BATORY’s PETITION: THE SOCHOL COMMITTEE’s FIRST TEST … THE ICE KILLING … PLUS or MINUS IN VENEZUELA?

PLANET VALENTI NEWS AND COMMENTARY

(FORTRESS OF SOLITUDE, THE WEEKEND EDITION, JAN. 9-11, 2026) — Ciara Batory, new member of the Bitchfield Sochol Committee, filed a petition during the board’s first meeting. Yeah, she got out of the gates fast.

Anticipating the move and desperately trying to keep the lid on a massive school scandal that the (cough, cough) “independent” report dismissed, Mayor Lumpy and cohorts made sure to head it off at the pass. These Rough Riders did it through The Fix, a time-honored political practice by those in power to stab their perceived enemies in the back. They “elected” Lumpy at board president.

THE PLANET doesn’t need Carnac — the Great, Mystic Soothsayer from the East — to report right now that Batory’s petition has as much chance as a fudgesicle in the inner realms of Hades.

THE PLANET shares the full text of a press release she issued on the day of her swearing in for office. Naturally, all of the local media ignored it. We present it as an exclusive:

———- ooo ———-

PITTSFIELD, MA — January 5, 2026 — Moments after being officially sworn in as a member of the Pittsfield School Committee, Ciara E. Batory formally submitted a written motion requesting the public release of the Pittsfield High School investigation report in redacted form, marking her first official action in office.
The investigation, which was funded with public dollars, has been the subject of significant public concern and debate. Batory’s motion calls for the report to be released in compliance with Massachusetts Public Records Law, with appropriate redactions to protect student privacy and legally protected information.
“This was about setting the tone from day one,” Batory said. “Transparency is not a campaign slogan it is a governing principle. When an investigation is paid for by taxpayers and involves serious matters affecting a school community, the public deserves more than a summary.”
Batory emphasized that the request is not punitive, but corrective.
“This motion is not about blame,” she said. “It’s about honesty, accountability, and restoring trust between the district and the families it serves. Redacted disclosure is lawful, appropriate, and necessary if we expect the community to move forward.”
The motion requests that the administration prepare a redacted version of the report suitable for public release and provide a clear timeline for disclosure.
Batory was elected on a platform centered on transparency, fiscal responsibility, and student safety. Her immediate submission of the motion signals a commitment to addressing longstanding community concerns and prioritizing public trust from the outset of her term.
“Trust isn’t rebuilt with silence,” Batory said. “It’s rebuilt with facts.”

*****

Even now, The Two Petes + Earl (TP+E) are planning lessons for the newbie Batory in how The Machine in the county seat works. If local history is precedent, she’s going to be tested, bested, then rested. And already, less than a week into the new term, there have been more illegal meetings than grains of sand rattling around in Kenny Warren’s noggin.

———- ooo ———-

JUSTIFIED KILLING OR NOT?

The fatal shooting in Minnesota by an ICE officer has caused a firestorm of debate: Was it a justified shooting or homicide?  A study of the two different angels of film shows that the driver, Renee Good, 37, of Minneapolis, started to pull her Honda Pilot SUV into an intersection to restrict ICE traffic in the neighborhood. That’s a familiar tactic of anti-ICEers.

An ICE vehicle pulls up to block her left turn. Two officers from the ICE vehicle walk toward Good’s SUV. One of them leans into the driver’s side window and places his hand on the door opener. Meanwhile, a third officer stands ahead of the vehicle to prevent a right turn onto the street for a getaway.

Good then straightens her wheels and floors it, as you can see from the right left tire, which spins for a second or two. The vehicle gains traction and heads straight into the officer in front. He quickly angles to his right while drawing his service revolver from the right-hip holster. The car grazes him as the officer pumps three shots into the vehicle, which then continues at speed into two parked car on the other side of the street, perhaps 125 feet away. Clearly, if he hadn’t moved, he would have been run over.

THE PLANET judges this justified action by law enforcement. The woman asked for it asking for,  and she got it. She’s now on ICE.

———- ooo ———-

(+) or (-) ON VENEZUELA?

As Nicolas Maduro counts “How many Bottles of Beer on the Wall” at the Metro Detention Center in Brooklyn, a rat’s-nest hoosegow in Brooklyn, THE PLANET continues to debate the plusses and minuses of President Donald Trump’s audacious kidnapping of a foreign head of state. From what we know now, the balance comes out on the + side.

This coup, and that’s what it was, plucked a despot tapped in a fraudulent election who, following the actions of his predecessor, took what was the most successful country in South America and turned it into a third-world hell hole, all for personal enrichment. Trump’s actions at least give the country a chance again.

There’s no guarantee. Maybe it ends up like Libya or Afghanistan. If that happens, Trump will bear the blame. It could also be the first step in the restoration of prosperity, free resources, and stability. Today’s assessments shouldn’t become judgments until the dust settles and we see what Venezuelans want for their own country.

Have a great weekend, everybody.

Ciara Batory is a Super Citizen and brave School Committee Member. She is right to file her petition on January 14th, 2026, to release the taxpayer-funded legal report on Pittsfield’s school scandals. The parents have every right to know what happened at the schools that their children attend.

Ken Warren is actually a critic of Pittsfield politics’ excessive spending of “Kapanski Ka$h”. The 2-Pete’s and Earl Persip are all BIG spenders of it. My beef is that it is NOT about the diminishing municipal services, nor the Level 5 (failed) public education system, but rather, it is about the corrupt political insiders enriching their millionaire campaign donors at the cost of common taxpayers.

The Swamp has severely cut federal funding, which will result in deep cuts in state aid dollars to Pittsfield. The commercial tax rate in Pittsfield is at its cap (highest level). In fact, Pittsfield has one of the highest commercial tax rates in Massachusetts.

The residential property tax rate, along with city fees, is the only place left for the Mayor and City Council to raise new revenues outside of borrowing money. But most of Pittsfield’s residential property taxpayers are older people who are on fixed incomes who cannot afford it.

Kufflinks is only able to cook the books to a point before they will burn in Luciforo’s future forever home (Hell). Pittsfield taxpayers cannot keep paying for secretive legal reports, NDA’s to former school staff members, lucrative pot permits settlements to the likes of the aforementioned marijuana millionaire, the planned Wahconah Park boondoggle, and so on.

Take that as you will maga. Just keep in mind that you are also in that lake as you watch trump continue to light matches to test the volatility.

Sir Chaz, let’s be honest — you don’t intimidate anyone. You irritate. There’s a difference.

Manhood?
Real men produce results. You produced delays, objections, and eye-rolls. Your entire public record is you grinding meetings to a halt so you could feel important for five minutes. That’s not strength. That’s impotence with parliamentary procedure. Where’s your wife? Your children? Where’s your genetic contribution to the planet, Sir? If you are not using your manhood as intended- are you really a man?

Intelligence?
Your contribution to discourse is “that explains you.” That’s not wit — that’s what people say when they can’t think fast enough to engage. When ideas get bigger than cable news chyrons, you panic and yell “CCP” like a toddler pointing at a vacuum cleaner.

Accomplishments?
One term. One and done. Incapable. Remembered not for leadership, vision, or outcomes — but for being that guy. The guy who stalled budgets, annoyed colleagues, and mistook obstruction for courage. You weren’t principled. You were predictable. And useless.

You didn’t challenge power.
You didn’t shape policy.
You didn’t leave a mark.

You sat in a chair briefly, made noise, and then disappeared — except for these sad little comment sections where you try to relive relevance by sneering at people who actually think.

So no, this doesn’t “explain” anyone else.
It exposes you.

A small, brittle man who never accomplished anything meaningful and now lashes out at ideas because he couldn’t leave behind a legacy.

History didn’t cancel you.
It shrugged and laughed.

I agree that the driver killed by ICE intentionally hit the officer. You can see that he is pushed to the side violently and is limping afterwards. The people in the crowd who are protesting the death are a strange group. One women was interviewed yesterday and said she knew about all of the corruption in Minnesota and she said it had been going on for years like she didn’t care, but her concern was ICE and wanting them gone. Is she getting benefits from this corrupt government so she looks the other way or do people just accept the corruption because it is Democrat corruption and only Republican policies like getting rid of criminals is making them angry? Would they feel that way if there was a terrorist attack in their city?

I agree. Calling the cops “Big Boy” and taunting them every second shows their hatred not only for law enforcement, but for men. New video today shows her parking her big SUV in the middle of the road and laying on the horn so nobody can get past her. She should have got out of her vehicle when told to do so. Instead she chose to try to run over the officer. She gunned the vehicle. Her wife was trying to get in the vehicle at the same time, but she ignored the wife in her effort to hit the officer.

We wouldn’t need ICE in our cities if Biden and Harris didn’t have wide open borders. If any of these Democrats get in office, the borders will again be wide open. They will tear down walls and do whatever it takes to overwhelm the country with illegal immigrants. The Democrats do not want law and order. If they wanted law and order they would care about who they allow to enter the country.

️ Ms. Yon Joins the School Committee

In a creaky old house at the edge of the night,
Lived Ms. Yon, the Crypt Keeper’s wife—quite a sight.
Her hair had more cobwebs than most haunted halls,
And her laugh made the PTA hide in the stalls.

One Tuesday at dawn, with a thunderous boom,
A letter arrived in a puff of green fume.
“Dear Ms. Yon,” it proclaimed with official decree,
“You’ve been elected to serve on the school committee!”

She shrieked with delight—well, more like a roar—
That rattled the windows and shook the décor.
“I’ll bring fresh ideas!” she said with a grin,
“Like recess at midnight—let the moonlight begin!”

She proposed slime-based lunches (nutritionally vague),
And a field trip to tour the old family plague.
She suggested new textbooks bound in faux skin—
The board didn’t love it, but they let her begin.

Yet somehow the students adored her the most,
For her ghost-story math and her spectral French toast.
And though she was spooky, she meant only good—
Just a ghoul doing her best for the neighborhood.

So now every meeting ends with a cheer,
As Ms. Yon calls roll with her voice full of fear:
“Present or absent, alive or undead—
Either way, kids, make sure you’re in bed!”

I wanted to add this post I found on X to shut down the democRAT and MSM bull$hit narrative that Renee Good was just “dropping her kid off at school.”

No, she wasn’t. She worked to document and resist ICE.

From the post:

“Good reportedly moved to Minneapolis last year and quickly connected with anti-ICE activists through her son’s charter school.

The charter school says it puts “social justice first” and “involving kids in political and social activism,” according to the Post.

“She was a warrior. She died doing what was right,” a parent whose child goes to the school told the outlet.

“[Good] was trained against these ICE agents, what to do, what not to do, it’s a very thorough training… To listen to commands, to know your rights, to whistle when you see an ICE agent,” the parent ‘Leesa’ said.”

Collin Rugg on X: “JUST IN: Renee Nicole Good was a Minneapolis “ICE Watch” “warrior” who “trained” to resist feds, according to the New York Post. The Post reports that Good worked to “document and resist” ICE in Minnesota. Good reportedly moved to Minneapolis last year and quickly connected https://t.co/EQItwMuxNx” / X

I’ll be the first parent to say it. Renee Good was a sh!tty parent and got what she deserved.

She should have been caring for her child, but instead she chose risking her life to fight for illegal aliens over her child’s thoughts and wellbeing. I certainly wouldn’t call her a “warrior.” Maybe an a$$hole, but not a “warrior.”

This sentence tells you all you need to know about what democRATS have done to the educational system in this country:

The charter school says it puts “social justice first” and “involving kids in political and social activism,” according to the Post.

Reading, writing, and arithmetic be damned. Learning to be a democRAT activist is much more important.

The Bitchfield Pubic Scohols were never poorly performing, level 5 schools, when I attended back in the day.

I wonder what changed………

Well besides the fact that the principals didn’t deal drugs, and they kept their panties on and didn’t share pictures of their “Sheppard’s Pie” with their students.

Hello blogger Dan Valenti,

Charles Ivar Kronick was an outspoken critic of Pittsfield politics, especially the city’s excessive spending that cost common taxpayers a lot of money for the benefit of the few millionaire backers of the provincial political insiders who practice RETRIBUTION to suppress dissenting voices.

Chris Connell did the same as above. While Kronick represented Pittsfield’s poorest Ward 2, Connell previously represented its wealthiest Ward 4 during their respective terms on the Pittsfield City Council.

The economic extremes of Ward 2 and Ward 4 actually translates into “the Worst of both Worlds” for both Wards because Ward 2 (distressed) receives the least amount of municipal services, while Ward 4 (middle-class homes) pays excessively BIG taxes and fees to City Hall.

In 2026, Ward 1 Pittsfield City Councilor Ken Warren is a critic of the 2-Pete’s and 1 Earl’s BIG spending. While the newly sworn-in School Committee Member Ciara Batory is a critic of the Pittsfield Public School District’s secrecy; Sarcasm: It’s “SYNTHETIC”.

I, myself, have long written and blogged – “Luciforo” – about Pittsfield politics, and the abuses I endured in my native hometown (Pittsfield) at the hands of my Enemy #1, millionaire Andrea Francesco Nuciforo Junior and his mean-spirited network of bullies since the Spring 1996 – close to the past 30 years of my adult life that now in early-2026 is very close to 50.5 years of age.

In return, people give me many red colored thumbs downs, write that I am full of hate, and Pittsfield’s establishment daily newspaper, The Berkshire Eagle, blacklisted me from publishing my letters for over the past 2 decades.

Blogger Dan Valenti is the voice of the little guy – the fictional Kapanski’s – in Pittsfield, Massachusetts, and beyond. He knows Pittsfield politics more than anyone else. The 2-Pete’s and 1 Earl refuse to speak with him. That tells all of us everything we need to know about “the 3 Pittsfield political CLOWNS”.

Bad idea to bury her on her inaugural day.

What’s so bad about one and done? Would 11terms of Arlos been magic? If eleven is unnecessary, what’s a good number? Sometimes one is all you get – ask Adams.

Would Connell or Morandi break their grip with just one more run?

What matters is people keep coming forward, and newer ones are needed as the old become formed and predictable.

Just like we mentioned in yesterdays post, they are going to do everything they can to thwart her efforts to release anything about that coverup, err, I mean report.

She should read and digest that report page for page. I’d take notes and photograph key sections I’d want the public to know. And like Ciara said, keeping the juveniles names redacted for their protection.

Allison “Sheppard’s Pie” Sheppard, deserves no such courtesy.

Let’s all keep in mind too. This “report” was written by two retired judges who have very little investigative experience dealing with this type of issue and juveniles.

Plus, the two judges all but admitted they talked to next to nobody, as far as victims or witnesses are concerned with this case. A majority of their expense seemed to be “travel time,” if memory serves me correctly.

Dear Ciara E. Batory,

We hope that your voice of reason will be heard by all on Wednesday’s School Committee meeting.

The parents have every right to know what happened at the school that they send their children to in Pittsfield, Massachusetts.

I hope that the School Committee will change things for the better in 2026. Taxpayers pay a majority of their local tax bill to the Pittsfield public school district with the worst results, such as the ALWAYS Level 5 (failed) rating, the high non-attendance and high truancy levels, around 650 to 700 children per academic year who choice out to neighboring school districts, and so on.

I did NOT like it that then School Committee leader Dr. Bill Cameron called blogger Dan Valenti “SYNTHETIC”. Nor did I like it when he went back on his word for transparency in the taxpayer-funded legal report on the alleged school scandals at Pittsfield High School (PHS).

I did NOT like it that then School Committee member Sara Hathaway mockingly laughed at a young woman PHS student when she publicly said to her, You kids with your anxieties.

No wonder why Sara “Shoe-Gum” lost her bid to pad her public pension when she finished in 5th place in the 2025 Pittsfield City Council election. The Pittsfield voters rejected the failed one-term former Mayor (2002 – 2003) turned School Teacher.

This is the same Sara Hathaway that sued Pittsfield one decade earlier and walked away with an undisclosed financial settlement from her sex and age discrimination lawsuit that she filed with several other then middle-aged woman Pittsfield teachers whose employment was terminated but then reinstated.

Of course, I/we are sorry to her/their loss, unlike….

Sara Hathaway mocked, laughed at, and made derisive comments towards a young woman in 2025, but in 2015, she took her own case seriously enough to receive an undisclosed financial settlement from Pittsfield. What a DOUBLE STANDARD!

Pittsfield politics is run by political CLOWNS!

Ciara Batory is a good elected official in Pittsfield who will have to deal with the CIRCUS-like city government. We all appreciate you!

Best regards,

Jon Melle

I found this post on X and immediately thought of Vendetta ChatGPT and other left-loon women like her.

Woke liberal women:

• Turns sons into daughters.
• Hates masculinity.
• Rejects God.
• Worships self.
• Destroys family.
• Plays victim.
• Demands provision.
• Rejects authority.
• Claims superiority over men.
• Pushes trans ideology on kids.
• Treats men as threats.
• Trades family for ideology.
• Creates chaos then cries oppression.
• Expects marriage perks without commitment.
• Demands male protection while demonizing male strength.
• Celebrates “empowerment” but resents male leadership and provision.

What else?

Ah yes. The List™.
The internet’s favorite pastime: inventing a cartoon villain, labeling her “woke liberal woman,” and then arguing loudly with the character you just made up in your own head.

Let’s translate this post into plain English:

• “Turns sons into daughters” = I do not understand biology, psychology, or consent.
• “Hates masculinity” = I confuse accountability with oppression.
• “Rejects God” = My faith is so fragile it needs government enforcement.
• “Worships self” = Women having autonomy makes me itchy.
• “Destroys family” = I think families only count if they look like a 1950s brochure.
• “Plays victim” = I don’t like when women name harm instead of absorbing it quietly.
• “Demands provision” = I want obedience without responsibility.
• “Rejects authority” = She didn’t automatically submit to me.
• “Claims superiority over men” = Equality feels like oppression when you’re used to hierarchy.
• “Pushes trans ideology” = I am scared of people who exist without my permission.
• “Treats men as threats” = Some men behave threateningly and this offends me personally.
• “Trades family for ideology” = I believe women owe me unpaid emotional labor.
• “Creates chaos then cries oppression” = I caused chaos and now resent being named in it.
• “Expects marriage perks without commitment” = I want a maid, therapist, and sex doll with no vows on my end.
• “Demands male protection while demonizing male strength” = I confuse dominance with strength.
• “Celebrates empowerment but resents leadership” = She won’t accept unearned authority.

What else?

• Refuses to be controlled by fear.
• Reads.
• Votes.
• Has boundaries.
• Teaches children critical thinking instead of blind obedience.
• Understands masculinity can exist without cruelty.
• Knows strength doesn’t require submission from others.
• Terrifies insecure men by existing confidently.

This isn’t a critique.
It’s a tantrum dressed up as a manifesto.

You’re not describing women.
You’re confessing what you lose when women stop needing you.
Weak men fear strong women.

I commend Batory for doing this. Dan, who actually got to read the report? Did the school committee members and the mayor? And can new members read it?

January 11, 2026

Hello blogger Dan Valenti,

I hope that there will be plenty of citizens who will speak at the open mic portion of Wednesday’s School Committee meeting.

Should Mayor Peter Marchetti really be the Chairman of the School Committee?

He is negatively named in Victoria May’s federal case.

After the recent school scandals, and Wednesday’s upcoming debate and vote to release the taxpayer-funded report, I hope that someone will say to the sitting Mayor of Pittsfield (Massachusetts):

“Enough is enough. You, Chairman Peter Marchetti, are facing serious allegations by Victoria May in her upcoming federal trial. Why do you want to put the controversial school scandals through another round of community trauma as the Chairman of the School Committee?”.

Then there is City Councilor President Earl Persip, who would take over the Mayor’s Office if Mayor Peter Marchetti has to resign in DISGRACE due to Victoria May’s upcoming federal trial.

How would the would-be Mayor Earl Persip handle the aftermath of Mayor Peter Marchetti’s own statements that he purposefully threw the city into chaos with his “War against the underclass” residents of Pittsfield with his punitive proposals against panhandlers and the homeless?

What the HELL is going to happen in Pittsfield politics in 2026?

Wednesday’s School Committee will be one for the ages in the sad history of Pittsfield politics!

Best wishes,

Jon Melle

You must be the JUDGE, the JURY, and the EXECUTIONER all in one BUFFOON!

How the Hell do you know that to make such a political statement about a tragic loss of life on a 37-year-old woman?

Political violence by the far left, far right, law enforcement, and so on, is wrong in many cases.

I believe that both sides have important things to say about this recent event. It is NOT a black and white matter. I hope for Due Process of LAW here.

Moral relativity.

Common Sense defines a common Morality (Golden Rule) and allows for self defense. Moral relativity argues you cannot challenge outrageous and immoral behavior of somepne else who professes their own ‘morality’ such as taking an officers life is “ok” because social justice says so.

By the Golden Rule, were I to do what Ms Good did, I would not argue the officer was immoral.

You statement fails. Philosophically weak, and a lawyer would never float that one in defense for other reasons too.

Mr Kirk was not committing a federal felony , nor trying to run down a LE officer.

It and it’s Wife/Husband should have been arrested hours before when they started on their morning of domestic terrorism.

Wonder why Mayor Lumpy was not present at Police Chief Dawley’s retirement gathering. The pictures show Mayor Lumpy’s assistant Catherine handing Dawley his retirement certificate. Was Dawley forced out or is Dawley leaving because he can’t run the department the way he wanted to Have heard rumblings of the latter.

Dan,the murdered mom never straightened her wheel,in fact the wheel was turned to the right showing her intent was to leave as requested. The agent representing Trumps secret enforcers was trigger happy and shot her 3 times in the side of her brain going by him. Why would you lie reporting this. The cult got you too?

Was she really leaving when her wife was standing outside the vehicle trying to get in? That makes no sense. No, she was taking the opportunity to hit the officer. She wouldn’t have taken off and left her wife standing in the middle of the road. She wouldn’t have left her wife to be arrested though she and her wife should have been arrested for all of their harassment toward the ICE officers, but she gunned the vehicle and tried to kill the ICE officer or seriously injure him.

Cars are often used as weapons and the officer was rushed.

FAFO.

Already committed federal felonies and was in the process of being detained.

She/It chose to gun her car while a LE officer was in front of it.

She got the Darwin award!

The last I heard the Democrats were terrified of Putin, but now they don’t care if Putin or China takes control of Greenland. The Chinese and Russian warships are all around Greenland and every American should see the common sense of why we need control of Greenland. Russia would love nothing better than to use Greenland to launch attacks against our country. President Trump is all about protecting our country and Americans should appreciate his concern.

I wonder if all we need is a 1000 year lease, with first refusal for purchasing.
