BLOW JOB: LICENSING BOARD BLOWS IT ON BEI TEMPI RULING … AN ACT OF POLITICS, NOT POLICY

THE PLANET speaks of the Bitchfield Licensing Board’s five-day suspension of Bei Tempi’s (the former Crossroads) liquor license. The bar will go dry beginning July 6.
The board blew it. Yeah, it’s a blow job. The decision is soooo Lumpyville, mainly because it leaves the city wide open for a lawsuit. The board took action because THEY THINK the joint served one under aged girl. They don’t know! Amazing. The only explanation that makes sense is that this is a political hit job ordered from above, most likely.
Double dipper Kathy Amuso, who should have aged out of the public’s hair long ago, said this: “And can we say for sure they were [serving a minor]? No.”
They can’t say for sure.
Bored member Jon Lifvergen, who apparently has nothing better to do with his evenings than to harass a small, local business, said Bai Tempi “more likely than not” broke the law.” Why does he believe that? He tells us: “I just think it’s conventional wisdom. … It’s conceivable. It’s possible …”
Right, Lifver.
It’s also “conceivable” that aliens have a base deep under the lunar surface, and it’s possible for a pitcher to throw 200 innings without giving up a run or a hit. Not likely, though.

For the sake of argument, though, allow THE PLANET to admit that it’s “conceivable” and “possible” that the bar served one of two 17-year-olds. Even if that happened, we point out:
- If board members did their homework, you would know that the establishment does a rigorous job of verifying ages.
- No system is foolproof.
- The complaint came from one mother, who complained essentially that the bar and not she as the parent of a 17-year-old girl should be responsible for the child’s actions. This same “mom” made the same complaint, and it put the former Poncho’s at 152 North St. out of business. Looks like for whatever reason “mom’s” little sweetheart has a taste for booze. Wonder why? Might the answer be the root cause here?
The most egregious aspect of the board’s hearing is that video footage fails to confirm the allegations. In other words, the board imposed a heavy financial penalty on a small business that can’t afford such harassment, despite the fact that the board can’t prove what they assert. That’s a lawsuit begging to be filed.
When asked what the board’s legal exposure is now that they have taken this action, THE PLANET‘s legal expert responded: “They’re wide open.”

This is the favorite brew of the city licensing board.
It’s also interesting that when you go to Bitchfield’s official website at pittsfieldma.gov and under “Boards and Commissions” click the hot link for the licensing board, you can’t find the names of any of its members. The only name listed is that of the board secretary, Emily Fetridge. Looks like the Lumpyites scrubbed the site of accountability.
Fits right in with Mayor Lumpy’s preference for secrecy over transparency.
Simply as a precaution, next time you’re in a barroom and Lumpy’s there, when you hear “bottoms up,” scan the area for petroleum jelly. There may be 17 year olds present.
We also offer this free advice to any entrepreneur who’s thinking of using private capital to start a business in Bitchfield: “Don’t!!!”

“Bitchfield Blow Job” summarizes the openly gay Mayor whose “One Pittsfield” tagline really means retribution against those who do not support Lumpy’s failed mayoral administration.

I hate Social Media outlets because it is all “Doom and Gloom” about Pittsfield. Of course, there is no self-reflection by Mayor Peter Marchetti over his failed mayoral administration.
I refuse to speak to blogger Dan Valenti because he allows FREE SPEECH that is unfavorable to my controversial public record of scandals and lawsuits.
I also know that Earl and the other Pete refuse to speak to Valenti because Pittsfield is NOT really a democracy, but rather, it is an insular cult of fools.
I always spend a record-breaking amount of taxpayer dollars with no fiscal responsibility. The fictional Kapanski’s are the Mayor’s ATM, doormat, and worse (a toilet that city officials shit on).
I have a BIG beer belly, the other Pete is called “Voltron the Pork-Chop”, and Earl is otherwise known as “the Dumpster” who comprises the third member of “The 3 Stooges” in Pittsfield City Hall.
Pittsfield is in a downward spiral.
It has the 2nd highest Commercial Tax Rate of all municipalities in Massachusetts. Its Residential Tax Rate is borne by mostly older homeowners who protest Pittsfield’s always spending tens of millions of dollars per fiscal year MORE than Pittsfield’s peer small cities such as Westfield and Fitchburg.
North Street has between 15 to 25 empty storefronts. North Street is sarcastically called “Social Services Alley”. The inner-city neighborhoods that surround North Street are sarcastically called “The Ring of Poverty”.
Many of Pittsfield public schools are rated Level 5 with a record-breaking 679 students who chose to choice out to neighboring public school districts in the 2025 – 2026 academic year. Faculty turnover is around one to three years.
Pittsfield’s violent crime rate has more than doubled the Massachusetts statewide average since at least 1980.
The only growth in Pittsfield is with the Mayor’s BIG beer belly, the large underclass population, and Earl and the 2-Pete’s record-breaking spending of taxpayer dollars.
With Mayor Peter Marchetti’s request of a grace period, hating social media, refusing to talk to blogger Dan Valenti, along with the other Pete and Earl, always spending record-breaking taxpayer dollars, excessively taxing businesses, over-taxing mostly older homeowners, treating the people like his ATM, doormat, and worse (a toilet), sporting his BIG beer belly, along with all of Pittsfield’s serious problems listed above, the “Bitchfield Blow Job” episode is just another “Shit Sandwich”.

Why is this failing City so against this poor owner. Years ago she owned Zuke’s Soups on
West Street. The City inspectors put her through shear hell, even complained about her having a toaster. No matter what she did, the City shut her down, she finally threw in the towel. As someone that worked in that area, she served great breakfast and lunch. What has she done to deserve this? Even people in their 50’s and 60’s have stated they are carded when entering the bar. What are they going to go after next, Zuccos, because it is a nice family restaurant.
This City is so behind with their website. Previous Mayors only had one assistant and records were kept up, now for some reason the Mayor needs two. It’s not like the City is growing, it’s shrinking. Saw the other day that the Fire Department was called to Candle Lanes for a fire alarm, the City put Candle Lanes out of business in 2018, there is nothing there now. What about the big rip down Ken’s bowling alley on Dalton Avenue, it’s just an overgrown pot smelling concrete field. So much for fun entertainment in Pittsfield. Also most of the members of boards are high egotistical slime buckets and love the title, not the work.
Did notice that the administrations favorite WANDER is holding a DRAG Bingo this weekend, much more fun to this Administration than 4th of July Fireworks. I am sure the twoPete’s will be attending. Isn’t it kind of funny that WANDER’s directions states “enter through the alley”, when all of North Street store fronts are empty.
Speaking of the cancellation of the fireworks. Lumpy stated he could have taken $20,000 out of the “Emergency Funds”. This is really sickening with the taxes we pay that the budget is that tight. City is in worse condition than I thought. Where is the money going?

Hinsdale is attempting to close the case of Bilagio Kuval murder by police. Daigle investigation is giving the matter a good leaving alone. As this loss of life also began at Shitsfield court complex and Distracted Attorneys office.

What you describe is the combined corruption and sociopathy. A person who can exercise in unethical professional behavior and damage others requires a lack of empathy and emotional and moral safeguards.
