(FORTRESS OF SOLITUDE, MONDAY MAY 12, 2025) –The notable aspect about the executive whitewashes … er, summaries released by the City of Bitchfield conspirators (mayor, slohoc kummiteeem, superintendent, Mercer, PHS administrators, council prez, councilor, city solicitor, Mercer denizens, the usual gang of idiots, and Jerry Mathers as the Beaver) is how they essentially say NOTHING substantial about the school employees accused of drug dealing, sexual harassment, endangering, not paying parking tickets, and ax murder.
The summaries simply say that the (ahem) “independent” investigation conducted by an ex-judge who has deep ties to the local political and legal establishment found insufficient evidence to warrant charges. Not finding sufficient evidence does not mean the accused committed no wrongdoing. The careful worded summaries, however, were composed to suggest just that. Nothing to see here, folks. You can all return to your homes now. We looked into it and found nothing amiss.
Right.
To THE PLANET, especially when we place such verbose legerdemain in the context of the PSD’s previous lies and obfuscation, the summaries should be interpreted as saying “guilty as charged.” Why, there hasn’t been such parsing of words since Bubba Clinton waxed about the meaning of “is.” Perhaps the accused are innocent. If so, they would have every reason to be upset over the wording of the report.

How can anyone trust the summaries? Consider:
- Summaries by nature exclude the majority of the material
- Who wrote the summaries? We don’t know. “Judge” Rupp? Her paralegal?
- As for the investigation upon which the summaries were based:
- How could the probe find the truth with so many of the key players too gripped by fear to share what they know (a reasonable fear of being fired or “cancelled” for spilling)?
- Who was interviewed? The judge provided no list nor did the summaries.
- Were the interviews conducted under oath?
- What questions were asked?
- Were official transcripts made?
- Who was NOT interviewed?
- What questions were NOT asked?
- Who among those interviewed was not asked the right questions?
- Without this information, the summaries, let alone the report itself, are both pointless and useless.
- In light of all this, the fact remains that We The People, Mary Jane and Joe Kapanski, citizens and taxpayers, parents of school children DO NOT BELIEVE NOR DO THEY ACCEPT THE ‘CLEAN SLATE’ THAT THE SUITS JUST SHOWED DOWN THEIR THROATS.
That’s THE PLANET‘s interpretation of the scandalous mess as it now stands. Ex-judge Mary Lou “On the Up-and-Up” Rupp of the Springfield law firm of Blakely, Richardson, and Gelinas had to tread with extreme care. Her law firm had a mandate from the skunks in Bitchfield who are sitting upon a volcano about to explode. Judge Up-and-Up delivered what the SC wanted, and within Mercer’s halls could be heard: “Hello Mary Lou, goodbye charge. Sweet Mary Lou we’re so in love with you.”
As for the sad sacks on the slxoohc kummmiiitee, what can THE PLANET say? We’re not saying these crackers are dumb, but young Master Garrity tried to drown himself on a pool table … “Miss Jane” Hathaway’s brain-eating amoeba died of starvation and anorexia … At breakfast, Diana Belair stared at her carton of orange juice for seven hours because it said “concentrate.” Yup Up-and-Up, you shilled for a sharp bunch.

Predictable Pittsfield politics always increases city spending by 5-percent per fiscal year going back over 40 years (possibly longer).

It will be 2 fiscal years in a row of the two Pete’s Pittsfield politics increasing city spending by 5-percent, which proves that they have NOT changed anything for the better in this corrupt small city that collects as much state administered, federal aid funds as possible, which I call “Perverse Incentives” because of the Level 5 (failed), Group 11 (underclass) school district, the distressed local economy with its over reliance on social services agencies, the violent crime rate doubling the statewide average, the deferred maintenance, and so on.
I would guess that the common residents in Pittsfield (Massachusetts) pays the city close to $7,000 in local taxes and fees per fiscal year, which is a real financial burden given the high rate of inflation and cost of raising a family.

Marchetti was supposedly elected to work for and protect the citizens of Pittsfield. Is he doing his job, absolutely not. It amazes me and everyone I talk to that he can just hide in his office and ignore the growing issues in the School department.
Also noticed that PPD Resource Officer Jessica Godfroy now works at Herberg. Strange she no longer is stationed at PHS where she worked during the Wiggins. Shepard, West days. Is this just another part of the cover-up? Chief Dawley stated there was no PPD involvement, then why was she relocated Chief? Taxpayers can’t believe a word out of anyone’s mouth in this crooked Administration. Is the City going to survive the rest of Marchetti’s term? Not looking very good.
DCF is not offering help—they’re demanding obedience. Comply with unchecked authority or lose your rights. But forced compliance is not justice; it’s coercion masked as protection. So it looks like there never was a scandal after all but nevertheless a bunch of peeps got their reputations besmirched which is so unfortunate. But now that they have all been cleared of any wrong doing they need to lawyer up and go after huge settlements for having their reputations damaged.
And maybe the same firm that found them guilty of nothing at all can represent them and fatten their collective wallets so that they can begin to restore their dignity and prosperity.
And happily the Pittsfield’s school systems impeccable reputation as a bastion of scholastic advancement and integrity can be touted as an example for all others to follow.
Kudos to the school committee for standing up for righteousness and for protecting the children which obviously was their most important concern here. They can stand proudly before their grandchildren and smile sheepishly.
Yeah. And as a proud parent let’s hope these individuals can resume teaching my kids. Our great City Council should do this as well as the school committee. Thank the heavens we have smart Council Members,they are so for us.
