debauchery, and fight their exes in court over child support?

The Swamp is full of a lot of HOT AIR and BUFFOONS! What else do we expect?

Hello blogger Dan Valenti,

Was Hunter’s presidential PARDON because “The Biden CRIME family” has a Mafia-like code that they “PROTECT” each other due to the bottom line?

Would Joe Biden and/or one of his relatives be next in line in the federal court system?

What is going to happen to the alleged money laundering schemes and other allegations of wrongdoings with Ukraine after Donald Trump runs the U.S. Justice Dept.?

For comparison, Bernard Baran was convicted of child sexual abuse in the mid-1980’s, and he spent decades in Massachusetts State Prison whereby he was raped 4 times, and beaten up many more times, prior to being released from Massachusetts State Prison, and then passing away at 49-years-old.

Prosecutors Dan Ford (retired state Judge) and Gerry Downing (late-Berkshire D.A.) hid audio tape recordings of children saying that Bernie Baran was innocent. It wasn’t until after Gerry Downing died that the then Berkshire D.A. David Capeless several years later released the aforementioned audio tape recordings of the children, which led to Baran’s release from state prison.

The Massachusetts criminal justice system allegedly illegally hid exculpatory evidence, while Baran was beaten and raped in state prison for decades.

My point here is that the political system from Pittsfield (Mass.) to the Swamp (& beyond) is not always about “Justice for ALL”.

Why do you think I write about the disgraced politician and landlord, lawyer, and marijuana millionaire Andrea Francesco Nuciforo Junior’s 28.5-years of persecuting me – Jon Melle? Answer: Because I – Jon Melle – know that rich and powerful people ruined “Bernard Baran’s” and “Jon Melle’s” lives, and then go onto live their lucrative and privileged lives without a conscience.

Well, it is NOT going to be me, “Luciforo: Pittsfield’s Pot King (of lawsuits)” because Andrea Francesco Nuciforo Junior has already caused me great harm, and I do NOT rule out suing him for his allegedly illegal actions against me.

Within a year Biden will be locked in a basement because of his dementia and Hunter will be found in a gutter with a crack pipe. In the meantime if Hunter appears before congress while the Biden crime family is investigated he won’t be able to take the 5th because he was pardoned. Biden screwed himself.

If it was just about his son, I might reluctantly agree, but is Joe Biden also trying to cover up his own crimes? After all, if this tax evasion was really investigated thoroughly it might show where this money really came from and why. That could implicate far more people than just Hunter. I know Trump said he would pardon Hunter if Joe didn’t, but I didn’t think that was a good idea either.

True. Should have been man enough to say it from the jump. Unfortunately, he did what he does best, lie. He and he’s press secretary, stated numerous times, he would not pardon his degenerate son. Still has himself, wife and brother to go. Worst President ever, Jimmy Carter can now rest in peace.

Dan, your also giving Bumbles to much credit. The main reason for the 10 year pardon is because that’s when Crack Head Hunter started on the Burmisa Board of directors . He’s protecting his own ass and his loyal bagman. 10% for the Big Guy.

But it really is good news, I too applauded it. President Jill Biden pardons her villain, and thus fresh air will be released as Trump pardons the thousands of innocent men and women.

But if joe and jill were at all smart, they’d pardon the j6 prisoners, and trump, and all the rest of their victims. That would be a chess move.

Hunter Biden and Joe say that Hunter’s “mistakes” were exploited for political sport and this is why Joe had to pardon him. Really? They are doing what they usually do. Trying to make light of Hunter’s crimes by calling them “mistakes” and comparing his situation to that of Donald Trump and the lawfare used against Trump by the Biden administration. There is no comparison. Not paying your taxes for years when you started earning millions of dollars of suspicious money is not a “mistake” and it wouldn’t be considered a “mistake” if the average American did it because most Americans are not above the law.

The U.S. Supreme Court ruled that the U.S. President is above the law if it is an official act. Well, Bill Clinton’s love affair with Monica Lewinsky took place in the Oval Office, so the former U.S. President’s 2 Felony convictions – Perjury and Suborning Perjury – should be PARDONED, too. After all, it was “an Official SEX Act” in “the Oral Orifice”!

Hunter had lots of sex, paid a lot of strippers and sex workers, drank a lot of alcohol, and he did a whole lot of crack cocaine with his family’s money, as well as fought his ex-mistress for several years in court over him paying her child support for their daughter, not to mention his gun and tax evasion convictions. But his father is Joe Biden, so Hunter deserved to be PARDONED.

Donald Trump paid the porn star “Stormy Daniels” hush money, and now he has 34 Felony convictions (that he won’t be sentenced for), but he is a billionaire who bought The White House 2-out-of-3 times, so he deserves to be PARDONED.

Supreme Court never said anyone is above the law. That is a very stupid thing to argue. They decision is that a presidenf cannot be prosecuted for exercising the lawful expectation of his office.

The accusations against DJT were objections to actions that are part of executive obligation. I do not need to review acts and videos unless they prove he was acting beyond the scope of his office.

The argument that he committed crimes is as maddhatter thinking as Justice Stevens who opined in DC VS Heller that the Second Amendment was drafted to protect the rights of soldiers to carry arms.

But thank you for your polite response. Feel free to share your take on those sources.

A Happy Belated Thanksgiving to all.

Wanting to start everyone’s day off on a good note, I cut and paste a couple of articles about the continued implosion of the democRAT party. Just a bunch of RATS jumping off a sinking garbage-barge.

The latest democRAT to implode is George Clooney.

He’s upset that Bathhouse Barry Obama left him looking like an a$$hole, by holding the bag for Kammy over China Joe Xiden, and then disappearing after getting his a$$ kicked and denied his 4th term.

George Clooney feels ‘duped’ by Barack Obama, new report claims ‘he’s not going to be anyone’s…’ | Hollywood – Hindustan Times

**In addition to the Diddy “Freak-offs” that Barry and Big Mike Obama attended, the thought of being charged with Treason must keep Barry up at nights these days.

Was at the Pats game and saw how they were not getting any “home town calls” from the zebra’s. Gonzales was face masked on his interception right in front of an official and the only call was for a review to see if he caught it. No personal foul. Many similar “missed call” while what was also interesting was during the breaks the head official would go to the Colts side and talk to 2 people down in the corner in colt blue jackets. Not sure who these 2 were but very fishy. Even with all this chicanery the Pats actually won in the draft derby. I don’t see the Colts going anywhere so all in all an enjoyable December afternoon in Foxborough with the family.

Drake Maye has to clean- up his turnover problem. 8 INT. 4 turnovers on Fumbles. Has more turnovers than passing TDs. Had 3 solid games against the 32,27 and 19 ranked pass defenses. I’m still not sold. Mac Jones had a decent start to his Rookie year too.

Why has Hunter been cleared of all crimes from Jan. 2014? That’s the beginning of Hunter’s involvement, under Obama’s direction, with the globalist bioweapons labs in Ukraine.

Joe Biden pardoned his son Hunter from 2014 to 2024. That’s an unprecedented amount of time for a pardon even for a relative. It just happens to be the dates that money starting flowing from Burisma, Hunter’s suspicious employer. Will Joe pardon other family members including himself?

On Wednesday, December 04th, 2024, the Supreme Court will hear oral arguments for US v. Skrmetti, the first ever case addressing the constitutionality of bans on medical care for transgender youth.

It is a challenge to the state of Tennessee’s ban on hormone therapy for transgender youth. Tennessee’s law would not only ban best practice medical care for trans youth up to age 18, but it would also require trans youth currently receiving this kind of gender-affirming care to end that care within nine months of the law’s effective date of July 1, 2023, or by March 31, 2024. The law also establishes a private right of action against medical providers providing medically necessary care to trans youth. The plaintiffs have asked the Supreme Court to strike down Tennessee’s ban on hormone therapy for transgender youth.

NOTE: How are any of these legal matters in the U.S. Constitution?
