PLANET VALENTI NEWS AND COMMENTARY

(FORTRESS OF SOLITUDE, WEDNESDAY DEC. 2, 2020) — THE PLANET‘s expose on The Berkshire Eagle spiking reporter Heather Bellow’s follow-up story on D.A. Andrea Harrington’s vehicular woes  has opened up one of the floodgates, and we have heard much more from newspaper sources. We present the comments as received, editing only for clarity and continuity.

CAVING TO PRESSURE

As a Berkshire Eagle insider I can tell you one very specific way the editors and owners cave to pressure.

If the news is unflattering to the city council or mayor, either a call, text, or email will go out from Tyer or any number of the councilors. It will include what they think the position and talking points should be, in a couple days those exact talking points will end up as an editorial.

Case and point the recent Our Opinion editorial: “OUR OPINION: Home loan program will benefit Pittsfield”

This originated as set of bullet points from Tyer both directly and indirectly via three city councilors and two other city employees. When the idea surfaced to push the mayor on why she didn’t seek alternative funding as promised, the direct quote was “We need to boost ad revenue. Do you want to be out of a job.” The thought process is that the paper will offer special ad rates to highlight the program to construction companies and to banks. These are two of the highest ad groups right now.

REPORTER NOTES ON HARRINGTON’S DRIVING ISSUES

  • Andrea Harrington was notified by the Clinton County Court at least four times that they could easily find. A bench warrant was issued for failure to respond/appear. New York State contacted her twice at her given mailing address. The Massachusetts Registry of Motor Vehicles contacted her six times.
  • Her insurance company, when asked, said “We contact every client by phone and mail. We make every attempt to notify our clients that their license has been suspended and that they are not covered by insurance. That’s normally at least five notifications, three by mail and two phone calls.”
  • When Harrington was driving suspended, she was fully aware that she was breaking the law. There is also a question of who’s car she was driving. That was never settled before the investigation was stopped.
  • She must have received some notification because months after her license was suspended, she mailed a check to the original issuing jurisdiction, five days after another letter was mailed out.
  • The evidence strongly suggests Harrington lied about the entire situation and failed to take responsibility for her original ticket and all the problems subsequent to that initial failure to pay. In fact if one looks at the evidence, she did everything she could to try and conceal the truth. In CJIS, a technician alleges there’s a hit for her office running her d/l three times during that period of time, almost as if someone is checking to see the status of their own d/l. As an officer of the court, it appears she knew and continued in her criminal activity.
  • On D.A.’s office in general: All the inside forces that are left (those from the former administration who weren’t fired and those new hires who haven’t resigned or been fired) are trying to keep out of the glare of, as some in the office call the D.A., mini-Medusa. There are lots of rumors of inappropriate relationships in that office.  No one will go on record.

HELEN MOON AND HER ‘JAILING’

There is absolutely no record of Hellen Moon being stopped and placed in jail as part of a felony MV stop. There is no record based on her name, various spellings of her name, finger prints matching her name, nothing in CJIS at all. Unless she can provide proof, it appears that she lied about the incident.

RANDOM NOTES ON INSIDE AT THE EAGLE

  • Blox CMS is a horrible content platform.
  • The board of the Eagle should meet once a month, not once a quarter.
  • The paper is failing quickly and badly.
  • Morale is at an all-time low as we get more content from services outside.
  • Heather Bellow got hit hard for her good work.
  • Local government does absolutely interfere in news coverage. Crime reporting is practically non-existent. You could fill pages of newsprint with all the petty crimes happening in the Berkshires.
The police have actually stopped taking reports on much of the crime that’s low level and quality of life because they don’t have the staff and the D.A. isn’t going to do anything that goes against her narrative.
  • The city is dying and it’s due to lack of leadership on all levels. This includes the Eagle‘s failure to act as the Fourth Estate, a role that includes being a watchdog over government.

STORIES THE EAGLE HAS SPIKED DUE TO EDITORIAL DECISIONS VIA PRESSURE FROM LOCAL POLITICIANS

  • Harrington and her driving record. Including who was paying for the car.
  • Why Adam Hinds was forced to leave UN service.
  • Alleged misappropriation of funds at Soldier On. They had a work program and would “collect and invest” the funds of the clients. Many of those that lived there claimed their money was taken, there was an investigation going on, reporters were tasked, and it disappeared. Poof!
  • An investigation into corruption at the highest levels of the PPD, including allowing certain dealers to work certain areas unfettered.
  • Millions of dollars of missing funds at city hall, all under Kerwood’s watch.
  • If you don’t think Tricia Farley Bouvier and Linda Tyer don’t influence news stories, remember the Berkshire Museum art sale. Eagle editors and staff knew about the focus groups, knew about the sale months before it was news. There’s a whole series of photos of meetings, the paintings, people from the auction house doing inspections. The Eagle supported the sale, the Eagle allowed Tyer, Hinds, and the museum board set that narrative.
  • The Eagle has failed the population of Berkshire county. The circulation is down because everyone knows it’s a propaganda arm of the local big shots.

LACK OF JOURNALISTIC STANDARDS AT THE EAGLE

There are two classes of people and two very different standards applied to stories at the Eagle.

If a story is about one of the protected, which includes most of the current administration, friends, family members and supporters — If it’s a positive story, it’s run as basically a press release. There is heavy consultation with the subject or subjects and sometimes there’s a huge give-and-take on how the story is written. An example: Barry Clairmont suing Melissa Mazzeo. There was a lot of background that was overlooked. Barry got full say in what amounted to a press release. There was no investigation into second- and third-party witnesses who alleged wrongdoing. There was no investigation into Barry’s reputation and there was plenty of background that would have been adverse to his claims. All of it was ignored. There was no real discussion about the state “investigation” into Mazzeo’s allegations that Barry was illegally in the area where ballots were locked up. The “investigation” which amounted to the clerk and Barry saying they did nothing wrong. It was taken at face value as truth. No investigation into the time he actually spent there or members of the public that also lodged complaints.

The bar is also set extremely high when the story casts any of the protected in a negative light. All of a sudden sources matter. Anonymous and even on record sources have to be double and triple verified. The process has created a chilling effect. If you get a story about Wynn, you might as well not even run with it because the editorial interference is so hard to overcome.

Another example would be the stories about Berkshire Money Management (BBM). There’s never any pushback. That story about handing out PPE and the problems it created, it was much worse than what ever made the news. There also was a story about a note on a car because BMM supported BLM. It ran unchecked or verified. When the story began to look false, any further investigation stopped.

The $10,000 employee bonuses — There was no background on where the money came from. Was it from the PPP and was it a way to offset against profits? Do loans wouldn’t have to be repaid?
It’s doubly concerning because there’s a quid pro quo in this relationship, as the principal writes for the paper and buys ad space. That in and of itself should be disqualify this person as a contributor. However, There’s never any pushback.

ANDRE HARRINGTON’S PROPERTY TAXES

Raw Notes:

  • Her problems with property taxes dates back to at least 2018, maybe earlier but it’s hard to tell.
  • Paul Lisi treasure and tax collector.
  • Amy? or Danielle Fillio (problem town admin from Stockbridge).
  • It was hard to get information out of this group because the tax collector was out on sick leave. Something divulged even though all the details were HIPAA violations.
  • They would not provide copies of tax bills even though they are public records.
  • One contact indicated that with every tax bill a there is stamp on the bill indicating past due bills. They bill quarterly with two bills sent out semi annually. That would be eight notices of past due. Since Andrea was in tax title she would have been given at least six more notices.
  • A part-time employee indicated that Andrea called in and screamed at anyone who was on the phone.
  • Public records in meeting minutes seem to indicate that the tax collector wanted to publish names at the end of each year and two selectmen, Pilsen and Manzolini, both stopped the process on at least two occasions.
  • Another part-time employee not related to the process at all indicated that she was aware of the issues as she was not able to get permits and allegedly did in permitted work on her home. He stated that since “Richmond is a small town with inept leadership and staffing, nothing would be documented.”
  • Nothing was ever presented and the investigation stopped after the first report.
  • Richmond has a history of open meeting law violations as well as failing to fulfill public records requests.
  • Quote from a Town of Richmond employee: “These are some of the same issues that haunted Fillio’s tenure in Stockbridge. The problems just moved north. Pilsen encourages that behavior.”

The Dirty Bird (Berkshire Eagle) is a rag that does many disservices to its diminishing readers in Western Massachusetts. They always support putting toxic waste (leaky) landfills in Berkshire County. Pittsfield politics has always been very corrupt. Pittsfield politics is always totally predictable: Municipal tax hikes while the tax base shrinks. The lovely Linda and her millionaire husband Barry live in a gated community. Godfather Jimmy lives in Naples, Florida and part-time in Lenox. Adam Hinds and Tricia Farley Bouvier voted themselves 40 percent pay raises in early-2017, and now they are both on the the public record supporting state tax hikes early next year in 2021. Matt Kerwood uses creative accounting to paper over Pittsfield’s public financial woes, while he sits on a +$10 million slush fund. Critics always call for a forensic audit of Kerwood’s spreadsheets, but it will never happen. Lastly, all one has to do is Google “Is Pittsfield a safe city from crime” and the answer is “No. Pittsfield is NOT a safe city from crime”.

You have to work at it. We have the internet, so that helps, but you have to work at it there too.

Try to get as close as you can to the actual event, the actual words of the people involved. Watch the video. Read the document.

You can’t trust the lamestreamers to even report things accurately and honestly.

Almost all “news” is someone’s biased opinion.

Example: “Hands up, don’t shoot.”

I said, OK, Obummer/Holder DOJ puts out a report on Ferguson. Not happy with the grand jury findings.

I get the pdf. Search for “hands up.”

Well, Shazam! “Hands up, don’t shoot” was a total lie–according to the Obummer/Holder DOJ’s own report!!

“This was a lie. These people were lying. We don’t know why they lied. But they did.”

You can’t find something if you don’t look for it. FBI/DOJ AWOL on this.

AP’s article is full of bias in describing what Barr said.

As close as I can get to what Barr actually said,
from https://www.breitbart.com/2020-election/2020/12/01/report-bill-barr-says-doj-has-not-uncovered-evidence-of-widespread-voter-fraud/

Note the bolded words below carefully.

To date, we have not seen fraud on a scale that could have affected a different outcome in the election,” he said. [So you’ve found some fraud, right?]

Barr said there was no evidence yet to substantiate systemic machine fraud.
[Keep looking]

“There’s been one assertion that would be systemic fraud and that would be the claim that machines were programmed essentially to skew the election results. And the DHS and DOJ have looked into that, and so far, we haven’t seen anything to substantiate that,” he said. [Keep looking–or start looking]

He also clarified that there is a difference between using the federal criminal system that would be handled by the DOJ and complaints made via civil lawsuits that would be addressed by audits conducted by state or local officials.
[True, most if not all of these legal actions are civil]

The Trump Legal Team, led by Rudy Giuliani and Jenna Ellis, said in response to Barr’s comments:

With all due respect to the Attorney General, there hasn’t been any semblance of a Department of Justice investigation. We have gathered ample evidence of illegal voting in at least six states, which they have not examined. We have many witnesses swearing under oath they saw crimes being committed in connection with voter fraud. As far as we know, not a single one has been interviewed by the DOJ. The Justice Department also hasn’t audited any voting machines or used their subpoena powers to determine the truth.

Like in many other places it would seem that in Pittsfield many of the safeguards we thought were in place are not. And the sad part about it is that we pay dearly in taxes for the people and services that apparently exist on paper only. The rot usually starts at the top and works it way down.
In these anxious times people are lashing out and venting and it seems a good time to do it. Let it all hang out.

Just good, old-fashioned ballot stuffing.

According to Col. Phil Waldron (US Army ret.) at the Gettysburg hearing last week:

1. An update in Michigan listed as of 6:31AM Eastern Time on November 4th, 2020, which shows 141,258 votes for Joe Biden and 5,968 votes for Donald Trump

2. An update in Wisconsin listed as 3:42AM Central Time on November 4th, 2020, which shows 143,379 votes for Joe Biden and 25,163 votes for Donald Trump

3. A vote update in Georgia listed at 1:34AM Eastern Time on November 4th, 2020, which shows 136,155 votes for Joe Biden and 29,115 votes for Donald Trump

4. An update in Michigan listed as of 3:50AM Eastern Time on November 4th, 2020, which shows 54,497 votes for Joe Biden and 4,718 votes for Donald Trump

And the big one from the hearing:

Giuliani: And when you look at this entire curve, with all these spikes, can you calculate how much of a vote that accounted for for Biden, and how much for Trump?

Waldren: Close to 600,000. I think our figures were about 570-some-odd-thousand that all those spikes represent overtime.

Giuliani: For Biden?

Waldren: Correct.

Giuliani: And how much for Trump?

Waldren: I think it was a little over 3,200.

570,000+ for Biden, 3,200 for Trump.

Now that’s ballot stuffing!

The increase in the number of Covid 19 patients in nursing homes is alarming. What is equally disturbing is the large number of staff who also have the virus and exactly how did they get infected.

I think it’s safe to say that the residents did not infect the staff (they are not going out and family visits are restricted).

So the big question is….are the homes testing their staff on a regular basis? Doesn’t sound that way!

They are tested once a week. At least the CNAs and LPNs I know of.

There is something very suspicious about an outbreak at a nursing home in which most of the residents are not sick.

It is not an outbreak of illness, it is an outbreak of positive test results. It just doesn’t add up.

And yes, some of the very old ones have died. It’s unfortunate. It happens. It is a nursing home.

What a mess that Zoom meeting was with the restaurants yesterday. Apparently the Mayor thought starting off things snarky while showing the restaurants data was going to help. My question becomes do you need to collectively go to the front door of city hall in order to get a meeting? These restaurants sounded desperate for guidance, an idea on reopening, and procedures moving forward and they had to do a photo op on the front steps of city hall to get a fraction of that information over the Zoom call. Leadership has utterly failed in this city at every level and even staunch supporters of the mayor have publicly called her out.

Noticeably absent was Yuki, I am sure she was busy doing important work on behalf of the city though.

According to Barry on Facebook only his brand of media was invited to the call. I found it amusing he called you out Dan, keep fighting the good fight it is the only way to get actual answers in this city.

This is probably the best article written this year. Someday I’d like to see a story about all the trolls that have been employed by the local administration to silence people on social media. There are literally dozens of fake Facebook profiles that comment on local issues to either deflect failures or silence opinions through cyber bullying. I have heard some whoppers about Richmond. And yes – Pilson is a big (huge) part of the problem. He also has Rutberg in his pocket so no news that reflects badly on him or his schemes ever gets in the Eagle. According to RN they seem to hire the most corrupt folk from every other town so they can bend them to their will. I think Pilson thinks he is a feudal lord based on what I have heard from a anon fly on the wall’s perspective. Very, very unethical. It’s like the scum from the neighboring towns has floated to the top at Richmond.
One question – does Harrington not have a mortgage on her place in Richmond? She must not or the bank could foreclose for breaching a term of the mortgage, most require taxes and insurance to be paid.

I’m sorry you don’t think routinely breaking the law by ignoring public records requests isn’t a bad thing.
This is exactly the reason btw that the senior atty Kempthorne resigned from the DAS office. It’s exactly the same.

Who is Richmonds nearest City ? In what way is it separate ?

Everyone should be able to vote for Mayor too. Berkshire County residents do business there not just Pittsfielders. The governing bodies are allied. Community Development is County-wide not Town-wide. Do you think the mayor, the pittsfield police & your Town police/Officials are disconnected ? No. The boards of health same thing the Berkshire Bar association- same etc.

The school is a regular Peyton Place
Teachers having affairs with parents, other teacher’s husbands, staff getting caught getting freaky with parents in the parking lot.
Teachers getting fired from other districts and getting promoted in Richmond for their “skills”. Why did the state police pull a teacher out of the school? Why’d so many students leave the school? How many condoms did it take to back the sewer up at the school?
For a little town they sure have a lot going on.

Every time John Melle types ‘Slush Fund’ an angel gets it’s wings. Good gravy my man, you need some variety in your posts.

So how exactly is Mill Town Capital “improving housing stock” by constantly knocking down perfectly rehab ready buildings? This is real gentrification going on in the Morningside area. Then they buy up whole blocks, give them a quick facelift and some plank flooring and BAM. 1500/mo for a 1 bedroom apartment next to the carwash.

I give Mill Town tremendous credit. They have been pouring tons of money into this city with housing projects, Bousquet, the Pontoosuc golf course, etc. and they don’t have their hand out for freebies all the time. We should be thanking God for them and praying for more just like them.I haven’t seen many “Rehab ready” buildings torn down, but maybe I missed them.

and how is Milltown helping if the rest of us are paying most of their taxes for them? Does anyone except the mayor and Kerwood know the exact amount of tax breaks they are getting on both Tyler street and Bosquets? And did Linda give em Covid taxpyer money as well? It seems like he wins on both ends of this deal and the taxpayers lose on both ends. Was it designed this way? Well it looks that way.
Is there a way, as a group, we could get Kerwood to open up to the public about what really goes on inside city hall?

Okay, that comment is really stupid. These guys a spending tons of their own money and have a great vision. They are singlehandedly doing more for this community’s economic development than anyone in decades-and I haven’t seen them asking for money from the GE economic development fund. We are so lucky that guys like this, and the guy who owns Wayfair, are from this community and actually want to help without taking. Why anyone would want to denigrate them is beyond me. We should be rolling out the red carpet for them all over the city. It’s a miracle anyone wants to come here and do business when people like you want to crap all over them.

Use your brain dude, they aren’t Daddy Warbucks doing this for the greater good. It’s to turn a profit. Millions in and in a few years they will have a steady income from all these new “market rate” apartments. Is it good they are taking blighted buildings and making them better, yes. Just like the new construction, it’s great. But to try and say this is not about money is childish.

And yes, They are getting tax breaks just like the old St. Mary’s.

Maybe you guys don’t understand tax breaks. They are usually given on the amount of the valuation that increases as a result of the investment. This is a great tool to get people to invest in the community without having to actually pass out money from the GE fund etc. I certainly hope these people make money, then they will continue to invest in the city. We need more people to do this. Why you would disparage the few people actually investing in the city is beyond me.

Tax Cheats

Reply to  jon doe

Maybe you don’t understand. They are supposed to be tied to actual improvement and job creation.
If you give a tax break to a commercial development the assessment moves your new growth. That then distributes the tax burden of that project to all the other tax payers until that tif is retired.

Xyz company builds a $1,000,000 building
Gets a 10 year break
100% the first year, 90% the second down to zero.
New growth is $1,000,000
They city can raise and appropriate based on that $1,000,000 in new growth.
They will not collect it in the first year at all from the property owner. The change in the levy limit and subsequent new taxes are allocated against all other tax payers.
Kerwood surely knows this, Kerwood also never suggested a class directed TIF and tax.
In many communities if the new development is granted a TIF or tax break the subsequent new taxes collected are distributed amongst that class of property with a tax rate shift adjustment.
If they did things like that, then joe and Mary Jane wouldn’t end up paying for the taxes not collected from a movie theater owner.
It would also stop people from converting fixtures into “real estate” and walking away with an extra $1.2 million is stolen funds.

Lin Wood, Sidney Powell, and Vernon Jones, a black Democrat GA state rep.

Wood just absolutely hammered Republicans Kemp, Raffensberger, and Loeffler. Wants the first two out and jailed for taking Chinese money on the Dominion machines, and Loeffler and Perdue to earn the vote on Jan. 5.

That is another chapter.

Victim lived #10 Manville Street.
DA will not prosecute. Look at the Registry of Deeds Great Barrington.

OK when she requested transcripts from high school, a virus was sent to her email which wiped out her computer the hard drive – so now she is using a cell phone and it does not offer an option to post images here.

They took victims son in a cruiser to interrogate him about a bomb threat at his school, but it was someone else’s son.

The violation of her Sons rights, the retaliation etc.

I filed complaints about civil rights & color of law violations – this is how an adult victim of childhood trafficking gets treated if the perpetrator is a GOBSIG.

Lead Poisoning, next chapter.

When DA resigned, Andrea did not help my flawed conviction, she did not place the actors on a Brady list, she refuses to prosecute the wiring inspector for child abuse crimes, they all went to high school together I believe – I have a prima facie case.

She responded to me on Messenger- which is wrongful.

She told me to stop contacting her as well, but I don’t believe she even knew my name, despite the tens of times I have emailed her office.

My Liberty is still being restricted against the LAW & I want it stopped.

I want my ex husband’s police officer daughter to stop harassing me.

I want the misconduct enforced

I want my record corrected

I want REDRESS

I want to resolve what’s happened to me.

I want retaliation to stop.

I want the mayor & pod to stop treating me different. I want equal protection under the law.

I’m not sure if District Attorney’s are subject to the Brady List in MA, but if so, Andrea should add her name to the list.

Imagine if a state trooper assigned to her office had his license suspended for ignoring a speeding ticket in NY? I’ll even sweeten the pot and make it a white male, state trooper.

A story that Andrea could even stand in front of microphones from Albany and Springfield, to announce her office will not accept intolerance of the law, especially from those paid to enforce it and expect to adhere to it. She could even plaster pictures of the poor, down-trodden, white male trooper, to show that she’s Rachael Rollins progressive, tough.

Do you think he’d keep his job, especially after the lies Andrea told to try and cover her a**? Hell no! He wouldn’t, so why should she? She has zero credibility in the courts.

Andrea Harrington and Helen “Handgun” Moon, are proven liars.

Let me guess Helen, the white man made you do it? Your such an oppressed minority Helen. Can we start a Go-Fund Me account to help you cope?

I would like to see the Eagle do an article on who in Pittsfield is currently getting tax incentives from city hall. What business s and how much for each and for how long. And the grand total. Don’t leave anything out. Then go back to the beginning with the Bersteins and list them all with separate lists for those current, past and any that may have been getting them from day one. (extra details on Stanley)
This should be public information. Now do you want to tell me Linda and Barry would not throw up a jersey barrier to block this information from being printed in a newspaper? They would pull out all stops if they had to but it is very unlikely the Eagle would ever cross that divide in the first place.

Pittsfield’s new bike lanes a foolish waste
To the editor:

Some of the taxpayers of Pittsfield may be either fooled or just oblivious to the waste of our money that was spent on the insane traffic lane and bicycle lane changes that have taken place on North Street, Bradford Street and who knows what other remote areas of Pittsfield. But the fact is that this foolishness costs us all.

It will probably be justified by our local politicians as free grant money from the state. Duh — where does the state get its money? From you and me. If you think I’m crazy, just take a drive from North Street onto Bradford Street and ask yourself why don’t you see any bike racks at Dery Funeral Home when the entire right lane is now designated as a bicycle path.

The strangest and most dangerous change is on the North Street block in front of Berkshire Bank. It has been reduced to one lane in each direction leaving zero options for emergency vehicles when traffic is backed up. How could that plan not have been vetoed by, or at least openly discussed with the Fire and Police departments? If that bottleneck has not already cost a life, I think it’s just a matter of time.

These traffic changes should require meetings of the minds and thoughtful discussions, as well as input from affected residents. If that procedure was followed, and I missed it, I offer my apology to the city.

Hopefully, the ridiculous right lane barriers on North Street and Wahconah Street will disappear with the first snow storm. To the bicycle enthusiasts in the area, you must know that you were used and that your healthy endeavor took a step back in the mind of the average citizen. Such an obvious and political move by the city casts a negative light on your passion.

My favorite part is the Dem. state reps on the committee having toddler tantrums.

Jessy Jacob–little woman from India, been a citizen 35 years, worked for city of Detroit for 34 years. Poor woman harassed, intimidated at the counting center. Tried to follow the rules and was forced out.

Hima, another brown woman. Love this country. Left her alone because she’s brown. But then saw her GOP tag–meanness starts. Switches to an independent tag, different story.

On and on.

Little Indian woman Jessy. Worked for city of Detroit for 34 years. Rose to head engineer. Two of her kids are doctors, the third a med student.

Said she never had a problem with her co-workers, very nice people. No prejudice at all. Appreciate them very much.

But you show at the counting center and try to follow the rules?

Trained on the absentee ballots, early voting. Trained to put false dates on them.

Rudy: In 10 days, about 100K false docs created?
Yes. 10k to 15k a day

Instructor said it doesn’t matter if DOB is wrong, or address wrong, etc., no application is to be rejected.

She questioned this and was insulted. Little nice Indian woman

Rudy: Supervisor was coaching voters to vote for Biden and Dems? Yes.

Rudy: Workers helping voters to vote for Biden? and going to the voting booth with voters? Yes.

Told not to invalidate any ballots. If she did, super got really angry. “Take a two-hour lunch break” to get her out of there.

Rudy:  How were you treated?
Like a criminal. Berated me. Intimidated.

“Get out. We don’t need you here.” Little honest Indian woman trying to do her job and follow the rules.

“It was so inhumane,” said Jessy.

“I’m so thankful for this country. Been here 35 years. Devoted Catholic. I prayed. I love this country. I want to help this nation—the only reason I’m here. And my children.”

Dem rep. acting up again and shouts, “That’s my city.”

“Yes,” Jessy replies, “my city too. 35 years. They don’t deserve this. Grateful to my co-workers. Thankful. But my experience for two months this year . . .”

Also, I feel very bad for the resturant owners. But this scorpion can reach around and bite you in the ass many different ways. It is a minefield of potential problems and getting worse every day.
In some cities right now there are so many cases there are not enough ambulances to transport people to hospitals. And not enough beds when they get there. And not enough nurses and doctors to take care of them. And not enough room in the morgues.

This not a movie or a series on Netflix. This is real life and you are in the middle of it whether you realize it or not. Christmas joy is going to be in small supply this year so don’t be foolish and make it worse for yourself.

The police can’t tell the difference between trauma & intoxication, I don’t take offence anymore, I forgive myself for being this way – no one could endure 20 years of harassment.

Ya, when I was in jail the Eagle was reporting on the “something’s amiss” reading that the same police who just violated every right I had – were under investigation for a “vote of no confidence & failure to train” really burnt my toast. I was like insane trying to comprehend this shit.

Valerie Soules- look it up. Sex crimes in jail – I’m f* sick.

I have a completely falsified criminal history.

Pieropan – responded to my MNT

CPCS – Refused to provide post conviction relief.
Nigel ? Told me STOP CONTACTING HIM

Attorney General – no timke for this.
DOJ- screened out.
MCAD – Screened out

Everything you believe about the Justice System is a lie.

I studied law at home just to save myself.

My Service Net caseworker neglected his duty as my case manager – he was sent to rehab for 30 days, like you can’t make this shit up.

Here’s an idea if you want to be taken seriously- layout your case here with clear, articulate facts, in an orderly and coherent way, instead of all this innuendo and psycho babble. You come across as a couple beers short of a 6 pack at times. I’m sure Andrea is reading this blog lately and perhaps if you make your pitch to her, she will assist you, especially if you are either transgender, gay, black, brown, purple, queer, questioning, other, and even if you’re a white male you can get help, as long as you identify as female, or can show you were traumatized as a child. Good luck, you’re gonna need it.

I can’t tell my story because I’m traumatized

It comes out in flash backs

I’m not asking you for anything. I’m doing this weighting for myself – I do not care who reads it or not. Andrea Harrington can not help me. You obviously know nothing about corruption. Good luck I’m gonna need it ? They have my DNA, My vehicle is on GPS -in just waiting – I’m not stupid trust me. Just because you are unable to crack the code of my style doesn’t mean I’m about to change it. I don’t care who you all are – it’s the most powerful people who I’ve already faced. I went before the Attorney General Board & I won. I fired 3 lawyers & I won. I got bit by a dog & I won. Lemme see here.

I am a victim of corruption on MANY levels of Government. I don’t know how else to say it. I am black listed. Lawyers are frauds. I studied the law but I have cognitive impairment & I can do multi-step tasks without assistance- ok so thank for the critical tips, but this is the best communication skills I have. The nurses too, ask me if im high – no, im not. Take my blood – im sober.

Be The Change,

I am sorry I hurt your feelings. My post was more of an observation, rather than a criticism, and was meant to help you. A little tough love, as they say. I sincerely wish you the best but you’re all over the map, my friend. What I meant by my “good luck, you’re gonna need it” comment had a double meaning – you really need some luck, or assistance, getting a cogent case together, and the the other meaning is – good luck getting the DA to take another look at your case. Best wishes to you. There are more social services for you on or around North Street, if you need an advocate, than there are hookers around Cumby’s at 3am. Just ask Dan

Joe Biden and his fellow globalists are planning the Great Reset. Obama is all over the place with his 3rd term. What are they planning? See for yourself as Glenn Beck explains. Individuals will not exist. We become part of the “collective”. No private property by 2030 is the plan. Obama started this week by going after vehicles that use too much cheap gas.

Edward R Murrow: who’s TDS is so strong he has to make up aliases to congratulate himself on posting the same crap that is actually meaningless.

Whites shot and killed by cops twice the rate of blacks. Er, ignore that. Don’t tell anyone.

Twenty-one precincts in MI/Detroit(?) with turnout of 90%+, ten 100%, six precincts 120%. That’s at least 37 precincts with impossible turnouts.

56K votes processed in 8 minutes. Machines can only do 20K an hour. Data shows us red flags.

Antrim Co. votes switched and flipped. 6K vote switch in Antrim. Error rate 8.3 per 250K—limit is 1 per 250K

Why did it take a coalition of restaurant owners to get the restaurants back open?
Tyer is criminally incompetent if she closes things without a reopening plan.
All her data showed is that Yuki and her swingers club, portsmits that closed anyway, and the soldato’s were responsible for the “restaurant” Covid cases.
That Amuso and volastro were responsible for house party super spreaders (in more ways than one).
Tracing is supposed to get you back to the person, time, and place. If the tracing is good why’d she close all the restaurants?

Aside. So, the consultants Aecom I believe is the name, formally Metcalf and Eddy,if wrong I apologize, they tried and failed to hoodwink the City out of tens of ,millions many decades ago.

Now,they come back as another name, same outfit, and want to bilk our city out of mega millions again. They succeeded thanks to people like Donna Todd Rivers who didn’t have the moxie to vote for a review to another idea, and changed her vote at the meeting at Pittsfield High School. Subsequently she was given a job.

She didn’t and they got their mega facilities which I heard is failing in some aspects. Hopefully we can listen to the builder of the water plant and cut tens of millions more by listening to his proposal. Dan,you’ve always been very fair. Please get behind this. Don’t fix something that doesn’t need fixing.

Here is the whole hearing.

The only network covering all the sordid widespread/nationwide democrat voter fraud is Right Side Broadcasting.

This is whole 6 1/2 hours worth, including the film of the democrats pulling out , and counting, suitcases full of ballots after they sent all the poll watchers home. I assume the moonbat D-state Rep having her meltdown is in there someplace.

Let’s also not forget about Andrea dropping the ball on the Simon Rock “racial investigation.”

You know damn well if that incident was true, a black female was kidnapped and held against her will, by a couple of white guys, who happened to spray paint racial epithets just prior, Wrong Way would have had a field day.

The national press would have descended into the Berkshires, where Andrea would have had her face blasted across every news outlet in the country.

The problem, after countless hours of state police detectives (wasted tax dollars) combing over “evidence,” and other independent investigations, it turned out to be the same flaw our DA has, a lie (liar).

What did Wrong Way do? Nothing. The black female was never charged for filing a false police report. She wasn’t billed either by the DA’s Office for all the tax money frivolously wasted. I can only hope the college kicked her out, but I think that’s asking to much.

Can you please charge her Wrong Way? Being a minority doesn’t grant you immunity from prosecution, despite what Handgun Moon thinks. Handgun will even make up phony stories to stay “in the know.”

Beacon Hill passed Police Reform without a veto-proof majority this week (30-Nov – 4-Dec-2020). Instead of the Massachusetts State Legislature passing Police Reform, I believe they should instead pass “Massachusetts State Legislature Reform”. I live in southern New Hampshire, but I am in the Boston news media market. The Boston newsmen (& newswomen) say on TV that Beacon Hill has one of the most progressive state Legislatures in the nation, but it is also the most secretive, which means there is little to no transparency in Boston’s Statehouse.

State Senator Adam Hinds and State Representative Tricia Farley Bouvier are both on the public record saying they are going to vote to raise state taxes in Massachusetts in 2021. Yet, they are not offering to cut any of their own taxpayer-funded public perks. It is classic “do as I say, not as I do” case of career politicians wanting more money from the private sector without making even one single sacrifice of themselves in big government. Moreover, after over 5 months, they still have not passed a very late fiscal year 2021 state budget (1-Jul-2020 – 30-Jun-2021).

Wall Street is breaking records with all time highs in the top stock market indexes such as the Dow Jones, S&P 500, and Nasdaq. The billionaires are making huge profits. The billionaires have made over $1 trillion since the Covid-19 pandemic that was declared in March of 2020. Meanwhile, the “Have Nots” have lost big with massive job loss, health insurance loss, and falling behind on their mortgages or rent payments.

President-elect Joe Biden’s economic team favors Wall Street, while K Street lobbyists are already lining up to give the Democrat Party millions of corporate special interest dollars. Congressman Richie Neal is the most corporate K Street connected delegate on Capitol Hill. Western Massachusetts — along with other similar regions like it throughout the nation — doesn’t stand a chance against Boston and Washington, D.C.’s special interest big government politics.

In closing, our entrenched top federal leaders on Capitol Hill and the White House are all around 80-years-old, Beacon Hill’s state government leaders are openly pushing for state tax hikes in 2021 without offering even one single sacrifice to their own public perks, Wall Street and the billionaires has made over $1 trillion in profits since March (2020), K Street lobbyists are lining up to influence President Joe Biden’s administration, along with Congressman/PAC-man Richie Neal who is more than ready to collect millions more in special interest corporate dollars, while the little guys like you and me are going to pay for it all. To be clear, we don’t live in a real democracy anymore where the government serves We the People. Instead, we really live in a corrupt and rigged system that only serves the Oligarchs. It is an undemocratic, inequitable, and unfair system of big government at its worst thus far in U.S. History!
