PLANET VALENTI NEWS AND COMMENTARY

ADD 1 11/6: THE PLANET received this information from the office of Berkshire County D. A. Tim Shugrue:

Cheshire, MA- On Thursday evening, November 6th, Michael Alibozek ( 53 years old: of Adams, MA) was arrested by the Berkshire State Police Detective Unit and assisted by the Massachusetts State Police Cheshire Barracks. Alibozek,  Chief of the Cheshire Police Department, was taken into custody in the parking lot of Hoosac Valley Middle and High School at approximately 9:45 pm. for soliciting sex for a fee. He had been communicating online with an undercover Detective belonging to the Berkshire State Police Detective Unit of the Massachusetts State Police.

Following the arrest, Alibozek was relieved of duty and placed on paid administrative leave by the Town Administrator and the Chair of the Selectboard. His town-issued firearm and access to the police station were seized.

An emergency Selectboard meeting will be held this afternoon, Friday November 7th,  to appoint an acting chief. The Town of Cheshire has reported the matter to the Massachusetts POST Commission.

The Defendant will be arraigned on Monday in Central Berkshire District Court.

———- ooo ———-

(FORTRESS OF SOLITUDE WEDNESDAY NOV. 5, 2025) — Now that the ballots have all been counted, and, channeling Jimi, a broom has swept away the broken pieces of yesterday’s life, THE PLANET eyes the today, the tomorrow, and the tomorrow’s tomorrow.

We think of “The Children” and how f***** the city is if the new school committee (SC), with its four  new members, doesn’t begin to clean house and light a fire under the department’s leadership, demanding answers and accountability. The newbies must set a tone, early, and begin representing taxpayers, not the Special Interests. [ED. NOTE: THE PLANET doesn’t count Kathy Yon as a new member, given her prior serve on the board].

In this case, cooperation must be a one-way street. The SC must demand transparency of the administration, beginning with the so-called “independent” investigation conducted by a connected judge with intimate ties to  the local Suits hand picked by a DEI-drenched Springfield law firm. Taxpayers paid $155,000 for the judge to declare “nothing to see there, folks,” a declaration the former SC decided to keep hidden while the judge and the law firm that selected her rode off with the money. And of course, Mayor Lumpy and his stooge White had nothing to say and lap-dogged it.

The new SC must assert itself. It can get off to a fast start by making the report public.

It should follow by telling supt. Latifah Philips that she reports to them, not the other way around. It’s a diarrhea-ic mess in Bitchfield schools. Into this infested, intestinal swamp venture newcomers Ciara Batory, Sarah Muir, Heather McNiece, and Carolyn Barry for a majority on the seven-member board. They have the power. Now they must use it. The school eats 75% of the $230+million city budget. The spending for scandals has to stop.

———- ooo ———-

Since 2023, school years in Bitchfield have resembled either (a) the maiden voyage of the White Star liner Titanic or (b) the fabled “three-hour tour” of the S. S. Minnow carrying “Gilligan; the skipper, too; the millionaire and his wife; the movie star; the professor and Mary Ann.”

One was a tradgy, the other a comedy. THE PLANET advises everyone to take your consolations where you find them, reminding you that (a) had more than 700 survivors and the passengers of (b) had idyllic Gilligan’s Isle, to say nothing of TV residuals lasting decades. Ever the optimists, we see hope where others see dope.

How bad has it been for the dollar-gobbling, taxpayer funded city schools? We shan’t recount the days and daze of Dancin’ Deans, Sheppard’s Pie, and the rest of the scuz and scum. But look at what a PSD administrator  recently told us: “We had a record number leave [the district]. They’re still bailing out. Why do you think Philips has paras [paraprofessionals] teaching [classes]?” Asked how Latifah is doing now four+ months into the job, our Mercer source said “she’s in way over her head.” THE PLANET asked if Philips could be classified as a “DEI box-checking hire.” Answer: “Sure.”

“Jeepers, Mr. Kent,” as Jimmy used to say to Clark. What a shit show.

———- ooo ———-

Speaking of DEI, THE PLANET wonders if the our own Dancin’ Dean had any dealings with LaMar Cook, the stalwart beacon of character and respectability hired by Gov. Maura Healey on the sole basis of his merits, with no account given to his color (black) or gender (token male, on of the few in the guv’s cozy harem). Cook headed Healey’s Western Mass. office out of Springfield.

Like the Dancin’ Dean, Cook went through an exhaustive background check before being appointed to office. The check was so thorough it missed or ignored the fact that Cook had a prior arrest in connection with a Springfield shooting.

Stop us if you’ve heard this one before.

Cook’s domain included Bitchfield.

Last week, State Police intercepted a delivery of 18 pounds of cocaine intended for Cook on its way TO THE GOVERNOR’S OFFICE!! in the Springfield State Office Building. When you’re DEI, you think the laws don’t apply to you (Rachel Rollins, Letitia James ad infinitum, ad nauseam).

It’s interesting how Cook got cooked. A trooper donned the uniform of a UPS driver, and the next thing you know, the Bolivian Marching Powder was in the hands of the cops. Next we heard was the theme song from The Sting. Not only that, but in addition to the 18 pounds of blow, officials said they had intercepted 46 pounds of snow in separate shipments intended for Cook. Officials said those shipments were in packages mailed to the UMass Hotel to a fake name, “Morgan Gordon.”

The rest of the election was white bread and wet chalk. We applaud the continuance of Michele Benjamin as city clerk (still the best-run department in the city). The council returned the incumbents, with two new members — Cam Cunningham and Katherine Moody — taking empty seats. They join Slurpy, Wrinn Tin-Tin, Sleepy, Kowplop, Dizzy Dina, Voltron the Porkchop, Amusing, Dumpster Earl, Costa-Plenty, Lumpy, and Kufflinks.

Oh well, have a good one.

And if you run into Morgan Gordon today, tell him THE PLANET says “hey.”

This doesn’t sound like a very welcoming signal from Mercer School to me. https://www.berkshireeagle.com/news/central_berkshires/school-committee-discussion-superintendent-search/article_eb74730e-a3ea-43e7-bfb8-739a2a4a336c.html
Committee to discuss if and when a superintendent search should begin

After giving it a few minutes of thought, they decided to extend Latifah Phillips for another year.

What was the rush to extend her? Who was consulted on this decision? Teachers? Parents? Anyone?

Pittsfield’s Level 5 (failed), Group 11 (underclass) public schools are the perfect illustration of ROCK BOTTOM.

Between 650 to 700 students choice out of Pittsfield’s public school district to neighboring public school districts per academic year.

The new Pittsfield School Committee in 2026 will have to stand up to the public unions, and everyone else, to bring actual positive changes to the broken system.

I was relieved for Pittsfield’s overtaxed, lied to residents when I saw that Sara’ shoe gum did not stick when she lost her campaign for At-Large City Councilor. She won’t be able to pad her public pension with her lost elected office, nor will “Appalachian Kal”.

I made a mistake, the perfect illustration of ROCK BOTTOM are the 2-Pete’s Pittsfield politics pounding peoples’ purses and persecuting people who didn’t move away from “BITCH-field”, Massachusetts.

I was wondering if anyone would make a connection between our own Dancin Queen and Healey’s Handbag Hoodlum. Seems these DEI folks can not follow the laws even when they have high paying “respectable” positions.
Don’t even think there will be any change in how the school committee behaves, the paddles are already out for the ones who don’t follow the GOBSIG rules of engagement. You will not hear anything about closing some Elementary Schools or chucking this latest crazy idea of busing kids all over the city at all times while continuing to say they care about the environment and safety of the children….can we say BS!
As for the city election I found it interesting the picture showed all the “winners” at Patrick’s Pub while no pictures of the crying Kapanski’s as they see another election wasted. There will be no change in Mudville…or the Pitts, just the same old same old where the working stiffs just keep getting stiffed

Latifah Philips was handed a shit sandwich. A shit sandwich with shit sauce and 12 grain fecal bread.

So I give her a chance to dig the system out of the unbelievable mess she inherited. She did not create the abysmal conditions, but it is true that she could make it even worse if that is possible. She needs to take ownership and do the hard things that will not be popular with the special interest grifting crowd. Make the thing more manageable by eliminating the baby burping things like giving everyone every little thing they whine they need. Return it to a school whose total function is education and not raising other peoples neglected kids. It dilutes the core objective and pulls the whole system to its knees.

And if the mayor and union bigwigs insist on dictating her policies and direction she should quit and make a better life for herself because she will have zero chance of success. Do not let the people who enabled the mess you are trying to fix give you advice on how to fix it. This is critical.

One of her first duties might be to do an audit, and that in itself may reveal internal issues that are causing the school system to be veering wildly off course. It may even seem like education is a secondary goal for the ultra-porcine budget.

Good luck Latifah. If your heart is really into improving the system you have a chance. If your methodology is to go along to get along, not so much. There is a reason the system is amuck and that quicksand may be right in front of you. Godspeed.

Thank God Appalachian Kal didn’t make it. At least we dont have her not understanding council rules for 2 years.

I wanted to add the WWLP news link of Morgan Gordon’s stash. The link also includes some photos too.

Cocaine trafficking charges for ex-Governor’s aide

As I stated a few posts ago, these DEI hires are attracted to crime and criminal activity, like moths to a flame. You don’t earn nicknames like Da Lady’z Man or Road Rage Rollins for nada.

I do have to say though, the Bitchfield Pubic Scohols really did set the bar pretty low with the hiring of Lavonte “Da Dancin Dean” Wiggins, as the Dean of Students.

This was how Da Dancin’ Dean’s hiring board must have gone when he was interviewed:

Candidate #1: white male, graduates’ degree, 10 years teaching, 5 years in administration. Next-Not Hired

Candidate #2: white female, graduates’ degree, 12 years teaching, former Taconic graduate. Next-Not Hired

Candidate #3: BLACK MALE, No teaching experience, No formal education, an EXPIRED dancing certificate (not even an AA/BA degree). HIRED-BEST CANDIDATE FOR JOB.

Lavonte better be getting in shape and getting those fighting skills up to speed. If not, when Da dancin’ Dean goes to federal prison, he will literally learn what it’s like to be a “Lady’z Man.” Only this time, he’ll be the lady to the man’z.

School committee is probably wondering how you got inside info on their hiring practices.

But the dancer is probably heavily lawyered up and will sue the city, buy a nice house on outer West Street and become superintendent of the Pittsfield Public school system and then be put in charge of hiring future break dancers as guidance counselors with skills in close up genitalia photography.
At 220 thousand dollars and a three day work week.

As far as the Bitchfield Pubic Scohol Comite newly elected members, I truly hope they release that report to the public. The ones who actually footed the bill.

I believe the litmus test is Heather McNiece. She was the top vote getter. It either means the GOBSIG’s got to her and have promised her greater “riches” (mayor) than being a member of the PSC, or people are sick and tired of the secrecy from the PSC and want real change.

We all knew the GOBSIG’s were going to muster their powers and try and prevent Ciara Batory from winning be on the PSC. They know she’s a “loose cannon” and isn’t part of their “star-chamber.” They fear her.

Who gets to Heather first?

Is she a true champion of the people? Or just another Linda “Flat” Tyer-Clairmont, in the making? Time will tell.

Monument Mountain H.S. redux

Well, the Boston pols, with the help of the patronage hacks at the Mass. School Building Authority, pulled another fast one, this time on the hill people over yonder in Berkshire County.
Persuaded those suckers to fork over $152m for a project worth south of $25m.
Plus, all the pols had to do was sweeten the deal with a promise of $60m from the Commonwealth’s 1% sales tax fund.
Sure enough, South County’s voters fell for the bait — hook, line & sinker.
After interest (at least 5% and likely more) and Wall Street handling fees (Oh, Yeah!), this deal over thirty years will easily generate over $304m return for bond holders and the underwriters.
Who do you think’s taxpayers are going to be on the hook for 30 years for all that moolah?

In the words of that great movie ‘The Professionals’ (1966), Burt Lancaster’s character says to Lee Marvin’s character: “We’ve been had, amigo.”

How are you surprised by the “business as usual” politics in Massachusetts, which is one of the top per capita (by population) debtor states in the U.S.A.?

MONEY = POWER. They borrow, tax, and spend as much MONEY as they possibly can in Boston to have as much power as possible, while areas such as the mostly rural Western Massachusetts has little to no real power in Boston.

What has Governor Maura Healey, State Senate President Karen Spilka, and the Speaker of the State House Ronny Mariano – the Big 3 that holds all of the power in Boston – done for the common people, taxpayers, regions such as Western Massachusetts, and so on? Answer: Little to NOTHING.

I write to Governor Maura Healey all of the time, but she doesn’t respond to me. I believe that she doesn’t take me seriously because I am not donating thousands of dollars to her campaign coffers. The same goes for New Hampshire Governor Kelly Ayotte, who likes millionaires instead of “Jon Melle the Have NOT”.

I hear Governor Maura Healey on the Boston radio on a daily basis whereby she vocally criticizes President Donald Trump, but she should be doing positive things in Massachusetts too, especially on housing, healthcare and education – the Big 3 for the common people.

If I was not a disabled Veteran, I would be stuck in the underclass that is invisible to the career politicians in places such as Boston. But, I am invisible to them nonetheless but with enough income for me to live independently from their lies directly impacting my life.

The truth is that Boston’s Big 3 not only do NOT care about the common people, but also, they lie all of the time to us, while saying that President Trump is bad, while our access to affording housing, healthcare and education diminishes more and more as time goes by.

I am from Pittsfield, Mass. – the beautiful Berkshires – in Western Massachusetts where I spent a majority of my life, but now I am a resident of Southern New Hampshire, which is a one-hour, one-way commute to Boston. I know all too well that Boston is only about MONEY and POWER, while the common people are always being lied to by the aforementioned career politicians for life.

Please read the entire wiki page on Horseshoe Theory.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Horseshoe_theory

Political extremism shares its support for authoritarianism.

Centrist politics supports classical-liberal-democrat-government.

I do NOT believe that I am an extremist for supporting the Big 3 lifelines for the common people and families, which are housing, healthcare and education.

I believe that the financial, corporate and ruling elites are an Oligarchy, while the common people, such as “Jon Melle the Have NOT”, are not taken seriously by the likes of career politicians such as Governor Maura Healey and Governor Kelly Ayotte alike.

Today’s illustration of my political beliefs is the longest in U.S. history U.S. Government Shutdown. It is impacting the common people and families who are losing out on our public benefits and services, while the billionaires such as Donald Trump and the all but 2 percent of millionaires in U.S. Congress are well taken care of….on many levels.

My own personal experiences in politics – my dad, Bob, was a politician decades ago now – and government are mostly negative ones. I do not get along with the career politicians, nor do I have good relations with the billionaires and millionaires who work in the financial and corporate sectors.

That is not to say that I am a Marxist/Communist/Socialist in any way, shape or form. In fact, there is NO economic structure that works in human history. All of them are deeply flawed. One of the biggest reasons for this is GREED, MONEY, POWER, and similar desires that explains the 300,000 years of human nature and human behavior that never changes.

I am sorry to write this, but “Jon Melle the Have NOT” is NOT going to change the otherwise cruel world we live in for an average of around 8-decades give or take a few years. All I can do is be a GOOD man, survive politics, keep my head in a positive state of mental health, support people, including Veterans, as well as support animals, and so on.

Why does electricity for Pittsfield keep shutting down for two or three minutes every few weeks? Just enough to mess up all of the electrical appliances. It might not even be the whole city at once, but it’s not connected to any weather event since it always happens during good weather conditions. AI (artificial intelligence) is set to begin using huge and ever increasing amounts of electricity due to their data centers that power it and energy consumption will double by 2030 putting a huge strain on the power grid. Is this already happening and we are seeing the beginning of rolling blackouts that will eventually last for hours? Bill Gates has recently changed his stance on climate change saying it will not wipe out humanity as he previously believed. Is this because so much emphasis was being put on electricity to save the planet from climate change and Gates now believes that too many electric vehicles and using electricity to heat homes is not sustainable in an AI world?

It’s Bitchfield . Could many reasons. Anything that concerns money or ways to extract money whether it be funding state or city operations, snap, including utilities, funding to judicial offices, funding illegals or any other taxpayer funded entity that isn’t necessary. Trump will put his foot down on this waste. And he is correct. You don’t want to work for your food .. Tough.

There are a lot of people that can work but they feel they’re working for nothing? This is what causes inflation. Get a job. And state offices and fed downsize instead of relying on the overburden taxpayers to fund you.

As the Greed God said as a City Councilor. More PRODUCTIVELY.
