PLANET VALENTI NEWS AND COMMENTARY

(FORTRESS OF SOLITUDE, WEDNESDAY MAY 7, 2025) — From the outset of the PHS/PSD scandal–and it is that, make no mistake about it–THE PLANET called it: “The fix is in.”

We’ve been around long enough to know.

This one’s a doozy … and a don’tzy, big enough to rate “scandal” even if all the accused are acquitted. There’s two reasons for this: first, with the contents of the report remaining secret, there’s no proof that any acquittals are on the level. Second, Bitchfield’s coverup involving the mayor, council president, school superintendent, school committee, PHS administrators, and various apparatchiks in the Mercer Building. It’s the same old story. The coverup is worse that the original crime.

With all that, The Suits have struck back at Ciara Batory, the mom who has kids in the city’s pubic … er, public … school system. As you recall, she fought the school committee’s decision to hide the $365/hr report from the DEI Springfield law firm that hired a biased ex-judge (strong ties to The Players in the local courts and political positions).

Ciara won. Manza Arthur, state supervisor of public records, said the report must be released.

———- ooo ———-

In light of her unexpected victory, the wagon-circled cowards of the School/Mayor/School Committee/Council Mafia (SMSCCM) worked back channels, all in secret. They dug up one Ann Marie Carpenter, the PSD’s director of human resources. She takes her orders from the SMSCCM.

Carpenter  wrote to Arthur and Batory (letter below) arguing the report should NOT be made public. As you read her letter, you will see the specious nature of her argument. She speaks of a “balancing test.” Of course, she actually means the wildly tilted playing field meant to give favor the law breakers and penalize Mary Jane and Joe Kapanski, here represented not by any public official but by an ordinary citizen.

——————————————-

It’s the same old story. The coverup is worse that the original crime.

——————————————-

Carpenter asks if the public interest “outweighs … the invasion of privacy [of the accused].” Notice the loaded word “invasion,” as if citizen’s right to know is an armed assault. Then she shows an ignorance of logic that would embarrass a 4th grade debating team. She first claims “entire document” (i.e., the report) contains “personnel information of a highly sensitive nature.” Then she intends the public already knows who the accused staff members are!!

Do you see the disconnect?

If that’s true, and if the public knows both the identity of the accused and the nature of the charges, then NOT releasing the report can only lead to a logical assumption either that the charges were confirmed, guilty as charged or the report has been scrubbed. Whitewash city. Either would explain why the SMSCCM so DESPERATELY wants the report vaporized.

———- ooo ———-

On her Facebook page, Batory wrote this preamble to a statement she made available to the press. THE PLANET shares it here, unedited. We follow that with the press release itself, also unedited:

——————————————————

One corrupt person is a shame. Two is a law firm. Three or more is the Bitchfield school committee” — Sir Donald Turpentine, Knight of the Bath.

“OPEN THE WINDOW, AUNT MILLIE.”

LOVE TO ALL.

For the Pittsfield government, headed by Peter Marchetti, and Peter White, to be pushing back against a state mandate should set off alarm bells across the county. You would think they were trying to protect the nuclear codes.

Thank you Dan for not letting this story go into the apathy bin of Pittsfield’s hidden bad behavior. You may gain another 1000 readers each day as it balloons even further. Eventually someone talks.

At one point the Eagle was also pushing hard for release. Are they still doing so or have they backed off?

They are protecting people’s “nuclear codes,” Mean.

If this report shakes out the way it appears, there could be a few Bitchfield power-players looking at criminal and/or civil liability, for their actions and/or inactions in all of this. The GOBSIG’s are amazed parents are concerned about pedophilia in their public schools. Delaying the full release of this report proves it. Repeat that and make it make sense. I cannot.

Remember, ALL persons employed in the educational system are MANDATORY REPORTERS under MGL 51A.

A mayor, city council president, or school committee member cannot usurp state law on this matter.

As I said in my post below, the GOBSIG’s are not protecting Mayor Lumpy. They are only using him to do their dirty work.

He’s not smart enough to realize had this been headed off by the GOBSIG’s before it went public, he’d be served up to us on a silver platter with a ruby-red apple in his mouth and we would be entering the Mayor Wimpy White era in Bitchfield politics.

RELEASE THE FULL REPORT!!

City Government/PPS is covered with too much dirt and filth to sweep it all under the rug, this time.

Why didn’t LE/DA get this back in 2023? Maybe State prosecutors should have made their “report”.

Who in the PPS and city government are accomplices?

It is their duty to report such instances of child abuse. Those who didn’t, should be fired without benefits/severance/pensions, and perhaps prosecuted.

Unbelievable, but not shocking. The more time that goes by and the more the Bitchfield Scohol Department fights back, IMO the more and more it’s making the former mayor, Linda “Flat” Tyer-Clairmont, look guilty of ignoring the pedophilia complaints and then returning those same bad actors to the original scene of the crime (PHS).

Not knowing Bitchfield politics as well as Dan, I do know the BSD is not going to these great lengths to protect a principal or an unqualified Dancin’ Dean, from “public outcry.” They are protecting a fellow GOBSIG. Lumpy Marchetti, the former CC Prez under Flat, is not that GOBSIG the suits are protecting. In fact, the GOBSIG’s would serve up Lumpy to quiet the public outcry if they could, but they can’t. He didn’t really have a say in the decision. Much like Wimpy White now. They were/are just bobbleheads for the GOBSIG’s.

Maggie Eskimo-Harryngton-Sanchez-Hyphenate, is “retiring” after 18 years in the pension system and under 50 y/o. If Hyphenate stayed on 2 more years, her pension would increase from the current 28.5% with 18 years total service, to 50% with 20 years. Does that make sense to you? Leave forever money on the table.

NOBODY, I mean NOBODY “retires” in Hyphenate’s situation, unless……

**Where has the “children’s education advocate,” Tricia Farley-Country Buffet (d-illegal aliens) been? She’s been really quiet on this issue too. Is she complicit in it also?

I’m curious what the Planet’s thoughts are on starting up a Go-Fund-Me account for Ciara Batory and other parents concerned with protecting their children and not GOBSIG’s?

I’ll toss $100 into it. Let’s make the GOBSIG’s and their shadow government sweat a little more. They are panicking.

RELEASE THE FULL REPORT!!!!

How about we take $100,000 out of the CPA pick pocket tax for the Go-fund-Me? Can’t think of a more deserving use actually. The city council should take a vote on this right away.

And another $100,000 from the leftover Covid Pinata. If CPAs and dentists got their fistfull I would think a Go-fund-Me to protect the kids would be even more deserving huh? In fact some of those connected folk got so much they could pony up the $100,000 themselves and not even miss it. They may have earned that much in interest over the last couple of years.

The Disconnect:

Sara Hathaway chuckling when telling a Pittsfield High School young woman student who publicly spoke about the scandals by saying you kids with your anxieties.

The School’s HR bureaucrat calling the state’s mandated release of the secret legal report funded by the fictional Kapanski’s “an invasion”.

Up is down and down is up in the 2-Pete’s Pittsfield politics that has not done one good thing.

Jon,
Their everything “is for the children” has been exposed as total bs.They all claim that children should be heard.Yeah, until it might affect them in a diminished way. It was disgusting the way that brave soul was treated.

They are are now using children should be seen and not heard from.

All those involved in the cover up of the report, are the kind of
people who could get caught in your kitchen with their hand in
your cookie jar and crumbs all
over their face and look right at you and accuse you of stealing their cookies.

So,illegal teenagers in n y attacked police. All the while, your state rep Bovier is on pctv today giving tips on ice enforcement protocols for what illegals can do to defend themselves if ice apprehends them? One of her tips was to video them. Is this woman a screwball? This is a federal mandate by the President of the Under States. She a crummy state politician.

There will be a DEI rally in North Adams (Massachusetts) on Saturday, May 10th, 2025, from 1:15 pm – 2:15 pm. It could be also called an anti-Trump rally.

https://www.iberkshires.com/story/78892/Letter-Saturday-Rally-Diversity-Makes-Us-Great.html

Please invite Kamala Harris, Tim Walz, Elizabeth Warren, Ed “Maryland” Markey, “PAC Man” Richie Neal, Paul “Marxism”, John Barrett III, Tricia Farley-Bouvier-“Country Buffet”, Leigh Davis, the 2-Pete’s Pittsfield politics team, and the like, to show up there and rally for DEI and against Trump.

A complete waste of time.

Do these people not realize this exactly what the majority of America voted for? I certainly did.

I’m waiting for a democRAT to explain to me why tariffs on China are bad? President Trump is bringing jobs and factories back to America for Americans to work and earn a living. Kind of like Pittsfield was back in the GE glory days.

So you might have to pay a little extra for an American made product versus a cheaply made product from China. There will be jobs available-GET A JOB.

You’d think if the GOBSIG’s really wanted to attract good-paying, industrial type jobs back to Pittsfield they’d play ball with President Trump.

Instead they fight for illegal aliens, DEI, and pedophiles.

Do they realize it just puts a target on our backs in Massachusetts and when funding and everything else is cut, they will claim victimization. Just do what you’re gonna do and shut up about it. ICE is all over because you idiots publicly broadcast that we are sanctuary for illegals and the mentally ill… shocker

i hold out hope that Trump’s DOJ looks into the stolen election of 2020, and that Tricia Farley-Country Buffet (d-illegal aliens) is under the DOJ microscope.

Even Country-Buffet knew it was for voter fraud, when she preambles her “work and mobility” bill, giving illegal aliens free MA DL’s, by stating, “the DL’s issued won’t be for voting.”

Ok, Trish. We believe you. Now, hopefully you’ll have to convince a federal jury one day.

Any word TFCB on the PSD pedophile scandal?

Or did you make sure it’d be swept under the rug by any state agency looking into, not expecting parents to call your bluff, just saying….

Appealing to a judiciary, that just decided, paying a child for sexual favors- isn’t sex trafficking.

Like most politicians, judges , lawyers and journalists, they all participate in pedophilia.

Title: “Trafficking in Outrage: The Danger of Misplacing Blame”
By Cassian Verity

There’s a difference between outrage and strategy. The former burns hot; the latter burns long.

Much has been said about the recent Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court ruling. I’ve read the decision. I’ve read the reactions. What I haven’t seen is clarity.

To be blunt: the court did not say paying a minor for sex is legal. It reaffirmed that trafficking, under current Massachusetts law, requires control by a third party — a pimp, handler, or trafficker. Without that element, the conduct may still be criminal, but it falls under different charges.

Words matter in the law. So do definitions. Mislabeling every act of evil as “trafficking” dilutes the force of the term and risks acquittals when the evidence doesn’t fit the statute. That’s not justice. That’s sloppiness.

Now, if you want to talk about systems that protect predators — I’m here for that. If you want to talk about the trafficking that happens in fire stations, school boards, family courts, and police cruisers — I’m really here for that.

But if we cry wolf with half-read headlines, we’ll miss the wolves already inside the gate.

The law is not a shield for the powerful. It’s a sword for the prepared. Use it wisely.

Cassian Verity is a former prosecutor who believes truth makes a better witness than fear.

Soon, the 2-Pete’s Pittsfield politics will release to the fictional Kapanski family the city’s fiscal year 2026 municipal operating budget that begins in less than 2 months on July 01, 2025 and runs through June 30, 2026.

The city’s spending spree will continue at record levels, I write this prediction because the 2-Pete’s have done nothing good.
