PLANET VALENTI NEWS AND COMMENTARY

(FORTRESS OF SOLITUDE, THE WEEKEND EDITION APRIL 11-4, 2025) — Sara “Miss Jane” Hathaway, the overripe failed mayor and old maid Les Miserable, now mucks up We The People’s business as a member of the Bitchfield Ship of Fools known as the school committee … rather, soholc committee. Proper spelling, and all.

Apparently, she’s read the (ahem) “independent” report on the various scandals allegedly perpetrated by PHS administrators and staff. Miss Jane says she’s satisfied with the report and that she doesn’t give smooch about whether the public wants to see the findings or not (for the record, they do). After all, Mary Jane and Joe Kapanski only paid for the whitewash.

This, along with committee chair Bill Cameron’s breaking his word on making the report public, tells you that The Suits indeed are hiding what occurred. And if that is not enough, they will apparently let those mentioned in the report resume their jobs without incident or penalty. They’ve already done it once. No harm no foul.

———- ooo ———-

In December, Cameron said the report would be made public. That was the understanding in approving it in the first place. THE PLANET hasn’t known Bill to be a liar, but that’s what it looks like he did, and without adequate explanation. A reasonable question: Did someone “get” to him? And why the complicit silence from the other committee members, including Mayor Lumpy?

————————————-

How can any reasonable person believe that the city isn’t covering up criminal activity, choosing instead to put children at risk of sexual abuse and worse?

—————————————–

And did the committee receive an early draft of the report which they sent back, requesting that it be scrubbed and sanitized? Is that true? What say, committee men and women? Care to respond to the hot rumor now making its way through the ranks? If they deny it, why should anyone believe them?

Another piece of this sordid puzzle came from a gentlemen who spoke, and spoke forcefully, at the kownsil’s most recent open mic. The clip, so thoughtfully posted in the comments section of our previous column by Say What, is a must see. You should check it out.

———- ooo ———-

Quoth the speaker:

“I also want to quickly look at the timeline of the events. The investigation of the school staff of the Pittsfield public schools was not based on this fall of 2024. It goes back to the fall of 2023, when some of the same staff that were involved in the recent events [were] also suspended and put on administrative leave. Over one year ago! And they were all brought back and reinstated in their positions. The dean of students, the vice principal, and another support staff. From 2023! … These are the same allegation that are being looked at.”

Bombshell.

It means that the hiding, the lies, the dishonesty, and the corruption involving the operation of the school department and  PHS were all covered up the previous year. In an honest city, this would lead to mass firings and resignations. Consequently, how can any reasonable person believe that the city isn’t covering up criminal activity, choosing instead to put children at risk of sexual abuse and worse?

Care to answer, Miss Jane?

Have a great weekend, everybody?

If there were a budding investigative reporter (from outside the state) who wanted to make a name for his or her self this might be a game changer for your career.

Sara, you are “comfortable with this”, but are you also “comfortable” with it all being withheld from the public and if so why? In detail why. Why exactly should the very people paying for this investigation NOT be privy to its results?

Is the Eagle also comfortable with this? And if so why?

Is Cameron comfortable with this and if so why?

Does anyone know if there have been any lawsuits filed yet or how many may have been waiting for the report that is not a report? Where would one go to find out? Is there even such a place in a shadowy place like Pittsfield?

And are city officials still having trouble sleeping at night and might that be related to what is going on behind the scenes with this investigation?

Corrupt Rupps ” investigation ” was resonance, to locate the victim/ witnesses for intimidation.
It’s a typical cover up by and for elitists- Kennedy 101.

Absolutely. Prolly have a proclamation read for her at the next council meeting. Is she really saying that no one from the Pittsfield school system (where the problems are) was interested in what she had to say? I wonder if this was true for all the other witnesses as well.

The investigation took a year, so they could intimidate the victim/ witnesses.

Relax feds are on it, we will have a real prosecutor shortly.

The Berkshire Eagle article practically admits that the report will show nothing happened at the school when William Cameron says, “Where allegations of wrongdoing have been found to be unsubstantiated, those accused would still be subjected to a subsequent second round of accusations of what they were wrongly accused of initially.” This is one of the many excuses for not showing the public the report. The other reasons were privacy rights and the investigators being harassed. It’s all a smokescreen to keep the public in the dark. Not showing the public the report is also about not wanting to show what wasn’t investigated such as how interactions between teachers and students are being influenced by gender and sexuality issues that the Democrats are teaching in the schools. They will not investigate anything that threatens their agenda and that is a huge problem because they will never get to the root of the problems.

You do realize Fredick Rapesberg (owner of propaganda parrot) is a long time participant, facilitator and concealer of pedophilic judiciary?
Most criminal activity begins in ,is concealed by and facilitated by the judiciary.

Shakespeare’s most famous quote about lawyers, “The first thing we do, let’s kill all the lawyers, comes from his play Henry VI.
Which he denied after being intimidated by his majesty.

Perhaps read Robert Borks ” Judicial Imperialism” screed. Which caused teddy Kennedy and Joe Briben, to panic and obstruct his nomination.
Justice Bork foresaw the unconstitutionality of Roe, the dangers of an ” Imperialistic unaccountable Judiciary and dangers of absolute judicial immunity.

His brilliance , foresight and courage , is not allowed in judiciary. Lest they lose their immunity to the laws of the commoners!

Trump will be the president to overturn, Stumpf vs Sparkman – absolute judicial immunity precedent, which emboldens the insurrectionist judges, who persecute , delay and deny his and America’s citizens demanded actions.
British tried it, guess the new monarchy failed history.

I believe a couple of things are in-play with this “investigation,” conducted by a law firm bought and paid for by Bitchfield taxpayers.

First, I believe these incidents happened. Maybe not all of them, but at least some of them. If not, that report would have been made public without all these silly a$$ excuses of why they shouldn’t release it, a long time ago. With all gloating at a press conference about the “findings.”

Second, I think Mayor Lumpy and the Scohol Comitee, know if this were an honest investigation, it would cost a lot of people their current positions, if not their jobs. All teachers, especially administrators are Mandatory Reporters of child abuse. They have 48 hours to report the abuse, or THEY ARE BREAKING THE LAW!

Report child abuse or neglect as a mandated reporter | Mass.gov

Lastly, a few posts ago, a poster wrote that the “full investigation” was not being released because they could not pin it on a white male. I believe this to be 100% accurate.

Has the Eagle done any follow-up stories on Lavante Wiggins? Dug deeper into his drug dealing? Talked to teachers or students about it? Was it during school hours? NO

Did the Eagle dig deep into Molly West or Alison Sheppard’s current or past allegations? NO

Did the Eagle have a sit-down interview with Angel Breault to try and find out what she knew firsthand, or maybe get names of others who might have first-hand information? NO

The Eagle did do a deep dive into teacher Matthew Rutlidge’s past indiscretions. I even cut and paste a fairly long article the Eagle wrote about it too.

What’s the difference between Matt Rutledge and the rest?

Two Miss Hall’s alums detail alleged grooming and sexual misconduct by former teacher | Crime | berkshireeagle.com

Plus, the law firm that Bitchfield chose has a strong commitment to diversity.

We all know “diversity,” means preference is given based on skin color and not merit. Plus, the program is generally racist towards white people, in particular white males.

What would be a prudent raise for a school committee that presided over a chronic level five school system that never seems to improve and gets all white knuckled when asked about misconduct that may be going on within?

Perhaps they should not get any raise at all and should be thinking seriously about returning compensation they have already taken for a job poorly done?

Why did Attorney Mary Jo “Corrupt” not interview Angel Breault? Was she and her firm paid an extra BONUS to NOT interview Angel? Why has the Mayor or scohol committee not asked this question? Or did they ask that Angel not be interviewed as the truth would come out. All Angel was doing was trying to protect the children of Pittsfield, something the Mayor and Scohol Committee has completely neglected to do. What are they afraid of? Most likely law suits. Us taxpayers deserve an answer as why Angel Breault was not contacted, especially when she states she has pictures and email evidence. Very strange and crooked. Why was there a turn around on the Harassment Prevention order by the Judge reversing in Angel ‘s favor? This is all adding to complete lies and corruption by the Mayor and Scohol Committee. What about the Resource Officer, she supposedly knew of the growing issues? Why have we not heard about the issues at Stearns Scohol, is that also being covered up? This latest pile of corrupt issues shows how weak Mayor Lumpy is. Doesn’t have the balls to stand up for taxpayers. Of course he never did have a set.

Pittsfield politics new episode in The Twilight Zone series:

I/we the politicians are all shocked by the scandals in the Pittsfield Level 5, Group 11 school district.

I/we the politicians did not know anything about the aforementioned scandals.

We the politicians voted to pay an out-of-the-area law firm to investigate the cases of alleged wrongdoings.

We promised to make the investigation report public with necessary redactions.

The allegations were unsustained. Therefore, we have reinstated the school staff members to their positions.

Students fear retribution so they didn’t speak out. Social media and blogs backed up the students. The adults who protected the students were not part of the investigation.

Bill Cameron said that the investigation report won’t be made public. The Berkshire Eagle denounced his decision in favor of secrecy.

Sara Hathaway read the investigation report and said that she is comfortable with the findings that remain in secrecy.

We have to take the word of these Pittsfield politicians who were shocked, said that they didn’t know anything, voted to use taxpayer funds for a law firm to investigate the scandals, said that the report would be transparent with limited, necessary redactions, knew the students would stay silent because they feared retribution, read the report that didn’t interview the adults who protected the students, said that they were comfortable with the report, and said that they will keep the taxpayer-funded report in secrecy.

The next episode will be the 2-Pete’s Pittsfield politics fiscal year 2026 municipal operating budget that begins in about 2.5 months on July 01st, 2025. I predict that they will increase city spending by 8 percent.

The mayor has hired a firm that is going to take a year and a half to dismantle the Bel Air dam on Waconah street and cost 20 million dollars. Apparently going to cause huge traffic disruptions.

In China they would deal with such a project in one day and do it for the cost of gasoline for three bulldozers and lunch for the operators.

Bureaucracy, graft and nepotism is one huge reason America is quickly descending into third world status. It is a race to the bottom.

And if it takes a year and a half to dismantle a fairly small damn can you just imagine how much it would cost and how much time it would take if they had to design and build a new one to replace it?

Bulldozers are probably running on diesel.

Removing the damn may be a side project for the Waconah Park renovation money clawing.

And the Chinese could probably put a crew of 20 men with shovels and take that damn down in two weeks. It is just harder to launder money that way.

Berkshire District attorney specializes in covering up sexual assault and grooming by law enforcement, politicians and judiciary colleagues.

Ada Racheal T Eramo just finished whitewashing Shelburn Falls detective Tucker Jenkins sexual assault and grooming of a student ( in his dare class) He also used his position as school resource officer, to comprise numerous other students. Typical state and local police attempts to silence victims/ witnesses – my guess is Sullivan / Gagne ( Franklin county District attorney) have too much federal heat, to handle with thier office.

This is repeated criminal behavior, by elitists, Kennedy 101.

Seeing a pattern yet?

Pittsfield leaders could learn much from the Japanese school model.

If Pittsfield had serious investigative reporters, much could be learned from lawsuits against the school district over the past ten years. All buried in boxes in the bowels of City Hall. All paid for, in the end, by city taxpayers.

Will the city council go along with this latest charade by the PPS?
While Curtis has stepped down, what about the PPS HR geniuses who hired these incompetent and morally corrupt administrators? What about the PHS principal who directly supervised these “leaders”?

So many questions left unanswered!

Please assist me in writing and posting the sayings of Pittsfield politicians in 2024 – mid-April 2025.

Mayor Peter Marchetti:

I am openly gay.

I am named in a federal lawsuit whereby Victoria May alleges that I called her a BITCH when I was a bank manager prior to her employment being terminated at the bank. I was endorsed by Governor Maura Healey, Pittsfield State Representative Tricia Farley-Bouvier, and former Pittsfield Mayor Sara Hathaway, among other women.

I am shocked by the scandals in the Level 5, Group 11 Pittsfield public school district. Nobody knew anything about them until it became public.

I faced a lot of criticisms for my panhandling proposal that only City Councilor Pete White voted in favor of prior to it being voted down.

I request a 90 day grace period free of critiques. I am not a fan of social media and blogs.

I oversaw a level-services fiscal year 2025 municipal operating budget that increased spending by 5 percent. [Note: The 5 percent spending increases have been predictable in Pittsfield politics for the past over 40 years].

There will be no room to cut municipal spending in the pending fiscal year 2026 municipal budget that will begin on July 01st, 2025.

I settled the pot permits lawsuits, including giving the millionaire marijuana $950,000 mansion owner who resides in Pittsfield’s elitist Gated Community neighborhood west of Berkshire Community College named Andrea Francesco Nuciforo Junior a FREE CASH city check for $341,000 in the calendar year 2024.

I also give lucrative city tax breaks to millionaires such as Petricca, while I raised residential property taxes by over 7 percent, and city fees by 8 percent for fiscal year 2025. The average residential property tax and city fees payer pays City Hall around $6.300 in fiscal year 2025.

The City of Pittsfield’s municipal debt-load plus unfunded liabilities is a little less than $1 billion, but I like to say that I am good at financial management because 2 + 2 =5, when I paste wings of pigs they can fly, and career politicians never lie.

I am going to serve one or possibly two terms as the Mayor of Pittsfield whereby I earn an annual 6-figure city public pay plus perks, and then I will receive a 6-figure city public pension plus perks for the rest of my life in my Golden Years.

School Committee President Bill Cameron:

I will not release that taxpayer-funded investigation report to the public. The allegations against the school staff members were unsustained.

School Committee Member Sara Hathaway:

I read the investigation report and I am comfortable with it. I support Bill Cameron’s decision in favor of secrecy.

So on April 5-6 the eagle had a strongly worded Opinion piece saying that Cameron might want to reconsider making much of the investigation public as he stated he would in the beginning.

And if he is ignoring that, some folk might feel like there is something really dark going on and whatever could be so bad he cannot talk about it?

Hopefully the eagle will use their deep resources and powerful influence to dig out and make public the investigation the taxpayers paid for. It might restore some readership confidence in them.

And what about the mayor? Has he spoken out about making it public and if so how loudly or meekly did he do so? Is he in charge or not? Public confidence in Marchetti and Cameron is in the balance.

The pressure to do so should come from all angles. This seems like some sort of cover up and the welfare of the children should be put above all else. Thanks for the article Dan and please keep the story front and center. They are going to try to wait it out like they do with every other mess so let us shine the lights on it.
