PLANET VALENTI NEWS AND COMMENTARY

(FORTRESS OF SOLITUDE, MONDAY SEPT. 8, 2025) — Tomorrow, your Bitchfield Profiles in Courage otherwise known as the city council take up the thorny matter of what the council president calls “the houseless.”

Voltron the Porkchop’s word illustrates an interesting development in neologisms, a linguistic devolution imposed upon normal, common sense folks by the (in)sensitive snowflakes who call themselves “Democrats.” Once that word described a political party that fought for the working class. Today, it refers to the tiny cadre in the party who have hijacked the majority centrists to the loon left by threatening them with cancelation.

“Houseless” or “homeless,” THE PLANET‘s Right Honorable Good Friends on the council have been hemming and hawing, “um-ing, uh-ing, and er-ing” as Kufflinks would put it, since advocates for and of the unwashed have been packing the seats with fannies. That some of those same butts have pinched a few logs on city streets–notably North Street, downtown–makes no difference. The council has been avoiding this vote  since Peter Arlos was knee-high to P.J. Moore.

You can be sure that the “armies of the road” will be out in force in an attempt to bully the council into rejecting Mayor Lumpy’s “get ’em the heck outta here” ordinance. So c’mon down, you councilor brigands: Slurping Ken, No-Doz Noto, Wrinn Tin Tin, Conant the Barbarian, Kow-Plop Kavey, Sizzy Dina, Help Help Me Rhonda, Voltron the Pork Chop, Dumpster Earl, and Kathy Amusing. You guys got a job to do.

———- ooo ———-

DAN VALENTI, in poison, DALTON LIBRARY, Sept. 18 from 1-2 p.m. He’ll be expecting you!

One of the things hampering progress on this issue THE PLANET traces back to linguistics. We don’t know how to talk about it. The “arrogant gatekeepers of political correctness” on both sides (it’s one of the few things they have in common) have put bumper guards on the debate so that the “sensitive” aren’t “offended.” That’s why we loved it when Michael Hitchcock, one of the loudest, passionate, and most articulate on behalf of the homeless, dropped some well-chosen F-bombs in his previous remarks to the council on the issue.

Politically correct language damages discussion, limits deliberation, and truncates debate. Those who support legislation to get the homeless off the street, particularly downtown, must tread carefully in the extremist politics of this city and state. Local businesses have a legitimate gripe. The walking scuz kills business.

We therefore give you this alert. Pay attention to the words being used by citizens and councilors tomorrow night. See how many neologisms they utter in vain.

———- ooo ———-

Here’s a list of just a few of the terms the left have force-fit into public use.

THE PLANET exposes these words as a public service, along with what they mean. We do so with a reminder that when Vladimir Lenin took over after the Russian Revolution, the first thing he did was destroy the free press. He knew that freedom of expression was more dangerous than machine gun bullets. Vlad wasn’t kidding. THE PLANET has made a career based on the power of words.

At any rate, here are the neologisms of the Loon Left hacks when discussing the problems of the day. We have added an approximation of their meaning:

  • dialoguing = leftist domination of the discussion
  • Latinx = a man or woman from Latin America
  • gender-neutral = eunuch
  • gender-heteronormative = a man who digs women and vice versa
  • birthing person = mother
  • person who immigrated = illegal alien
  • housing insecurity = homeless
  • radical transparency = obfuscation
  • cultural appropriation = hatred for Western civilization
  • systems of oppression = lawful policing of criminals
  • body shaming = calling a fat person “fat”
  • microagression = hangnails made into amputations
  • othering = pointing out obvious differences among different people
  • triggering = speaking the truth
  • safe space = a hiding place for snowflakes, the immature, and those who refuse to “grow up”
  • attack = lawful arrest of an illegal immigrant
  • cisgender = a normal, healthy, psychologically stable person
  • genderqueer = who the fuck knows?
  • pansexual = ditto.

You look at these terms, and what comes to mind? THE PLANET sees the very definition of “political correctness,” which is to eliminate words, expressions, gestures, practices, and characteristics that might “offend” a person, particularly in matters dealing with sex, classification, and ethnicity.

The fun begins tomorrow night. THE PLANET has learned that the city has installed seat belts and barf bags on every seat in the house.

If anyone believes that Mayor Peter Marchetti’s proposed encampment ban that would fine homeless residents of Pittsfield for the “crime” of sleeping on public property with no other alternatives is from his compassionate beliefs of public safety, then….

Pittsfield spending over $62 million per fiscal year 2026 more than Westfield is from his self-proclaimed expertise in math, budgeting an finance

Pittsfield’s close to $1 billion in municipal debts, OPEB, and other unfunded liabilities will be paid off by Santa Claus, the Easter Bunny, the Tooth Fairy, and Kufflink’s cooked books

Pittsfield’s Level 5 (failed), Group 11 (underclass) public schools are models in education

Pittsfield’s violent crime rate more than doubling the statewide average since at least 1980 – the past 45 years – fills the 15 empty storefronts on Nothing on North Street’s Social Services Alley with the surrounding distressed inner-city neighborhoods that are called The Ring of Poverty

The Pittsfield City Council should vote down Mayor Peter Marchetti’s proposed encampment ban on Tuesday night, September 09th, 2025. Then they should unanimously vote in favor of asking Mayor Peter Marchetti to resign his elected office.

The City Council meeting on 9/9/2025 has a little less than a 1,000 page agenda.

Who knew that Pittsfield politics was buried in paperwork?

Bible Verses About Helping The Less Fortunate
Compassion for the Poor
In our journey as Christians, we are constantly reminded of the importance of showing compassion for those who are less fortunate. The Bible encourages us to open our hearts and empathize with their struggles. Recognizing that we are called to be the hands and feet of Jesus means that we must act in love, extending our compassion to feed the hungry, clothe the naked, and provide shelter to the vulnerable. Our compassion can be a light in someone’s dark moment, reminding them that they are not alone. It reflects God’s grace and love through us, affirming that every act of kindness counts. The Bible verses on helping the less fortunate challenge us to go beyond mere sympathy and step into action.

Dan, if I may add a couple of Bitchfield neologisms.

It’s Happening = The beginning of the downward spiral of Pittsfield.

Vibrant and Dynamic = downtrodden slum

Diverse and Inclusive = straight, conservative, white males not welcome.

Grant Money = grift or another way to launder taxpayer money on needless “projects”

Explore My Roots = taxpayer paid (ARPA money) African vacation for family and friends.

Cultural Competency Coach = grift, race hustler, racist against white “non-believers.”

Underclass = bums, junkies, mentally unstable, people democRATS advocate for, but NIMBY.

Social Justice Warrior = left loon who hates straight, conservative, W/M’s, with a non-employable degree in something like Gender Studies.

Drag Shows for Kids = adults (pedos) with severe mental health issues who should NOT BE AROUND CHILDREN.

Dean of Students = $100k job for a black male (Da Dancin’ Dean) with no formal education and an expired dance certificate.

Wimpy White was on to something with his “Houseless Report of 2019.” He only seems to work on it during election season when a microphone is put in his face though….

Any updates on the report Wimpy? It’s been over 5 years you’ve been working on it. You must have compiled a lot of data and stats of the Bitchfield “houseless.”

Or has that report been deemed “Top Secret,” like the numerously revised, $150,000, Pedofield Pubic Scohol Sex Skandel Report?

MA:
Grant Money = grift or another way to launder taxpayer money on needless “projects”.

OP:
The GRANT sector in BITCHFIELD has become both a shield and a sword for local politicians. It allows them to hold press conferences, ribbon cuttings, and “training events” that make them look like champions of the community. At the same time, it provides a steady flow of grant money and contracts that can be funneled to allies, friends, or even their own
interests.

And last but not least a Bar with multiple past violations avoided bring video tape of an incident where police testified over serving, and drunkenness patrons coming out of this Bar.

The tape was sent to the D A ? One question. What does the video prove if the alleged incident didn’t happen? It proves innocence.

Wouldn’t the Bar’s required video tape prove innocence at the License Board Meeting?

The Bar was required from previous serious infractions and was told to put in these cameras?

The Bars Lawyer didn’t show up. The Police Cam Video wasn’t available. Why have a License Board if they cannot make a judgement either way (innocent or guilty) and they have that authority as far as the License goes.

This Board also has the Autonomy to suspend the license if the owners don’t comply with the license board and state rules and regulations and one of them is showing video. This is why they asked to put it in this Bar

And as far as the homeless is concerned. The Mayor nor the City Council has any autonomy to provide shelter for homeless. I E Mental Health or Substance Abuse or the inability to find work. This falls on the Federal Government and state welfare authorities.

Currently President Trump is giving a big f u to these type programs. Let Healy and Lumpy deal with it. Send them back to Martha’s Vineyard where most of them landed. Fucking Hippocrates.

Mayor Peter Marchetti’s ongoing “War against the Underclass” residents of Pittsfield continues….

“Pittsfield City Council sends the proposed public camping ban to the Board of Health for review”
By Maryjane Williams, The Berkshire Eagle, September 10, 2025

PITTSFIELD — The controversial proposal to ban camping and sleeping in public spaces is now in the hands of the Board of Health.

At the request of Andy Cambi, the city’s director of public health, the council unamiously voted to send the measure to the board for guidance on enforcement, standards and possible revisions.

“The causes that bring people to sleep outside and the risks that followed them are very much public health problems,” said Councilor Rhonda Serre. “Public health can set humane, evidence based standards, coordinate services and guide implementation, so we’re not just writing rules. We’re delivering results.”

The council also required the Board of Health to provide an update for the Oct. 28 City Council meeting, with subsequent reports for each council meeting as the review continues. Anything that emerges from the Board of Health will still need council approval before becoming law.

The ordinance was introduced last spring by Mayor Peter Marchetti, who said it was intended to address complaints from downtown business owners about trash, defecation, panhandling and people sleeping in doorways. Supporters argue the measure is needed to increase foot traffic and the cleanliness of downtown to protect businesses, while opponents counter that it criminalizes poverty without addressing the root causes of homelessness.

“I want to make sure we include empathy and compassion and solutions,” said Councilor Kathy Amuso. “We do need to protect our businesses, [on] North Street, the businesses are destination, and some of the business owners are getting very frustrated with what is happening in their areas. We need to make sure that’s addressed.”

However, Councilor Dina Lampiasi warned against approaches that rely too heavily on punishment.

“Research has shown that punitive approaches such as enforcement, like having sweeps and arrests, fines that restrict the basic needs of people lead to worse outcomes,” she said. “So whatever we decide to pass… needs to be rooted in solutions, not in what’s going on by the headline or gives false hope to the merchants on North Street.”

Several amendments to the ordinance proposed by Councilor Kenneth Warren were also referred to the Board of Health. He recommended limiting the ordinance’s scope to the downtown Creative District, removing references to parks and waterways, clarifying the definition of “temporarily sleep” and rewriting the section on storage of personal property. Warren criticized the current language as “authoritarian” for allowing belongings to be removed without notice.

Attorney Brad Gordon, who sits on the Board of Health, submitted a draft enforcement framework that would rely on a Mobile Crisis Intervention Responder as the first point of contact for potential violations, that will then coordinate with community-based organizations for continued care where applicable.

“The remedies and interventions under this section shall be restorative, supportive, and non-cohersive, aiming to promote stability, safety and wellbeing,” Gordon wrote. “No civil or criminal penalties shall apply. All responses shall prioritize dignity, harm reduction, and long-term connection to care.”

Over a dozen residents praised the move to send the measure to the Board of Health during public comment, while still urging the city to take a more compassionate approach than the ordinance to address homelessness.

“As a coalition, we believe reframing this issue as a matter of public health rather than criminalization [is] the right to direction for Pittsfield,” said Kamayue Gomes, a member of the Homes Not Handcuffs Coalition, which has spoken out against the ordinance over the past few months. “Paired with alternatives like designated public camping space, increased shelter capacity, mobile sanitation facilities, we can directly address immediate needs while also creating safer, cleaner and healthier public spaces for everyone.”

Prospective business owner Aisha Baptiste-Gilmore, who is preparing to open a shop in Pittsfield, said even she opposes the ordinance, arguing that “a ban doesn’t solve homelessness. It hides it … without addressing the real issues like housing, jobs and mental health support. As a business owner, I want to be a part of a city that treats all people with dignity, because that kind of community is where businesses should thrive.”

Sophie Tannenbaum with the Wildflower Alliance emphasized the urgency of finding practical solutions — including housing — before winter.

“This is the moment when you all decide how many excess deaths you can stomach in Pittsfield this winter,” she said. “Moving someone along from sleeping in a doorway in freezing temperatures does not ensure their survival. It just increases their chances of freezing to death.”

Although she supported the decision to refer the measure, Councilor Alisa Costa, like several residents during the public comment, cautioned that progress may take time.

“Don’t do it rushed,” she said. “Do it right.”

The assassination of Charlie Kirk shows just how desperate the left is to stop his interference with their indoctrination on college campuses across the country. The youth loved Charlie Kirk and wanted to engage in critical thinking with him, but the left will have none of it. These young minds are theirs to mold. The upcoming New York mayoral race will be decided by indoctrinated young people so what is being done on college campuses and schools across the country is paying off for the left and Charlie Kirk had to be silenced. Let’s hope that Charlie Kirk’s vision isn’t intimidated and they continue to safely speak with college students and other young people across the country.

We can all read the left-loon rage with posters like JM and TSC.

They repeatedly call Trump “Hitler,” and by default, are calling all of us who support President Trump, “Nazi’s.”

They ignore the fact that under Obama, he illegally spied on an incoming, duly elected President, and tried to overthrow the US Government with the help of his CIA and FBI leaders (Russian Hoax).

JM fawns over Maura Healey but ignores the fact that she is complicit in the illegal alien invasion of our country by the Autopen administration, by continuing to fund it at the expense of US Veterans and MA taxpayers.

He still carries on with grudges against people from the 1990’s. But yet, in his eyes, I’m a “Nazi,” because I support President Trump’s MAGA message.

democRATS, the “Party of Peace and Unity.”

It should be, democRATS, the Party of Peace and Unity*

*If you disagree with any of our policies, and we mean ANY OF OUR POLICIES, we will kill you, attempt to kill you, physically harm you, cheer on and consider those who kill/harm you “heroes,” label you a “Nazi,” deem you: racist, homophobic, Islamophobic, transphobic, and any other “phobic” or “ist,” in an attempt to ruin your life and livelihood.

I disagree with Trump that American soldiers and veterans, including all those who were maimed both physically and psychologically, are suckers and losers. I know a lot of veterans and families who were really hurt by him saying that. He lost my vote the day he said that.
Especially since his Dad found a doctor willing to sign off on Donald having bone spurs and not being fit to serve with all the others who were sent to the jungles to suffer and die.

So let’s get this straight, Obama planned to overthrow the US Government in 2016 (Steele Dossier, Russian Hoax), but Trump allegedly made a comment of dead soldiers being suckers and losers, and that comment BOTHERS YOU MORE?

Wow, talk about a sucker and a loser. You take the cake.

BTW-Trump disputes this claim and after witnessing what Autopen, Maura Healey, and MSM, did to US Vets in favor of illegal aliens, I’ll believe President Trump.

JD Vance, X

A while ago, probably in 2017, I appeared on Tucker Carlson’s Fox show to talk about God knows what. Afterwards a name I barely knew sent me a DM on twitter and told me I did a great job. It was Charlie Kirk, and that moment of kindness began a friendship that lasted until today.

Charlie was fascinated by ideas and always willing to learn and change his mind. Like me, he was skeptical of Donald Trump in 2016. Like me, he came to see President Trump as the only figure capable of moving American politics away from the globalism that had dominated for our entire lives. When others were right, he learned from them. When he was right–as he usually was–he was generous. With Charlie, the attitude was never, “I told you so.” But: “welcome.”

Charlie was one of the first people I called when I thought about running for senate in early 2021. I was interested but skeptical there was a pathway. We talked through everything, from the strategy to the fundraising to the grassroots of the movement he knew so well. He introduced me to some of the people who would run my campaign and also to Donald Trump Jr. “Like his dad, he’s misunderstood. He’s extremely smart, and very much on our wavelength.” Don took a call from me because Charlie asked him too.

Long before I ever committed (even in my mind) to running, Charlie had me speak to his donors at a TPUSA event. He walked me around the room and introduced me. He gave me honest feedback on my remarks. He had no reason to do this, no expectation that I’d go anywhere. I was polling, at that point, well below 5 percent. He did it because we were friends, and because he was a good man.

When I became the VP nominee–something Charlie advocated for both in public and private–Charlie was there for me. I was so glad to be part of the president’s team, but candidly surprised by the effect it had on our family. Our kids, especially our oldest, struggled with the attention and the constant presence of the protective detail. I felt this acute sense of guilt, that I had conscripted my kids into this life without getting their permission. And Charlie was constantly calling and texting, checking on our family and offering guidance and prayers. Some of our most successful events were organized not by the campaign, but by TPUSA. He wasn’t just a thinker, he was a doer, turning big ideas into bigger events with thousands of activists. And after every event, he would give me a big hug, tell me he was praying for me, and ask me what he could do. “You focus on Wisconsin,” he’d tell me. “Arizona is in the bag.” And it was.

Charlie genuinely believed in and loved Jesus Christ. He had a profound faith. We used to argue about Catholicism and Protestantism and who was right about minor doctrinal questions. Because he loved God, he wanted to understand him.

Someone else pointed out that Charlie died doing what he loved: discussing ideas. He would go into these hostile crowds and answer their questions. If it was a friendly crowd, and a progressive asked a question to jeers from the audience, he’d encourage his fans to calm down and let everyone speak. He exemplified a foundational virtue of our Republic: the willingness to speak openly and debate ideas.

Charlie had an uncanny ability to know when to push the envelope and when to be more conventional. I’ve seen people attack him for years for being wrong on this or that issue publicly, never realizing that privately he was working to broaden the scope of acceptable debate.

He was a great family man. I was talking to President Trump in the Oval Office today, and he said, “I know he was a very good friend of yours.” I nodded silently, and President Trump observed that Charlie really loved his family. The president was right. Charlie was so proud of Erika and the two kids. He was so happy to be a father. And he felt such gratitude for having found a woman of God with whom he could build a family.

Charlie Kirk was a true friend. The kind of guy you could say something to and know it would always stay with him. I am on more than a few group chats with Charlie and people he introduced me to over the years. We celebrate weddings and babies, bust each other’s chops, and mourn the loss of loved ones. We talk about politics and policy and sports and life. These group chats include people at the very highest level of our government. They trusted him, loved him, and knew he’d always have their backs. And because he was a true friend ,you could instinctively trust the people Charlie introduced you to. So much of the success we’ve had in this administration traces directly to Charlie’s ability to organize and convene. He didn’t just help us win in 2024, he helped us staff the entire government.

I was in a meeting in the West Wing when those group chats started lighting up with people telling Charlie they were praying for him. And that’s how I learned the news that my friend had been shot. I prayed a lot over the next hour, as first good news and then bad trickled in.

God didn’t answer those prayers, and that’s OK. He had other plans. And now that Charlie is in heaven, I’ll ask him to talk to big man directly on behalf of his family, his friends, and the country he loved so dearly.

You ran a good race, my friend.

We’ve got it from here.

Totally disgusted with our current City Council members. They are playing the game of Pass the Buck. They are NOT representing the taxpayers at all. I suggest each one of them offer a room for one or two of the “houseless” folks they care so much for. Wonder how long it will be before they call the police to have them removed. Why are they so afraid to vote for what Mayor Marchetti is trying to do. Why is Mayor Marchetti posting supportive signs for these City councilor members on his lawn when they won’t support him? Very strange.

These asinine elected officials seem to be blind to the state of North Street. I recently wrote about an incident on this site regarding a drug infested person screaming and jerking off in front of little girls going to Terpsicore Dance Studio at 9a.m.. What about the fact that Independent Mobilty has customers cancelling appointments because a “houseless” person is setting up their sleeping arrangement in the stores doorway with his grocery cart, I myself am scared while dropping my dog at Pampered Pup which is owned by a very nice hardworking man or how about the recent videos from the woman that owns Thistle and Thorn Floral shop showing the human feces, needles and garbage that shes finds by both her front and back entrances. She also shows the verbal gross attacks she receives when nicely asking them to leave. Just in that block alone Radiance Yoga, Spirited Shears, Circa, Dotties and Dorothy’s have chosen to either close or relocate. Folks are sadly petrified to go to St.Joseph’s Church and the Senior Center. Our elected officials are alright with what these taxpayers have to go through on a daily basis? Those that constantly show at the CC Open Mike supporting this behavior and bashing business owners like the Valenti’s, Niarchos and Tierney’s should also open their doors to one of these “houseless” folks.

Why not clear an area at the jail and “house” these folks every night. I bet within a few nights of being bused to a place to sleep and shower these folks will decide to move along to another City that will allow their terrible behavior.

Pittsfield taxpayers deserve better. To those running for election, how many of these “houseless” people will take the time to vote for you?

The clown went at trump through Charlie. Charlie loved people and was a good family man also that’s what really stinks. I don’t think it stops here. These loons are everywhere.

Dante? Why why why making a big deal out of a drainage pipe over at the school on the old St Marks school. This is usually a prerequisite to more of something else.
The Columbus Ave – Onota ext has had more accidents in the last year than linden Onota and west Union Onota or west street Onota?

Won’t they need a new traffic light there at Onota or at The Church on West. What quagmire.
