PLANET VALENTI NEWS AND COMMENTARY

WARNING! THIS COLUMN IS SATIRIC IN NATURE. CARICATURES ARE NOT PORTRAITS. THEY ARE EXAGGERATIONS. THE PLANET IS OBLIGED TO INCLUDE TO LEST SOME OF THE MORE FRAGILE PERSONS MENTIONED FAIL TO ROUSE THEIR SENSE OF HUMOR. WE ARE ON THIS EARTH TO LIVE, LIGHTEN UP, LAUGH, AND LOVE. IN THE HONEST DEPTHS OF SELF AND SOUL, YA HAFTA ADMIT THERE’S LOTSA TRUTH TELLIN’ HERE.

(FORTRESS OF SOLITUDE, THE WEEKEND EDITION APRIL 8-10, 2022) — Whenever the press has referred to the author of THE PLANET, it almost always uses the adjective “controversial.” It’s a tired, inaccurate means of saying we dare to speak and own our words, which we never serve anonymously and certainly without claim to papal infallibility.

Our facts, indisputable. Our opinions, be our guest.

And it is with amusement that we observe the tumult that often ensues in the wake of our words. The readers of this board are among those who “get it.” Local politicians, though — having been pampered so long with a local media literally afraid to roil the scummy waters — have developed onion skins, wafer thin and ignorantly thick. Of course, that’s why THE PLANET stalks the face of the earth, eager to exchange our pen for a bludgeon.

Let us, therefore, present these brief impressions of the humorous “leaders” who continue to make life miserable for Mary Jane and Joe Kapanski. C’mon down, mayor, councilors, key administration members, and district attorney.

LINDA TYER: A mayor of no great distinction except for displaying what H.L. Mencken called “the American lust for the hideous,” the love of ugly for its own sake. How else do you explain the condition of roads, the trash, the encouragement for making Pittsfield a welcome spot for all manner of outside scum?

PETER MARCHETTI: The man who wants to be liked and loved. Afraid of his own shadow, which, rumor has it, actually attacked him with several beer mugs once under the lights at Wahconah Park . Seems content to serve as the mayor’s major enabler. Worst council president in Pittsfied’s “modern era.” Co-opted.

PETER WHITE: The city’s best-known food critic. Thinks people are actually interested in his brain-celled obsession for photographing the meals of his eating out. Mama’s boy and super-hero loving lad still waiting for the onset of puberty. Androgynous with a mix of dysphoric and a dash of eunuch might explain him.

EARL PERSIP: In case you didn’t hear him tell you, he’s (choose one) black, a Negro, a person of color, or Afro-American. Heck, he might be all four. Or none. Made famous by TDBPR: The Dumpster Behind Paul Rich, which has become one of Pittsfield’s main tourist traps. We can’t say the same for Equity Earl.

KAREN KALINOWSKI: If you can get by the face, which advertises a hint of Appalachian inbreeding, this new councilor is seeking an identity. Former cop status means she’s double-dipping on retirement bennies as well as council compensation. Stands at the plate thinking she’ll hit into a double play. Batter up.

KEN WARREN: The eternal candidate. Political philosophy is like the blind squirrel. Do it enough and occasionally you find a nut. An attorney by degree if not by trade, we still can’t get the image of him pumping gas at the East and Lyman filling station out of our mind. They say those pump fumes are dangerous.

CHARLES IVAR KRONICK: Besides looking like Peter O’Toole and talking like Jerry Lewis, he had the best lawn signs and boasts the most interesting moniker among the 11. Early work shows he might be aiming for Arlos status — if he can last that long. Are Tyer and Co. plotting his downfall? Strategy is all.

KEVIN SHERMAN: Council’s white bread. Will never raise an eyebrow idiotic administration policy such as e-scooters, Ricky’s Rumpus, and the waste of ARPA funds. Nicest guy you’ll ever meet. Served as juror when THE PLANET was foreman. Reasonable lad but insurance gig means he won’t push it.

JIM CONANT: The Barbarian dates back to the days of the Civic Authority sinking. Made it clear then he was and will forever be a Made Man in the Mob that runs the city. Knows how to tame a green and replace a divot, but that hasn’t translated into ward action. Loyal soldier gets fat share of Roadwork dollars. Tut.

PATRICK KAVEY: Cave-in Kavey. He earned the nickname by ducking the debate on the ARPA funds. Didn’t want to approve because of his insecurity in the ward and didn’t want to disapprove to risk the Wrath of Tyer, and The Suits. Exemplifies “the Curse of Potential.” Cave-in fits right in, left of progressive.

DINA LAMPIOSI: Miss Conflict of Interest 2022, triple dips as councilor, licensing boarder, and D.A. hatchet women. Serves Harrington strictly in a political capacity. Not well like by some in the office and not respected at all by court types. Handy with a tongue, we hear. Knows the spots and picks, hits them well.

ANTHONY MAFFUCCIO: Went from Two-Ton Tony to Twiggy Tony. Weight loss and masking has given him a haunted, not-to-be-here-long look. Makes you want to instinctively want to suck for oxygen or at least a bout of deep breathing. THE PLANET would pay admission to hear him pronounce “Barbalunga.”

ANDREA HARRINGTON: Has more nicknames than any D.A. in county history. THE PLANET‘s is the one that’s stuck: Wrong Way. Sums up the entirety of her first term. PR-addicted lightweight still finds areolic ballast outside the county. Courtship of mobbed-up Bostonians puts her on fast track. So she thinks.

DEANNA RUFFER: THE PLANET still thinks she’s actually John Evans, former keyboardist for Ian Anderson’s Jethro Tull. Gold digger of the public treasury. Thinks a map is a playpen. Has never been in a mouthwash ad. Handles public dollars like Monopoly money. THE PLANET says kick a buck.

RICARDO MORALES: Will get the role of “Pepino” when THE PLANET produces a 2022 remake of The Real McCoys. Co-creator along with Tyer of Ricky’s Rumpus, the smash hit game show that has claimed the life of more axel rods than an Encino junk yard. Admin keeps him insecure to keep him under control.

MATT KERWOOD: Kufflinks! As finance director, we hear tell that he loves the books so much he keeps a second and third set. Speak-wise, Kufflinks’ is the Wizard of Uhs. “I, uh, think, uh, that it’s, uh, prudent, uh …” Incapable of holding a job in Dreaded Private Sector. Numbers-shuffler in the numbers racket.

KRISTEN BEHNKE: Tex is so good at her job with school finances that she needs nine other women under her to handle the heavy load, even though we also have a city side business manager. Another six-figure faker, Tex loves to cry poor over the schools, which only take 75 cents of every Kapanski dollar.

JOE CURTIS: “Jumpin’ Joe” is the product of what happens when Pittsfield sets out on another “nationwide search” to fill a key public office. Groomed through the corrupt Pittsfield Public School system well enough to know that the $$$ lies in keeping your mouth shut, hearing nothing, and saying even less.

———- ooo ———-

Sorry we can’t get everybody in on the fun, but ’twill be interesting to see them gawking when we attend the next council meeting. Will THE PLANET be Chris Rock to “Their” Will Smith? Nah, they know it’s all done with love and affection. We leave you with a riddle: We are going to where the moon crosses the yellow dog.

So where are we going?

Have a great weekend, everybody.

Pittsfield politics is a sad caricature of a corrupt one political (Democratic) party group of provincial insiders who charge taxpayers top dollar for substandard municipal services and Level 5 public schools – the WORST of both worlds. Mayor Linda Tyer lives in a mansion valued at over $800,000 in Pittsfield’s only elitist Gated Community within a few feet of the border with Hancock, which is as far away from the Kapanski family as she can reside while still living in Pittsfield. She takes her marching orders from Godfather Jimmy Ruberto of Naples Florida, who still runs Pittsfield’s notorious Good Old Boy network that put Pittsfield and its distressed economy into the proverbial ditch. Pittsfield politics shuts out the people and taxpayers through strong-arm tactics, rule by fear and retribution. Ward 2 Charles Ivar Kronick speaks out about what is really happening in Pittsfield, and in return, he got shafted to the point of him having to write a letter to the Editor about Mayor Linda Tyer’s “Business as usual” failed leadership. Mayor Linda Tyer wants everyone to be her Rubber Stamp so that she can continue to pass record high municipal spending for pothole-filled streets, the city’s dangerous downtown’s violent crime, failing public schools, and so on. Moreover, Mayor Linda Tyer is sitting on tens of millions of dollars in Biden Bucks and Slush Funds, but she won’t allow for any transparency in her administration’s financial sausage making. Let us not forget about Pittsfield’s corrupt career politicians on Beacon Hill – Trippy Country Buffet and Chrome Dome Adam Hinds – who only do DISSERVICES to the people and taxpayers of Massachusetts. In closing, Pittsfield politics is a lost cause for the proverbial Mary Jane and Joe Kapanski, and boy don’t they know it from years/decades of being beaten down by the likes of Jimmy, Linda, Tricia, Kufflinks, and company.

I’d like to add Shirley “Sharpton” Edgerton
A political and social grifter, a social cancer, she never met a problem that she couldn’t add race to to try and make a few bucks or feign moral outrage.
The wind blew over her signs and she blamed the imaginary Berkshire Chapter of the KKK. All the while her family members actively participated in drug and gang crimes. One ultimately dying because of it.

Way to go Danny boy. Making personal comments about peoples appearance, weight, looks, race, gender, sexuality etc. You are nothing but a key board bully. Guess you got punked around a bit too much in your younger days. Suffer from little man syndrome much? You are nothing more then a failed blogger in Mayberry. Your followers are mostly failed Pittsfield Rubes still pissed off GE left town. Oh, and your poetry reminds me of Quinn scrapping his nails on the blackboard. But please, tell us how great you are. If what you write is true, then why is Pittsfield in the proverbial ditch with violent crime, welfare/disability caseloads, scarce living wage jobs, Level 5 public schools, nearly 24 years of the heavily indebted PEDA debacle, low voter turnout & civic apathy, excessively high municipal finances, secretive multimillion dollar slush funds, no transparency with the Mayor’s Biden Bucks, a distressed & dangerous downtown that is called “Social Services Alley” by day and “The Shooting Gallery” by night with the impoverished neighborhoods that surround North Street called “The Ring of Poverty”, severe economic inequality with Mayor Linda Tyer living in a mansion in an elitist Gated Community, state and local politicians who are totally disconnected from the proverbial Mary Jane & Joe Kapanski family, Beacon Hill lawmakers only doing DISSERVICES to the people and taxpayers they serve in name only, and decades of losses in population and living wage jobs due to the failed leadership of the corrupt career politicians who blame the late Jack Welch’s GE? I think that blogger Dan Valenti is right to call it like it is in Pittsfield politics!

Thumbs down? Snobs and philistines pollute this page! For creatures who do not appreciate a poem – you must start at the beginning.

I share a poem of my own, though not of my pen. The honor belongs to Frank. He was a fine person, great poet and painter and a horrible and immoral room mate who permitted sugar to congeal into the counter. He perished in the first chapter of the Post-Post Modern Revolution at the hands of an altogether unfit armed security guard at the MoMA in our Great Perturbation to correct the Constitution to allow for the reinstatement of the Medici Papal rule*. This is the first spilled blood in our great movement; his memory is a beacon for us soldiers. His proud epitaph:

Titian was mixing rose madder.
With his model posed on a ladder.
The position to Titian, suggested coition.
So, he put down that madder and hadder

* Lessons from the bush: never bring a sword to a gun fight.

I also wasn’t aware that Asimov wrote limericks until I saw at a book sale and out of curiosity, and because it was a first edition, I bought it. It’s raunchy curiosity. Years later, I found another book of raunchy limericks by Asimov. Another curiosity, I found at a church sale, is titled “BONERS – By Those Who Pulled Them” Illustrated by Dr. Seuss

Dan, you are not diverse enough, nor inclusive enough. Perhaps the new DIE director can assist you in becoming more Diverse, Inclusive, and Inequitable – you forget Dennis Powell, Raciss Extrordinaire, head of local NAACCP, and blamed the recent shooting of an armed man on racisssism, and is backing a community march past Shitty Hall, Police Station, and DA office, and marching for among other things, basic universal income for layabout.

JM, have you ever held a job long enough to pay thousands of dollars of payroll taxes to federal, state and social security? Have you ever owned a home where your real estate taxes and water and sewer taxes are increased constantly? Then after a hard worker pays these 4 different government agencies for years and basically receives nothing in return, these are the folks that should be complaining. Maybe you need to stop complaining about your past, your past that has enabled you to sit back, not work and spend your days and night writing letters. Most Americans in their life time have worked two maybe three jobs at once to make ends meet, and also paying taxes on these jobs. It makes me sick to my stomach and angry when people take a cop out at life and collect the freebies when they very well could be holding a job and paying their fair share of taxes.

Pittsfield politicians no longer care about sprucing up our city to bring in outsiders to live here. They have a ready population of illegal immigrants to bring here. The illegal immigrants think they are coming into a country that values freedom, but will soon find out that this government wants to indoctrinate your children with their sexual values and political agenda in order to create lots of political activists to win them lots of elections and keep them in power. The immigrants are coming from countries that have treated them poorly so they are used to this type of control, but our country has added a whole new level of control beginning with wanting the state to have the ultimate authority over your children.

In 2020 PPD Glen Decker’s annual wage was $205,429. In 2017 PPD Glen Decker’s annual wage was $230,193. In 2016 PPD Glen Decker’s annual wage was $212,065.

In 2020 PPD Marc Strout’s annual wage was $176,542.

In 2019 PPD James McIntyer’s annual wage was $171,920.
In 2017 PPD James McIntyer’s annual wage was $186,288.
In 2016 PPD James McIntyer’s annual wage was $186,938.

Maybe he made a split second mistake? The deceased had a knife, and then he didn’t. In the split second between the two, a terrible thing happened to two people in my understanding. But I do not know. Thank G-d the human condition is short.

BTW – it is hard for survivors to handle a murder, and hard for them to take in the avoidable. This talk does nothing for them

When was the last time you heard of a cop getting knifed. That’s a rhetorical question. So, I’ll help you. It was at least 10 years ago, and it was convicted off-duty PPD officer Michael McHugh. The story I heard was that McHugh was allegedly stabbed by an irate boyfriend because McHugh had gone to the Wilson Housing Project to engage in some sort of sordid affair with the irate boyfriend’s girlfriend. Not in dispute are the facts that married McHugh was off-duty, and was at the Wilson project in the late hours of the night, and he didn’t reside there.

I read a report of a cop who responded to a complaint about a knife wielding menace. He showed up, the thug separated the officer’s heart and lung killing him right then and there at the door. So. yes. I have heard of cops getting killed by knives in the service.

You?

Only one? Did the alleged knife wielding menace then cook the cop’s heart and lung up with Fava Beans and wash them down with a nice Chianti. Well, no matter, I don’t believe that BS anyways. However, I am willing to accept that you’re a bit confused. So, I refer you to the TRUE CRIME Story of the convicted NYPD’s Cannibal Cop, Gilberto Valle, who plotted to kidnap, rape, torture, murder, and cook up the lady bits of his victims and cannibalize more than 100 women. NYPD’s cannibal cop, Gilberto, illegally accessed the Federal National Crime Information Center database to hunt for his victims and their tasty lady bits.

You asked me the last time I heard of a cop getting knifed, and I give you a real example. You did not ask me to provide the knife or his bloody shirt.

Of course, you did ask a ‘rhetorical question,’ so clearly you just wanted to hear yourself talk. Shall we all gather our chairs around you to hear what you say next?

Don’t begrudge people earning as much money as they can, begrudge the politicians who won’t get rid of the law stating cops have to be at work sites. Other states use minimum wage workers as flagmen. Also if the city would hire 20 more cops overtime would disappear.

No, unfortunately most of us can’t afford beer anymore under the Xi Xiden regime. Gas prices, inflation, the southern border being a piñata of illegals, supply chain issues, leaving Americans behind in Afghanistan, Hillary and the DNC spying on a sitting president, Hillary, Xiden, Sotero, and the DNC, behind the “Russian hoax” and millions of tax payers money spent “investigating,” Iran and North Korea working on their nuclear arsenal, and on and on.

That’s what makes me puke in my beer.

Frustrating that we’ve still not heard from DIE about what the role of that office, if any, is going to be moving forward in terms of police and community relations.
Or is the real name of this office OB
Quiet?
Also, why are we not hearing from the Brien Center, the monolith mental health monopoly that is supposed to be providing the mh piece to our distressed community outside of business hours.
What are the hours the crisis workers are available to PPD and the community?
Are there 3 shifts available to cover around the clock crisis, and provide both our police and our community some relief? If not why not, because the money is available. If not, who decides which of the 24 hours are to be covered by crisis, and what is the evidence based data for that?
Dan, please look into how much money the Brien Center receives for each crisis intake.
I’ve heard that it’s upward of $500 but I cannot verify.
Also, why do they have so many employees, yet there are so many complaints in the community about the months to year long waiting lists in order to be seen just to do an intake let alone receive counseling?
Is Brien too diversified, wearing too many hats? That’s what I suspect, but also…follow the money.
How many of their employees are relatively recent grads, and new to this area, and how many of them are feeling bitchslapped by their lack of cultural competence in a company town, when they finally figure out that the company in this town is not the one for whom they work but City Hall?
This is your brain on Brien, and it ain’t pretty.

No, potholes are the Progressive’s cheap and nature made “speed bumps.” It’s a win/win for the environment.

Destroy your mode of transportation and become dependent on the government to get you around. Electric buses or the power of feet.

Remember, while Russia, China, Iran, and North Korea, build their military power, we need to focus on “climate change,” according to Iran’s honorary Ayatollah, John Kerry.

Ayatollah Kerry was spotted speaking to a group of reporters outside the London airport claiming “climate change” and “white supremacy” are our biggest domestic “threats” in the US, shortly before boarding his private jet on a flight to Australia for he and his immediate family to enjoy a two week vacation.

February 10, 2022 –
The understaffed overpaid under worked Pittsfield Police Department pocketed nearly $400,000 to allegedly address youth violence in the city.

PITTSFIELD AWARDED $396,000 GRANT TO ADDRESS YOUTH VIOLENCE

22-year-old Miquel Estrella, shot to death by the PPD like a rabid dog in the street was the poster child of the success stories of past grants to address youths at risk.

So, I expect that the PPD/chief wynn, will spend this $396,000 on an arsenal of new weapons of mass destruction in his quest to annihilate rabid dogs in the streets of Pittsfield. It certainly won’t save even one youth at risk, or anyone else, from deadly violence perpetrated by the trill killers of the PPD.

I’ll save the taxpayers $400k. Zero tolerance on crime and criminals and a tough as nails DA, who prosecutes to the fullest extent of the law.

Unfortunately, in Pittsfield, there is a weak leader at PPD. Mike Wynn is a nice guy, but a terrible police leader. Talk to the older men/women in PPD. Ask how long Mike actually spent working the streets and fighting crime. It wasn’t long at all. Tony Riello took care of Mike Wynn. If you listen to him, he’s a police expert. He knows a little bit of everything. Sure, maybe book and training wise he is. But when it comes to actual police work, when Wynn was coming up through the ranks, he was always in a training seminar or a training elsewhere, when the real officers were working the streets. You are witnessing the results.

Michael Wynn is not a nice guy. Even when he was a young boy, it was obvious. I will agree that Wynn, even from an early age, was cunning enough to know that the only place for him to hide was in plain sight, right behind a badge. It’s worked well for him. But make no mistake about it, Wynn wasn’t a nice boy, and he grew up to be not a nice guy. Just more treacherous in his naturally born Machiavellian ways. Wynn is skillful at manipulating and deceiving others into propping him up.

Only in Pittsfield could they change Palm Sunday to Miggy Sunday! So much for folks that normally celebrate Palm Sunday as a day of peace. Is Andrea and Linda going to lead this parade. Less than 4 months ago, residents of Pittsfield were told not to go to Park Square for the tree lighting. City is still having COVID cases, so what has changed?

Also, find it amazing that there has been no media press about Laquan Johnson murdering Stephan Curley earlier this week! MIggy has had constant press. Guess Mr. Curley’s life does not matter. Is this because DA Andrea screwed up a previous murder charge against Laquan and she also mess up another very dangerous charge against him? Is she trying to hide this murder? If she had done her job, Mr. Curley would still be alive.

The marchers that hate the PPD so much, next time you are in danger, don’t call the police if you despise them so much. Would love to see these police hater’s walk in a police officer’s shoes for one shift and see what they go through. YT Stephan Curley’s death at the hands of a gunslinging trill killer negro matters as much as YT Daniel Gillis’ death at the hands of the armed and dangerous trill killers of the PPD. Even the life and death of Jeric Black, a victim of black-on-black violence, doesn’t matter to the race hustlers. Jeric’s killer is a product of generational violence and criminal conduct. I actually believe Miquel probably didn’t have to die the night he was shot to death by an unnamed PPD cop. But I won’t be celebrating Miggy Sunday. As for your advice to cop haters, don’t call the cops, may I suggest that cops guilty of dereliction of duty also refuse to collect their unearned taxpayer funded paychecks.

Meghan Merohn is still missing in Lee, MA. Police are now saying she may never have entered the park at all since the last ping from her cell phone comes from a residential neighborhood across the street from the park. They say no foul play is suspected. How can they say that when she just disappears into a neighborhood? Did somebody take her into their home and she couldn’t escape? Was she going from house to house trying to get help from someone who was chasing her? Lots of strangers in that neighborhood because of current construction projects. It was an extremely cold blustery day not exactly the type of day for taking a hike or wandering around a strange neighborhood.

The police in this county are inept. The location and cell phone services in this area are pretty poor. In any area around here the “ping” on any phone can be off by feet to miles.

If you have an iphone it’s easy to test, drive from Pittsfield to Lee. Somewhere in Lenox you’ll lose service and your phone will show you miles away in Pittsfield.

She’s dead, it’s just a matter of finding the body and finding who did it. She could walk 2-3 mph, how far could she have gone?

In the 70s and 80s several young women went missing. Some of bodies were found, and none of those young women died from natural causes. Some have never been found. Many of the cases remain unsolved. Another unsolved murder is that of a 20-year-old Pittsfield young man, I would even call him a boy. Anthony went missing July 4, 2005. His brutally murdered remains were discovered 13 days later. I once read that the Anthony was last seen with a convicted sex offender who just happened to be the brother of an unscrupulous cop. And other family members, siblings, convicted child kidnappers/sex offenders, of the unscrupulous cop, have been tied to other suspicious deaths, including the drowning death of an 18-month-old boy in February 2000. The convicted sex offender/kidnapper was with the 18-month-old when he drowned in the bathtub, and the cops ruled his death accidental.

Yes! What better way to investigate a potential murder than to announce all your information, suspicions, and evidence to the general public? Why didn’t they think of doing that? True. Somebody was saying on her brother’s website that maybe her vehicle wouldn’t start and she decided to try to walk back to the Red Lion Inn. Hopefully she didn’t take a ride from anyone. There must be surveillance cameras somewhere down that road leading from the Red Lion Inn. It is heavily traveled, but on a Sunday morning, it might not be as busy.

Andrea Harrington should be arrested immediately along with this group of people testing illegal drugs. What legal authority do they have to have control of these drugs? You can arrest her at the march on Sunday. And it’s fentanyl, you moron, not “fentanawl”

Kudos to Mayor Jennifer Macksey of North Adams for stopping the cannabis grow center in order to protect the tax paying residents from the skunk smell. Yet VD(Vibrant & Dynamic) Linda does nothing for the Ward 2 taxpayers, she is just allowing the current grow facility to more than double in size with no regards to the taxpayers complaints. Of course, she and her hubby Bare Bare are rumored to be in on the Berkshire Roots.

Front page of the newspaper today is also an embarrassment to the City of Pittsfield. Rabbi Levi Volovik giving VD Linda a gift, while she is standing there dressed like a typical Pittsfield bum. She completely lacks an inkling of professionalism. A moo moo would have looked more professional. She gives working woman like myself a bad name!

Then we have Clarence Fanto’s puff piece on the new Lenox pot shop. “Our edibles increase focus.” Yeah, right. These snake oil salesman can say anything they want and sell smoked substances as healthy never mind the many studies on mj disastrous effects on mental health, learning and memory. With too many shops they have to grow their market or die and guess how they are going to do it? Putting out misinformation like that. Well done Berkshire Eagle.

Mayor Linda Tyer is wrong to let Pittsfield’s Pot King “Luciforo” to continue to stink up residential neighborhoods with skunk-odor marijuana smells behind his Dalton Avenue pot growing buildings. My own negative personal and political experiences with Nuciforo leads me to believe that Nuciforo gets away with doing anything the Hell he wants to do in both Pittsfield and Boston.

Do mayors like to receive gifts? Do people who want favors tend to give gifts? Has it ever happened in Pittsfield? Do people who give gifts ever get tax breaks or get building permits much easier than reglar folk? And just what is a kickback? What an odd word that one is.

April 9, 2022

Hello Erin Leahy at Act on Mass,

I always look forward to reading your political emails about Beacon Hill politics. Thank you for sending me the Saturday Scoop political email….My responses to your political email are that all of the eligible people have a legal right to vote in elections, and it is downright wrong for the State House of Representatives to take away – in part or in whole – that fundamental right to participate in democracy; moreover, the State House of Representatives should ensure that the hundreds of thousands of minority voters will no be disenfranchised of their right to vote in elections by supporting SDR instead of blocking SDR; the corrupt career politicians on Beacon Hill should allow their staffers to unionize, and the state lawmakers should so-called “work” more than three days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday) for only a few hours each day, and they should not be taking 5 months off of so-called “work” from August through December of 2022, while being paid their 6-figure public pay and perks for doing nothing but mostly being rubber stamps for Speaker Ronny Mariano and Senate President Karen Spilka; the competing Climate Change bills should not be costing state taxpayers $250 million that would hurt the state’s struggling working class more than any other demographic group; moreover, energy prices in Massachusetts are already higher than most other states, but the corrupt career politicians in Boston will probably make it even more economically and financially painful for the struggling working class families, Governor Charlie Baker’s alleged and criticized inaction on criminal justice reforms shows – once again – that he is all about the Almighty Dollar instead of investing in the actual people who live in Massachusetts; and lastly, I believe that the do nothing Beacon Hill lawmakers are very wrong to always block transparency rules reform measures in state government, and that your organization’s ballot initiative to instruct the useless State Representatives to make their committee votes public is a worthy cause.

Best wishes,

Jonathan A. Melle

More and more I miss the Allendale sinking ship! It always gave me the visual for where Pittsfield was heading. It would have been great art to paint all of Pittsfield’s so called leaders over the past 60 years on the hull so everyone could see who lead us here. I would love to add some caricatures of my own but it’s too painful and my eyes get to watering asking myself why I continue to live in the Pitts. Hopefully all the voters will get a clue this year and vote out all incumbents, but unfortunately everyone knows that won’t happen, to many sheep drinking the kool aide for to many years. Facts don’t matter and neither does logic

Another only in Pittsfield! Just saw the 2022 4th of July fund raiser poster. Very nice until you read the words. “Back With A Bang! ” How significant since Pittsfield now features gun fire almost every day and citizens are fearful. Too bad, as the picture is very well done and cheerful. Since Pee Pee Petie and Food Critic Petie head the Parade Committee it really shows their mind set about the state of the City. The simple words “Were Back” would have been more significant!

The “bang” also means the endless days of neighborhood fireworks to harass the public and make everyone dread the 4th of July, except in the wealthy neighborhoods where there is peace and quiet on the 4th of July. The traditions and culture only change for we the serfs. The elites continue to enjoy the traditional 4th of July where fireworks aren’t used like weapons in their wealthy neighborhoods.

I just found a flyer for Miguel Estrada’s march today. It’s a fun filled day for POC:

After the march is over, if you elect to be interviewed by WAMC’s Josh Landes for the story, you will receive a free oil change for your vehicle. Josh will allow you to use his greasy hair as a substitute for oil. Josh will then personally clean every POC’s feet with his bare hands, as a symbolic gesture of his disgust for being a YT.

*Your vehicle must be older than 2010 to enjoy this great benefit. Only YT’s drive newer vehicles than 2010.

After your oil change, grab some prune (prison made alcohol) and sit back and relax. Helen “Handgun” Moon will hold a discussion about how she, being a POC, barely escaped death, at the hands of two of Boston’s finest. Both officers were YT’s and opened fired on Helen, simply for being an POC. Helen was then jailed for a few days.

After Helen, grab another brown paper bag and a another cup of prune, and listen to Shirley Edgerton tell the crowd, how she has bilked gullible YT’s into a do nothing job, with a great salary and benefits. Shirley will further talk about using her POC abilities, which allows her to access information at DA Wrong Way’s Office, that any routine background check, would have advised to keep Shirley FAR away from that type of information. This access to the chief law enforcement officer in the Berkshires, despite a few of Shirley’s fam going to prison for drugs and violence throughout Pittsfield.

The Berkshire’s own NAACP chief, Dennis Powell, will explain to the crowd, that YT didn’t teach POC how to manage money. This being the reason leaders of BLM are pilfering the profits for million dollar mansions. They simply didn’t know. YT didn’t teach them.

DA Wrong Way will end the festivities by wearing her infamous red shirt she wore when former state auditor Suzanne Bump visited her office. Once the cameras are rolling and DA Wrong Way is “ready,” the younger kids will try and toss rings around DA Wrong Way’s hardened nipples, in a fun, filled, kids game, that newly appointed SC Justice, Kentanji Brown Jackson, not only enjoys, but highly recommends for children.

An absolute fun filled day. So grab some prune and enjoy.

The full progressive left in this country are easily identified…..because they are the ones always screaming racism. What they use the name racist for nowadays is basically giving them the green light to Riot…Burn…Murder…and commit crimes(BLM-Antifa). They hide behind the racism card and know full well they can commit crimes all in the name of “fighting racism” and not be prosecuted because they pretend to be “down for the cause” They have been exposed and people are waking up to their BS.

Yep, take a look at the two POC woman Helen “Handgun” Moon supports in MA.

Boston Mayor Michelle Wu-han. Who personally knows “white problems.” Much the same I’m sure, as when I know “Asian problems,” when I get pork fried rice instead of chicken fried rice.

Sandra Diaz-Chiang-Torres-Hernandez-Alvarez-Martinez, who touts “universal” healthcare and child care. Of course Mrs Alphabet-Soup, never explains how she’ll pay for it. We all know “universal” means another punishing tax on the working class.

Both are full fledged “progressives.” The proof is in the pudding of progressive led cities: violent, dirty, sh!t holes.

Can you confirm rumors that linda and her 3 a.m. night crawler plan to attend dressed as Gollywogs and will be selling $50 red plastic cups of 1970s Vintage Night Train and Ripple from their own wine cellar at their Pheasant Way McMansion? All proceeds will go right into their own pockets. So, buy several, as it’s for a good cause. Also, do you know if SWAT members have been called in to crash the party so they can all collect OT.

Somebody was having sex in public at Meth bar last night. There were two videos on Facebook of it “going down”. Tiki quickly asked for them to be removed. I guess sex and dancing are ok at Meth Bar. I wondered why they put opaque film over all the windows there.

Ricky Rumpass was at it again. Going to church late this morning I was driving around the bend in Elm St right before the bridge when out of the corner of my eyeI see a kid on a motorized scooter jumping off the sidewalk and looking like they were coming right at my car. Of course they weren’t following any of the rules of the road. Well I reacted by going wide even though a car was pulling out of Deming St trying to avoid a pothole coming into my lane. How everyone missed one another I don’t know but I made sure to say some extra prayers

Ricky’s Rumpus is a real life 1980’s type video game. The game “Paperboy” comes to mind. While delivering the papers, you had to steer around potholes, traffic, kids skateboarding, and drunks staggering, otherwise your bike got damaged and you lost a life. It’s just like our vibrant, dynamic, and inclusive city.

Except in Ricky’s Rumpus, you lose more than a quarter.

Good old grant money!!
